One down fall getting in was difficult press the number and call and he supposed to let us in as it goes through his phone. Very unprofessional he had his phone on voicemail and till now 2 days larer never got back Bless the lady that trusted us and let us in. The owner putting his phone on voicemail Very wrong

• Schichl (10/5): - Das Apartment ist sehr schön und toll ausgestattet ☺️ wenn man sich erst einmal in London zurecht findet ist die Lage auch mega! Von außen sieht der Tower ein bisschen wild aus aber das Apartment ist wirklich sehr schön und die Aussicht toll! Steve hat uns alle wichtigen Daten zeitnah ubermittelt und das "einchecken" verlief reibungslos! Wenn man aus der Tower Anlage raus und gleich links geht kommt man direkt zu Madame Tussauds und zur Baker street Station! Für den Aufenthalt kann ich unbedingt die oystercard für die U-Bahn empfehlen und unbedingt vorher Roaming beachten evtl vorher zu Hause noch ein Paket beim Anbieter checken! Achtung nicht die eta Anmeldung über UK ETA vergessen unbedingt nur über diese App machen und zeitnah mindestens drei Tage vor Anreise machen! Alles in allem wars ein toller Aufenthalt die Engländer sind ein sehr freundliches Völkchen und London echt sehenswert! Um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut sehen zu können empfehlen wir unbedingt eine hop on hop off Tour Red Route, besser geht's nicht! London sieht mich definitiv wieder! Danke Steve für das tolle Apartment! Evtl wär eine Info gut ob oder wie man das Fenster ein Stück weit aufmachen kann da es bei heißen Temperaturen ganz schön warm im Schlafzimmer wird! 😅

• Clep4 (10/5): Very nice apartment with awesome view, close to transport stations and to a lot of places to eat. - Clean apartment with large windows and nice view over city center. Responsive host. A lot of places to eat near by, including vegetarian options. Pubs, supermarkets, parks, subway and bus station are are also very close. Tourist attractions: Madame Tussauds museum and, of course Sherlock Holmes statue and museum, Baker Street itself.
• Frederick (10/5): Our stay was at the end of 2 months in Europe and we arrived at half past midnight with no problems checking in. - The apartment is in a wonderfull location, was clean tidy and modern with all conveniences. We had booked in for 5 nights but due to flight cancellations only managed 3 nights. The airline reinbursed us for 1 night and Steve was kind enough to give us a refund for the other night which we were very grateful for.
