• Qayyum (5/5): horrible experience, unprofessional host - The location we had horrible experience, the host didn't provide us with the remote for the building parking entry the day we had to check out the building's main door was locked we were stuck for 2 hours, we missed our flight, the host was agreed to compensate but he never replied our message since we check out and didn't refund is anything, the host mobile number is switched off all the time, you can only what's app him The host is not cooperative and doesn't provide clear check-in instructions, you have to ask for each everything like the wifi code, where the is key, the room number etc..

• Ivan (4/5): No comfort or privacy but good neighborhood - The apartment was spacious, new, nicely decorated and pretty well equipped. The Vinohrady neighborhood is very pleasant and the apartment was close to a park, several good restaurants and cafes, and pretty close to public transport (tram). The host replied pretty quickly (faster on whatsapp than through booking) but it was impossible to call him. Low comfort: The apartment has a combined kitchen/living room and bathroom downstairs and a bedroom upstairs. The window in the bedroom can't be opened and it gets very hot and stuffy in the room at night. You could just turn on the portable AC unit but it's loud and the vent hose just points downstairs, so it blasts hot air into the apartment and you heat up the place even more. So we ended up sleeping downstairs on the living room's IKEA couch, which isn't very comfortable or glamorous and it's certainly not what I paid for. Low privacy: I don't know what genius used a glass door (like a balcony door) for the front entrance but we needed to cover the door with a blanket because otherwise you have no privacy. The glass front door is directly opposite the bathroom, too, so just imagine walking out of the shower wrapped in a towel and you're basically on display. The apartment boasts a private terrace, but this also isn't private at all. It's just a piece of the building's courtyard that's partitioned off by a waist-high fence, so again you're on display. And the next door apartment also has a partitioned section of their own right next to your 'terrace'. Also, the living room has a balcony door and large windows so you also need to shut the curtains for your entire stay. Inconvenient parking: Yes, technically this accommodation has free parking (although I'm sure it's simply included in the price) but don't think you get a parking space in the building's courtyard. The free parking is actually a public parking lot on a roundabout that's 240 meters away in another street. You better pray you find a free spot when you arrive. I don't know what happens if you don't, because we happened to be super lucky and a space freed up when we came, but this is definitely not what I have in mind when an accommodation says it has free parking.
