• ina (8/5): - Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber und liegt fussläufig zum Meer. Wir konnten den Pool mitbenutzen, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Der Ort ist ursprünglich italienisch und nicht sehr touristisch, zumindest im Mai. Die freundlichen Vermieter wohnen im selben Haus und sind jederzeit hilfsbereit.

• deborah (8/5): Lovely Property - Poor Customer Service - Very spacious, modern apt on the second floor of a large house. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans & utensils. Large patio. Good secure parking. 2 bathrooms. We had arranged to meet the owner at 15:00 to check in but no one showed up. We tried contacting the owner but got no reply. Finally at 17:30 we contacted Booking’s help line and explained we had not heard from the owner. Booking advised us to wait while they tried to contact the owner. 15 minutes later Booking advised us the owner was on their way to open the property. We got checked in at 18:15. One family member who lived on the first floor shared the main entry with our apt.. We found this setup quite strange. Even stranger, we were awakened after midnight by the family member who said we had locked him out!

• Annika (10/5): - Giuseppe war ein sehr netter Host. Er nahm sich Zeit uns alles in Ruhe zu klären. Er pendelt immer zwischen der Unterkunft (wohnt unten in der Wohnung) und seinem sehr leckeren Restaurant Monkey. Vielen lieben Dank!

Giuseppe, der Vermieter ist uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden, hat uns gute Tipps zu Umgebung und Restaurants gegeben und war jederzeit ansprechbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden wieder kommen.
• Hendrik (6/5): - Schönes, großes Appartement mit gut funktionierende, saubere Klima-Anlage. Unterkunft war sehr freundlich und einladend eingerichtet. Pool war in Ordnung und groß genug, wurde fast täglich sauber gemacht. Auto war sicher, innerhalb vom umzäuntes Gelände abzustellen. Saubere Handtücher auf Nachfrage, wurde sofort geregelt. Paar Geh- bzw. Fahrminuten abstand zum Meer (Kiesstrand). Es war nicht deutlich angegeben, dass der Besitzer unten wohnte. Überall Kameraüberwachung, keine Privatsphäre. Jalousien haben in kein einziges Zimmer funktioniert, dadurch kam Sonne schon früh rein und kaum Schlaf möglich. Tür vom Wohnzimmer zur Terrasse nicht zu öffnen. Bei Ankunft wurde Versprochen, dass dieser repariert werden sollte, leider nichts passiert. Tür Duschkabine nicht komplett zu schließen, dadurch bei jedes mal Duschen große Wasserlache auf dem Boden. Es gab keine Auflagen für Sonnenliegen, nur das Metallgestell. Beide Punkte besprochen, aber während den Aufenthalt ist nichts passiert. Besitzer spricht kaum Englisch, nur Italienisch und Google Translate. Das nervt.

• Cjf74 (8/5): Great Villa in a good location, but could use some fine tuning. - Large, Clean, Modern Villa. Great views, spacious and airy. Location is a walk to the local beaches, Supermarket and Cafe. Major issue was the Pool was not available as described in the Listing. The pool was totally green and full of algae. The pool area was totally unusable, the outdoor furniture was dirty and mouldy, all this despite the listing saying the pool was available since February. Other than that, some soaps in the bathrooms would be good. A few items in the Kitchen were also mouldy (cutting boards) and needed to be cleaned.
