• Joaquín (10/5): Color Tsuruhashi - Equipped with everything you would need. Nice zone, close to the subway and near many good places to eat. If I felt like walking I could go to Dotonbori walking. I had a medical issue and the staff helped with it. Only thing I can think of is the bed could be better. I had no trouble sleeping but a better mattress would go a long way

• Luke (8/5): Great location to everything ! - Process to get in is great. Host very communicative and was willing to let us store our bags while they cleaned the unit from the previous renter. Its a great place to lay your head at night and be close to transport for the next day, Osaka metro line is very close. Being on the 7th floor the elevator was a very handy, it is small so a group will be split up. The location is great with Lawson / Family Mart / 7-11 all within a quick walk. Beds are comfy and the shower / laundry room is a good size. Not much room for 7 people, beds a close together and not alot of room to have luggage open. we had to open and close our suitcases each day. Drying room didnt work so had to hang closes out to dry in what space was available. Would be good to use the balcony and it seems like a nice place to sit.

• Aylin (10/5): Perfekt. Alles, was man braucht. Lage perfekt. - Die Lage war super. Nicht weit von namba und direkt an einer U-Bahn Station. Ruhige Gegend, aber trotzdem nicht zu weit von Allem. Wohnung war super für 2 Personen. Alles was man braucht. Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Habe keine Kritik. Alles war super.

• Simone (9/5): Convenient. Clause to tsurahashi a cool Korean Japanese area. Compact but very liveable. - It was in a great location. Very affordable and perfect for our stay. Especially the washing machine. The apartment was great so it is t I did not like these thing but it could have helped to have two large dinner dishes. The table was fold out which was fine but it was a desk so a fold out small table would have been nicer. And a cloth to dry the dishes with. Other than that it really was a great find.

• Beatriz (6/5): - A localização era ótima. Perto do metro e numa zona muito agradável, com restaurantes e lojas de conveniência. O apartamento era espaçoso e o anfitrião responsivo e simpático. O apartamento era frio e o ar condicionado não estava a funcionar. Entrámos em contacto com o anfitrião, mas visto que tínhamos uma estadia curta, não compensou mandar arranjar. O quarto também apresentava algum pó e a cama não era muito confortável. Mas no geral foi uma estadia agradável.
• Olivea (7/5): Good location+apartment big enough for two people - The apartment is in a convenient location close to Tsuruhashi station and some restaurants and convenience stores, I would stay here again. HOWEVER, upon arrival we found that there was a strange bad odour in the apartment and the source was the washing machine. The rest of the apartment is clean so we suspect one of the last tenants must have washed something they shouldn't have. We tried the drum cleaning cycle a few times and asked the staff for help on Booking.com messaging. They couldn't fix it either. In hindsight we should have notified them on the first or second day. Hopefully next time we stay here we can get an apartment without any problems.

• Matsumoto (1/5): 最悪 - まず、部屋が清掃がされているのかいないのか？ 全体的に汚れが目立ちました。 夜お風呂に入ろうとしたところお湯が出ない。 スタッフに連絡しようと、記載の電話に掛けても出ない メッセージだけでのやり取り、お湯が出ないのでどうすれば良いかと尋ねると、明日スタッフをお部屋に行かせます。？ 今からどうすれば良いか尋ねているのに的外れの回答。 電話は一生繋がらず。ホテルを変えるので返金を頼むと、すぐさまそれには対応した。違うホテルを手配して欲しいと頼むと、只今どちらのお部屋も満室ですとの回答。こちらも謎です。夜の21時にお湯が出ない事に気付き、そこからホテルを変える手続きに移動、全て無駄な時間を持っていかれました。二度と同じ事がないように対応して下さい。 大阪マラソンにて子供連れでしたので子供も夜にホテルを変える事になりとても困りました。 違うホテルへタクシーで行きましたが、そちらは対応してもらえないでしょうね。

• Helen (8/5): Perfect cosy and affordable accom for big family. - Loved the affordability for 6 people. Cosy but had all the facilities we needed. A dryer would have been helpful but manageable without. Clean and close to Lawson and station. No dryer
• Hiroya (9/5): - The location and the cleanliness were excellent. Washing detergent was provided, which was very convenient. If there is a hanging bar for washed clothes over the bathtub, that would be even better. However, there was a hanging rack.
• PEICHI (4/5): 冬天有沒暖氣房~很痛苦 - 地點位置很近 鶴橋站與超商及韓國街,基本上交通很便利 1.205房 強烈建議不要冬天入住,因為暖氣功能故障,床又靠落地窗,住了5天真的很冷 2.床很硬,早上出門一整天,好不容易可以睡覺 又因為床硬 睡睡醒醒(還有冷醒) 3.地板因該只有用吸塵器整理,踩完房間地板去到浴室,浴室地板都黑黑的 4.住第三天會近去整理床單跟給新一份浴巾組(前一天會信箱告知,都只能會信箱聯繫) 5.不能寄行李箱,下午4點才能進房,早上10點就要退房............ 6.浴室很容易 排水孔堵住,自己清 比較快

