- Nigina (2/5): Very poor - I booked a double room with two beds for my mom and aunt who were traveling late. However, at the property, the staff insisted on giving them beds in the shared room even though they had a different room and it was midnight. They were saying the booking was in the shared room but later after an argument they were “kind” to give them an individual room. Not recommended at all!

- Khayrullo (10/5): Tidy, comfortable, good location - the house is in a very good location. Just around the corner is the shopping street with several different shops and restaurants where you can shop cheaply. The transport terminal heading north is not far from the house. Opposite the house is the park Ayni. The city center can be reached in just a few minutes. The room where I stood was very comfortable, clean and well-equipped. The air conditioning is particularly pleasant on hot summer nights. breakfast was traditional. very delicious. Next time I know where I will stay in Dushanbe. I would be happy to recommend the Hotel Chashma.
