Ottima posizione per raggiungere a piedi sia il centro che la spiaggia. La padrona di casa è stata molto cordiale e disponibile. Per raggiungere la struttura in auto è necessario affrontare una salita piuttosto ripida e stretta. Prestate particolare attenzione al tratto iniziale, dove l'asfalto può risultare scivoloso e le ruote tendono a perdere aderenza

• Carole (5/5): Beuatiful room with balcony but not clean at all. - Beautiful room with balcony with nice view on town. Not very far from center (17 min walking). Supermarket nearby. Very Kind host. I was surprised how dirty the room & especially the bathroom were. I have attached some photos showing the dirty bathroom & glass. I am sure the apartment wasn’t cleaned ages before. Only the bedsheets & the towels were clean.

• Torsten (9/5): Excellent budget chioice for Ulcinj - A fully equipped small apartment (kitchenware and fridge) in a safe neighborhood, very kind host couple (Albanian speaking, enough English and German for a reasonable communication), safe private parking on the location, in the ground floor studios you can sit outside on a small terrace Uphill location (which is a plus for tranquility), I had to do some searching around looking for a car access (you should not blindly trust Google Maps), not really in the the town center (but you reach the Bulevar Skenderbeg in 10 min and the citadel (Stari Grad) in 20 min downhill by foot
• Raheel (10/5): Nice location with view over hills and free private parking - It is located in a pretty nice location with a view over the town and hills. Though room and attached bath were pretty small but I guess there is no room for complaint comparing the price and hospitality of the host. Free Private parking and you get to have free welcome coffee with some nice candies. Side of the beds were a bit slippery and less comfy.

We received a warm welcome upon arrival, and the complimentary fruits provided were a lovely gesture—we especially appreciated that! The house itself was cozy, comfortable, and ideally located. We really enjoyed the beautiful garden and the lovely view from the front. Thank you very much, we highly recommend it!
• Lisa (10/5): Everything was wonderful. - Lovely little self-contained and well-equipped apartment within a big villa with nice gardens and private parking. Warm and kindly owners who offered me an arrival coffee, brought me an extra blanket and some homemade onion bread, and left me oranges and lemons - so nice. Hot water, powerful shower, huge and comfortable bed. Silent at night. Nice to sit with a coffee in the sunshine at the table and chairs on the terrace. A good shop selling essentials at the bottom of the hill. Only a 15 minute walk to the old town or the beach. Plenty of cafes, restaurants, and other shops within walking distance. My dog was welcomed. And the Wi-Fi internet was strong and reliable - perfect for work video calls.

• Magzhan (10/5): Peaceful stay very close to the city centre and Mala Plaza and kind hospitable hosts - It’s a very calm place with clean mountain air, the people hosting me are nice and hospitable, they gave me home grown fruit. I work from home, the connection was very good for people who work online.
• Terēze (9/5): Perfect - For the price I paid I couldn’t ask for more. Clean room, balcony, hot water, great location. I arrived thirsty and the owner lady offered a drink. You just have to have some skills in driving, property is uphill and you get there by marrow road which is bith direction. -

• A-ftr (9/5): Cozy room with balcony - Nice and very clean apartment with a roomy balcony. You can walk to the Fortress and the small beach in 15 minutes. There are many bars, restaurants, cafes and markets just sround the corner. The apartment has a beautiful garden and private parking area. The owners are very nice and willing to help. Extremely good value for your money. If you have a big and wide car, you may have trouble getting there.