• Nea (8/5): Everything you need - Good location, good service, super comfy bed, good AC. The apartment was super cold when we got there (it was in December), it warmed up eventually and the AC was super good but first hour was chilling. The water also needs to be warmed separetly (no warm water immediately when you arrive). Also, a kitchen towel for drying dishes would be amazing! Otherwise kitchen was well equipped

• simone (5/5): - La mia esperienza è stata purtroppo molto negativa. Quando sono arrivato, il riscaldamento non funzionava e ho passato la prima notte completamente al freddo. La mattina seguente ho contattato la struttura per chiedere una soluzione, ma per tutta la giornata il problema non è stato risolto. Sono rientrato nel pomeriggio e la stanza era ancora gelida. Ho richiamato e ho inviato più messaggi senza ricevere risposta immediata. Solo dopo vari solleciti mi è stato detto che sarebbe arrivato qualcuno a riparare l’impianto, ma nessuno si è presentato. A quel punto ho dovuto chiedere più volte un cambio stanza, e solo dopo la terza richiesta mi è stato finalmente assegnato un altro alloggio. Ritengo inaccettabile che una situazione così semplice da gestire non sia stata affrontata con urgenza: avrebbero dovuto offrire subito una soluzione alternativa invece di lasciarmi in una stanza gelida senza informazioni chiare e senza assistenza tempestiva.

• Farrah Wee (9/5): Would love to stay here again! - The location of this stay is perfect — you can find everything you need within just a few minutes: Lawson, FamilyMart, drugstores, restaurants, cafés, and more. Tsuruhashi Station is only about 5 minutes away, which makes it super convenient. The place is very clean which looks exactly like the photos, and there was elevator available. It’s a very comfortable stay. Bathroom amenities such as towels, toothbrushes, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were provided, along with a hair dryer. Laundry detergent was also provided. Lastly, the host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommended! Not sure if the bed is a little worn out, but I could feel the springs when lying down. Nevertheless, I still slept well throughout the trip. The bath mat had a bit of an odor, which I think could be replaced. It would be great if laundry rods were provided so that clothes could be hung above the bathtub, instead of using only the drying rack, which might be insufficient sometimes.

Thank you for having us. - Location, clean, great elevator access, easy key access, toilet working well, large bathtub, easy to use and functioning washing machine, comfortable large bed, kind staff (thank you for the mooncakes), great rubbish disposal system, nearby convenience stores. Very close train station. Even with the guide, I found it difficult to understand how to keep the bathroom dry. The room was extremely white which was a little blinding (like a hospital). The key access boxes at the ground floor didn’t seem very secure. But these were very minor negatives overall.

• Juliana (6/5): Average. - Location is great. Cleanliness. Upon check in, I found lots of hair on the floor. There were oil stains on the kitchen counter. The bathroom gets clogged easily. And there was constantly a damp sewerage smell in the whole unit.

• Gavin (8/5): A lovely time staying in and exploring Tsuruhashi, great accommodation with everything needed. - Location was very close to Tsuruhashi Train Station, which is a major stop. Room had everything we required. Shampoo and Conditioner bottle both filled with Conditioner, not enough body soap. Need an additional drying rack as European clothes are large. Rubbish instructions were confusing.

• 婉儀 (8/5): - 離車站很近、有附洗衣精、房間乾淨、可以用中文溝通、2人住很剛好 冷氣只要打開就會發出很像洗衣機的聲音有點太大聲，若對聲音敏感的人可能會睡不著、房間乾淨但有個悶味
• KAORI (7/5): テーブルがない - 口コミで良くないのも見たので期待せずに行ったか、トイレとお風呂の設備は想像よりよかった。ベッドも普通に寝れた。 自宅のカラリ床に慣れているため、浴室の床の水が残る感じか最初は嫌だった。 タオルとシーツ交換は3日おき。ただトイレ専用にすると気づかれないので、交換してほしい場合には浴室に移動が必要。 鶴橋とは反対側の上本町に行けば空港行きバス、スーパー、デパートもある。　 部屋数あるわりにはエレベーターで掃除の方以外にはち合わせしたことはない。 冷蔵庫は小さいながら冷凍室がある2ドア。野菜室もあったし、大きい牛乳も立つ 自炊したかったのにクッション部分か壊れて木が痛いソファしかない。小さなテーブルと折りたたみ椅子でもあればかなり過ごしやすくなると思う。この点が毎日ストレスだった 何故か毎晩22時頃からどこかの部屋でプチ運動会が始まるからうるさい。 朝に近くの 部屋で注意されているのを耳にしたから、苦情を言えば対応してくれるのかも。 最終の晩のローラーを引くような騒音が特に嫌だった。 まな板ないので100円ショップで購入 たぶん電子レンジでの温めとお湯を沸かすくらいの想定なのか調味料も一切ない。想定内だから自宅から持参した。 排水溝の網を毎日取り替えたいタイプなので100円ショップで買った。 ベランダで天日干しできない。室内ものほしはある。

• Sofia (5/5): Could have been great, but unfortunately it wasn't - Good location, apartment was spacious. When we arrived, we noticed that the floors hadn't been vaccumed (there was some dirt and hairs throughout the apartment). There was also a weird moldy smell. I messaged the number provided via Whatsapp, and the response was that it would be cleaned later. It never was, which was quite disappointing.

