- Anca (6/5): - Living mare, apartament aranjat minimalist dar cu gust. Bucatarie utilata basic - ceea ce e OK. Presiunea apei, mai ales a apei calde este aproape inexistenta. Din patru zile cat am fost cazati, am reusit sa facem dus cu apa in reprize apa calda/apa rece o singura data, in rest am facut doar cu apa rece. Camera in care am stat era ok, dar in camera prietenilor nostri era un puternic miros de canal. A trebuit sa ne infatam singuri asternuturile, ceea ce nu e prea placut cand ajungi seara la destinatie si esti obosit de pe drum. Terasa mare frumoasa dar murdara.

- Кристина Јовановска (6/5): - The apartment is nicely arranged, modern, and furnished with new furniture. It is easily accessible and located in a good area. There is parking available in a garage under the building (although it felt a bit dark). The building itself is not very crowded, and there weren’t many people in the hallways. The kitchen is equipped, and there was hot water both in the kitchen and for showering. The beds were comfortable for sleeping. I was very disappointed with the cleanliness. There was dust and cobwebs everywhere, and the floor was sticky with visible marks, as if it hadn’t been mopped. The microwave had dirty stains, and the terrace was not cleaned at all—it was covered with bird droppings. In the gallery, there was even a plate left with food leftovers from previous guests. The duvet cover was not properly placed, and for the sofa bed in the living room, there were pillows and a duvet but no covers or sheets. I believe these should always be provided and prepared before guests arrive. The listing mentioned a coffee machine, but it was stored in a cupboard and seemed out of use. There was no pot for making traditional Turkish coffee. The apartment was cold, with central heating that could not be adjusted. There is an air conditioner, but no remote control. There are no carpets, so guests should bring slippers. The water pressure in the shower was very weak. The pillows were uncomfortable—too soft and too low. Communication with the owner was only through an app; only at checkout, after scanning a code, did we receive a WhatsApp number. Additionally, our designated parking spot was occupied by another vehicle that evening.

Nas apartman su izdali drugima greskom, a mi smo dobili apartman namesten za dvoje, iako smo dolazili sa dvoje dece, te nismo imali dovoljno posteljine za sve nas. Na nase insistiranje dobili smo jos dve jastucnice i donji carsaf. Ostatak su obecali da ce doneti sutra, sto se nikada nije desilo. Takodje, peskiri su ae previse osecali na izbeljivac.

However after a long trip, making the bed is the last thing you expect and want to do. The water pressure very low in the shower.

Lenjeria murdară, smocuri de praf pe tăblia patului, priza de lângă pat scoasă, la baie mizerie peste tot, canapeaua murdară, plita murdară, pardoseala la fel. Nu am mai întâlnit așa ceva până acum… Am doar o poză cu un praful de pe pat..dacă știam ca e și secțiune de atașat fotografii, făceam pentru fiecare lucru în parte.

- andrei (10/5): We highly recommend this apartment, great value for the money! - The apartment was spotless, very spacious, and tastefully decorated. The check-in process was fast, the staff were very responsive, and the underground parking was extremely convenient during our three-night stay in Timișoara.
- Apartman Zora (8/5): - Uzeli smo 2 apartmana pošto smo išle nas dve drugarice sa petoro dece. Apartmani su kao na slikama, kreveti udobni, bilo je dovoljno peškira, grejanje je odlično. Gazda je ok. Imali smo garažu što je isto plus. Što se lokacije tiče, nije loše,u delu je grada koji se tek gradi. Lidl je na oko 1 km, Julius mall na 2km. Posuđa ima jako malo, bila je samo jedna tableta za pranje sudova ukupno za oba apartmana, za veš mašinu nijedna. Voda na tušu u jednom od apartmana nije mogla da se podesi, voda je bila ili ledena ili vrela. Gazda je rekao da je verovatno termostat propao. Na svu sreću pa smo imali i drugi apartman za kupanje. Zidovi su jako tanki, pa ne preporučujem da idete sa više dece pošto su se komšije žalile na nas. Deca su se igrala i bila verovatno malo glasnija. Ali i mi smo najobičnije razgovore čuli od komšija.

- Biris (4/5): Frumos dar neîngrijit - Am ales această cazare pentru o noapte, deoarece am venit în Timișoara pentru o problemă medicală, însoțind o persoană în vârstă recent operată de cataractă. Apartamentul este frumos, modern și călduros, însă nivelul de curățenie este inacceptabil. Bucătăria era murdară, cu urme evidente de grăsime pe mobilier, plită, hotă, toaster și fierbător. Tacâmurile și vesela erau murdare, unele cu resturi de mâncare uscată, iar mașina de spălat vase conținea vase nespălate. Toaleta era murdară pe exterior. După duș, am constatat că prosoapele mari puse la dispoziție erau murdare, astfel că nu au putut fi folosite. Când am menționat și acest aspect, proprietarul a afirmat că prosoapele nu aveau cum să fie în această stare și că nu s-a mai confruntat cu o astfel de situație. Menționez însă că nu aveam niciun motiv să inventez sau să exagerez aceste lucruri. Am semnalat toate aceste probleme proprietarului. Mi s-a spus că mi se returnează banii doar dacă părăsesc imediat cazarea, dar era deja ora 22:00. Lucru imposibil, având în vedere ca este iarna și faptul că eram cu o persoană vârstnică, recent operată, care nu avea voie să iasă în frig. Dupa o zi încărcată nu are nimeni chef sa iasă noaptea prin Timișoara sa caute cazare. Nu recomand această cazare.

- Uroš (5/5): - Stan je prostran i lepo sređen, izgleda kao na fotografijama. Krevet u spavaćoj sobi je dobar i udoban. Okej odnos cene i kvaliteta. Temperatura nije mogla da se podesi na više od 23°C, a kako je bilo -7°C napolju, unutra nije bilo ni približno dovoljno toplo.. smrzavali smo se dok nismo našli sakriven daljinski za klimu, za koji nam domaćin nije rekao da postoji. Za pokrivanje je ostavljena samo navlaka za jorgan, pa smo čak i jorgan sami navlačili. Pored toga, ostavili su nam samo jednu i po rolnu toalet papira za 6 dana koliko smo bili tamo, a ponestalo nam je čak i sapuna za ruke u međuvremenu. Inače ne bih navodio, ali bilo je tu još manjih zamerki, kao što su flekav kauč u dnevnoj i manjak stvari u kuhinji.

- Milica (10/5): Very nice apartment - The apartment was very spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. The bedroom was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was large, and the kitchen was well equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils. The host was very kind and helpful — he even called us to assist with the check-in process, which we really appreciated. A big plus is that the apartment has parking, which was very convenient. The only minor downsides were that the sofa in the living room was a bit dirty and the floors could have been cleaner. Also, there were no towel holders in the bathroom, which made it slightly inconvenient after showering. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this apartment.