The host is not available at the phone We tried a few times to call him, and he rejected our calls It's about a few kilometers from the beach. And hatd to get ther by car. Think about it before you book this place
• Siarhei (9/5): Nice and peaceful place - The facility is located in a quiet, safe and peaceful area; in fact, it is almost a small village right next to the center of Ulcinj. As the apartments are located in a building that is slightly elevated, the approach may be difficult if you have large luggage. Good and efficient communication with the owner via Booking messenger. An additional advantage was the option of slightly earlier check-in, just before the official check-in time. A very nice and kind owner who speaks Serbian and, I guess, also Albanian. Knowing other Slavic languages will make your communication easier. The room is spacious, with a separate kitchenette and a bathroom inside. Air conditioning, tourist information maps of Ulcinj and the surrounding area, large balcony with a beautiful view of the city. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful orchard and garden, which is cared for by the owners. Fantastic breakfast — beyond expectations! Welcome coffee upon check-in as a plus. The primal price for a night with breakfast was supposed to be 31 €, but after the fact, I paid 2 € more. This is a rather small minus, because it was worth paying an extra few coins for such a wonderful breakfast.

• Simona (10/5): Lovely staying - The owners very really friendly, they made you feel like at home :), room was nice and clean and the terrace and Garden with a view… absolutely amazing!
• Armen (9/5): Superb - The owners were welcoming and helpful. The bed was more comfortable than in most similar establishments. Fridge and kitchenware available in the room allowed to make breakfasts and to cool drinks, which could be enjoyed on the balcony in the mornings and evenings. Individual air conditioning and quite thick curtains provided comfort in the afternoon, when the sun was shining through the panoramic window.

• Dina (10/5): Great place with super host - Host was very nice since we booked it super late, and came late at night because of the traffic jam. The small studio has everything you need, including a big parking lot. It is a bit hard to reach since it is on a big hill and google maps took us on the wrong road. The curtains were see through and it couldn’t be super dark during sleeping

• Santtu (8/5): Nice property with some amenities missing - The hosts were friendly and helpful. The house is beautiful and very well maintained and has nice views over the surrounding hills. This is a family home with three generations of people at least spending a lot of time there. With children being involved that involves hollering, stomping of feet, yelling, running, crying, etc. It may well start soon after 8 am, as it did in my case – in which case late sleepers will have to get up, since you can hear everything coming from the ground floor even on the top floor. My AC unit didn't work when I arrived so I went one night in sweltering heat not getting much sleep. However, when I told the owners the next day, they were able to fix it quite quickly (the filters were clogged). So this was on me, I should've informed them earlier. (After the unit started working, it started dripping water into the room, but that's another story.) Some standard amenities, like smaller towels for the floor and/or hand washing, were missing. No electric kettle. No TV. Not even soap of any kind in the bathroom. The climb up to the property is quite long and steep, so this is a place strictly for able-bodied people.

• Janine (9/5): Superb - Great little self contained unit with its own shaded outside sitting area. Not far to walk to beach and old town! Everything was great, however would be even better to have a kettle to make a cup of tea! The shower leaks onto the floor but wasn’t a big issue.
• Jill (6/5): It was a clean, basic apartment suitable for a couple and close to town. - The onsite parking was good; the ground floor apartment was a basic efficiency unit with a table outside looking at the nice garden; it was in a quiet neighborhood and was OK for a couple like us. The person checking us in did not speak English; the small kitchenette lacked a hotpot for coffee (we were not offered breakfast) and there was no extra blanket for the chilly weather. Thus, we left very early the next AM to go find coffee and breakfast in town.
• Philip (10/5): Exceptional - This home was so nice to stay at I decided to book another week. Bisha and his family were very welcoming, the rooms are very clean and it's about a 10/15 min walk to the beautiful small beach. The locals are friendly. The garden is beautiful and well kept and there are shops, bars and restaurants in short walking distance down the hill. I've really enjoyed my time here and hope to be back next year Nothing

• Florian (10/5): Exceptional - It was my second stay at Bisha Apartments which I really enjoyed. I like the quite location, a short 10 minutes walk away from Ulcinjs main street, and a small but very good stacked supermarket is just down the street. Unfortunately I got sick during my time there, and 10 minutes after I told the family, they served me a warm soup and some food. Super thankful for that! Also, lucky me, both daughters of the house are doctors and speak perfectly german ;-) All the excellent ratings are absolutely deserved. See you next time!