• Littleoil One (9/5): 地點優，交通方便，寧靜，床墊軟，空間中等，屋內設備齊全。 - 無附早餐，住宿地點非常棒，附近有三大超商，5分鐘路程就有商店街，晚上也相當熱鬧。附近也有超市可以購買補給品。晚上也想當寧靜，非常棒 入住的房型->床非常軟，床沒有雙層保護，本身比較胖，躺下去直接壓扁彈簧，床邊的彈簧也可能因使用時間較長的因素，可以很明顯地摸到彈簧。 入住四晚以上的客人，業者會入住清潔，約定好的時間沒有清潔，原因是該人員未值勤，改隔日清潔，也沒有告知，晚上回屋內才發現沒有新的浴巾可以使用，非常困擾。 清潔方式也只是把新的浴巾+毛巾給你(放在沙發)，屋內床墊那些也無更換。

• Annick (8/5): Prima plek - De locatie is geweldig, het station Tsuruhashi is heel fijn door directe verbindingen naar verschillende sightseeing locaties. Verder biedt de locatie alles wat we nodig hadden en was de communicatie met de host prima. Genoeg winkeltjes en restaurants direct in de buurt. Niet van toepassing

• soichi (1/5): 人生の中で最も酷い宿。日本人は絶対に選択肢に入れないほうがいい宿です。絶対にです。 - 何一つとして有りません。 兎に角不潔です。部屋に入った時から漂う異臭、床から足の臭いが湧き上がってきて、掃除用具を購入して自分でも掃除しましたが一向に良くなることがありませんでした。座ったり横たわったりすると、常にどこからでも足の臭いがしてきました。（自分の足ではありません） 本当に清掃済みなのか？この程度の清掃で次の客を入れる感性、全てが不安に感じられ、結局宿泊せずに帰宅しました。 2泊のうち全く宿泊しなかった1日分のキャンセルにも対応してもらえず、何もかもが人生で最も酷い宿でした。
• Helmut (9/5): Tolles preiswertes Appartement - Es war alles da, was man brauchte, vom Kühlschrank bis zur Waschmaschine. Ruhig, komfortabel, nahe zu Bahnstationen, Kaffee um die Ecke, es hat mir sehr gut gefallen Nichts
• 辰芸 (6/5): - 地點很好，距離鶴橋站走路也才 2-5 分鐘非常方便，周邊有三種便利商店（全家、7-11、羅森） 房間很大很像是一般的家用住宅，設備也都非常齊全，包含沙發床、雙人床、廚房、洗衣機、浴缸等等 很貼心的是還有附雨傘跟全身鏡！ 房間的燈太暗了，是黃光的燈所以如果在晚上需要工作或使用電腦、手機，就會比較昏暗 另外在一開始入住時因為不確定要怎麼進入旅館（是要先領取鑰匙插進去指定地方轉動）所以花了一點時間 如果指示可以再更清楚就好了！

• Sook Kuan Esther (8/5): Great location and space for a comfy 5 nights stay - Space is good, location is perfect. Lighting is too dim at night. Good to setup a one for one towel return so that we don’t have to wait 3 days for fresh towel. Another suggestion is to provide the main building door access code ahead of time instead of being locked out even after we have gotten our room key.
• HSING-LUNG (7/5): 偏糟，不太推薦 - 飯店附近的燒肉好吃，便利商店一個轉角就有三家，一家還是賣蔬菜的LAWSON，也有最便宜的販賣機在附近 整體來說尚可，交通位置也離地鐵近，電梯的出口不會離飯店太遠 這次住的301房，冷氣會有雜音，如果開大風量的話，開自動的話聲音比較小但還是有運轉的震動聲，淺眠的人會睡不著，餐具、床、浴室的整潔偏糟，杯子、盤子、杯子、熱水器都有灰塵跟生鏽，床的部分彈簧都跑出來了⋯而且灰塵很多很髒，過敏者要注意，會一直打噴嚏，而且陽台不能使用，洗完的衣服只能放在浴室開乾燥讓他乾，浴室泡澡的時候跑出來上個租客的隱形眼鏡⋯，浴缸跟蓮蓬頭同時防水會塞住，因為浴室的排水孔堵住了，整體來說不要省小錢住便宜住宿，跟想像的不同
