• Alex (10/5): Comfortable, convenient, nicely furnished apartment - The property is centrally located, 25 minute walk on main street to republic square. It is also 5 minute walk to Nikola Tesla museum, similarly Hilton hotel with Michelin rooftop Sky Lounge and another restaurant in the hotel both worth a try. There aren't many neighbours either as apartment building is small and well kept with some plants on stair flights. The check in/out was easy with key in code safe at the entrance (not sure why no one in reviews mentions it, as it's peace of mind that you can arrive and leave for early/late flights). There is Maxi grocery store right outside the apartment, as well as many bakeries, cafes and shops around including flower shops. The apartment itself is as on the pictures, the living room is spacious and pleasant. There's a balcony. The tv supports chromecast via yettel box, it also has Netflix, etc. that you can login to but I didn't use it much. The bedroom is comfortable, it also has wardrobe room with hangers and shelves. There is decent iron and board. The kitchen is pretty small but functional, there is a good grill pan and many more items enough to cook if you want to skip a restaurant some day. There's also a fridge, microwave and electric stove. The bathroom is also convenient with large shower, some gels, etc. if you're not looking to get a particular one in the shop. The water pressure is good. Towels were also available. All in all a nice alternative to hotels (I've been staying in Centar 5 star hotel last time for example and it wasn't all that much better to ve honest). Be sure to press the light on the right as you enter the building if it's dark. I didn't immediately notice the light for the hallway in the building and it gets dark in winter early so easy to miss,not an issue though). Another thing is that the radiators are electric and work on some timer, making slight hissing sound but it didn't bother me, depends on person. The boiler is small, it is enough for a shower and heats up very fast, but will run out for longer shower or if multiple people stay. Again not a major concern as it heats up quickly. Finally the apartment is on second floor so not that many flights of stairs, but visitors must know there isn't an elevator in case it matters to someone.

Good spacious clean apartment with all essentials. Lovely living room with a huge sofa and a smart TV (with Netflix). Good bedroom with wardrobe room, very quiet. no noise. Small nice kitchen corner, suitable for cooking - stovetop. all cutlery, small fridge, microvawe oven. Location is very good, there are a lot of cafes around, supermarket just across the street. Good transportation. Excellent internet connection. Hosts are helpful. Will return next year.

• Nemanja (10/5): Great stay, central and clean apartment with super hosts. - Everything was great. The location is central, apartment was clean and we had all the amenities that were listed. The communication was great. The bed is comfy and the bathroom/shower are spacious. We would come again any time. We didn't find anything that was not to like. We didn't cook so to us the kitchenette was good, but perhaps can be small if you plan to prepare more than quick meal/sandwiches.
