• Jukka (10/5): Joulukuussa Torressa - Hyvällä sijainnilla sijaitseva todella siisti tilava valoisa 6. krs asunto omalla keittiöllä ja kylppärilla. Lähes kaikki tarpeellinen varustus ja kaikki toimi. Viestittely isännän kanssa ja avainten toimitus täsmällisesti. Ikkunasta (parveketta ei ole) komeat näkymät niin kaupungille merelle ja vuoristoon. Ilmastointia tarvitsi vain parina yönä. Wifiä en tarvinnut, oma operaattori ilmainen EU-alueella. Iso taulu tv niin hieno etten löytänyt normaaleja tv- kanavia. Nukuin ja viihdyin hyvin. Pieniä puutteita, vedenkeitintä ja leivänpaahdinta ei ollut. Kattovalot vähän himmeitä. Seinät ohuet, kaikki naapurien äänet ja tv:n äänet kuului läpi.

• Mark (4/5): Geluidoverlast helaas, verder netjes - Net appartement, volledig uitgerust en schoon. locatie ook dicht bij het centrum en op loopafstand van het strand. Vriendelijke eigenaar met fijne communicatie Appartement is heel gehorig, je hoorde bijna elke nacht de buren praten of een tv of radio en veel slaande deuren en andere herrie, was niet best. Bed ook te klein voor twee personen en parkeren was ook lastig in de omgeving.

• Lisa (10/5): - Bellissimo tutto identico alla foto, appartamento comodo al centro di torremolinos, il mare è un 10 minuti a piedi l’unico problema è che si devono scendere molte scale però c’è anche un ascensore che porta direttamente al mare. Il proprietario è gentilissimo e super disponibile

• Zoltán (10/5): Very friendly and cosy accomodation in perfect location! - A fantastic choice! The accommodation perfectly combines comfort and practicality, so you are guaranteed an unforgettable experience. The apartment is clean and well equipped with all the necessary facilities, including kitchen equipments, washing machine and free Wi-Fi. The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful beach and the town centre.The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning works fine. Next to the apartment you will find a large supermarket, several small shops and a tapas bar. The city centre is only 1 minute walk. The host was helpful and flexible with all our requests.
• Sharmila (1/5): Very noisy and impossible to get any rest. Avoid unless you are okay with hearing every sound. - Location is okay, with a supermarket just a min away and being only a few minutes walk to the center and the train station. There is a seaview, but you are facing apartments opposite and the neighbours can see you clearly if the curtains are open, so no privacy. The apartment was very clean, but unfortunately, the bathroom has no exhaust fan and has a strong mouldy smell. Endless noise as the walls of the apartment are paper thin and have no insulation. The apartment is in an old building with very cheap and poor construction. Every sound from neighbours can be heard including TV on either side, water going through the pipes on either side (so loud that it sounds like the tap in your own apartment is on), every cough and sneeze, conversation, quarrels of the neighbours, all could be heard clearly, so it was impossible to get any rest. TV went on until past 1am on both nights, first by one neighbour, then the other. When leaving, no elevator was available for a long time to get downstairs with luggage, as the elevators were being used to transport construction materials for renovations of apartments on other floors. The caretaker responded quickly to messages, but the owner refused to refund for the third night and only agreed to refund for the fourth night, which was deeply unfair to me as I reported the issue early in the morning of the third day as I was woken up by TV before 8am.

It was very comfortable and we had an enjoyable holiday in it. There was nothing not to like about the property, it was perfect for our needs.
