• Luca (1/5): Insomma se avessimo saputo prima avremmo trovato altra destinazione - la posizione in cui si trova Casa trovata in condizioni abbastanza pietose lasciata dal gruppo che alloggiava prima (almeno è stata questa la giustificazione dell’host) condizionatore in salotto non funzionante con 40 gradi, 3 sedie rotte su 6 ed eravamo in 9. Sciacquone funzionante a giornate, scarico del lavandino in camera con bagno non funzionante. Nonostante abbiamo provato a risolvere questi problemi tramite host la risposta è stata: “Domani mandiamo il tecnico” (nessun tecnico venuto) “il condizionatore è da cambiare vi procureremo un ventilatore” (mai ricevuto nulla)
• Carla (4/5): DA EVITARE - L’unico aspetto positivo di questo appartamento è la posizione: davvero comoda sia per uscire la sera che per partire per le escursioni. Purtroppo però, tutto il resto ha reso il soggiorno estremamente spiacevole. L’appartamento era in condizioni igienico-sanitarie pessime: sporco ovunque, lenzuola e asciugamani visibilmente usati, e NON LAVATI. Abbiamo trovato asciugamani sporchi usati da altre persone, lavandino otturato e un water non funzionante, abbiamo dovuto utilizzare un secchio per scaricare. Abbiamo avvisato l’host, che se ne è fregato altamente. Se non bastasse, la porta d’ingresso era rotta: abbiamo dormito con la costante preoccupazione che qualcuno potesse entrare, non potevamo lasciare nulla all’interno per la paura di furti. Una persona del gruppo ha anche avuto una reazione allergica molto forte, probabilmente a causa degli acari presenti nell’ambiente, meno male che avevamo l’antistamico con noi. Esperienza deludente e assolutamente da evitare. Servirebbero controlli seri prima di mettere strutture del genere a disposizione dei viaggiatori. • Roula (1/5): سيء ، لا أنصح به - Terrible experience – not worth the price This apartment was a huge disappointment. First of all, it’s overpriced for what it offers. The place was not clean when we arrived, and there was a strong smell of mold in the bathrooms. One of the rooms even had mold visible on the wall, which made it very uncomfortable to stay in. To make matters worse, the host kept our deposit, claiming we caused damage to the apartment. He sent a photo of a broken lamp as “proof”—a lamp we never even saw during our stay. I asked him for a detailed breakdown of the repair costs, but he never replied. I absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone. It’s not clean, it’s expensive, and dealing with the host was a frustrating and unfair experience.
• Ion (9/5): Superb - Very spacious apartment and very well located near the beach. Comfortable beds. We had NO problems with hot water or other bathroom installations even though there were 7 of us. The kitchen equipment is functional. I particularly liked the fact that we could leave our luggage at the location before check-in. Not enough glasses and coffee cups for the number of people the apartment can accommodate.
• Katherine (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE!!! - Hated this property. Host was super sketchy asking to either wire him $200 security deposit or give cash to the cleaning lady. The cleaning was horrible with dirty dishes and clothing left in the apartment. The worst of it all was that the bathrooms had horrible mold all over them and when we approached the host with this information asking to get a refund since one of our roommates has an autoimmune disease and could get very sick with this, he refused us and then stopped responding. HORRIBLE.

The location of the apartment is very good. there are many restaurants, bars and cafes nearby and the best thing is that it’s close to the beach. The apartment is well equipped and spacious. The kitchen has everything what we needed. The rooms were very nice, the beds very comfortable and very clean. The whole apartment is very clean. We were also satisfied with the bathroom. (clean towels, hair dryer, toilet paper). The communication with the host was good. They were very nice and friendly. Any questions I had they were answered immediately. In total, I can only recommend this place and I will definitely come back even with a larger group of friends.
• Matic (3/5): Overall, it was an unsatisfactory stay. - The location was OK, the shop, beach and bus stop were near by We stayed at this apartment and were disappointed with the numerous issues. The shared space (kitchen, dining, and living room) lacked enough chairs (some were wobbly), cutlery for 9 people, proper lighting, and had a poorly functioning dishwasher and microwave. The design felt cramped and impractical. Bedrooms had mold and insufficient bedding, while the private bathroom had a broken showerhead, clogged sink, and unreliable toilet. The shared bathroom had low water pressure, and the hot water supply was insufficient for 9 people. Cleanliness was subpar, with dirty floors and no basic supplies like toilet paper or trash bags. Electrical devices required adapters which were not provided. Overall, it was an unsatisfactory stay.
• Tarmo (3/5): Poor - Location is good, you can walk everywhere. Everything in this apartment was either dirty or broken. In the pictures this place looks modern and bright but in real life many of the lights are broken and the apartment is very dark. The toilet didn't work, the water pipe was turned off due to a leak. As it turned out the toilet was already broken couple of weeks before (also mentioned in previous reviews) but the host chose not to mention it and we had to use a bucket to flush it. Also for the 5 of us only 2 shower towels were provided and the cleaning lady said that she simply doesn't have many towels and most of them were still on the drying rack from previous guests. We requested a late check out and the host agreed but on the check out day the cleaning lady came in at 11 am and was pissed off. A few minutes later the host messaged us that the check out was at 11 even though the agreement was at 12.30. You have to pay a damage deposit but to be honest there is nothing in this apartment that isn't either broken or dirty. When the cleaning lady arrived she started taking pictures of some old lamp that was just old and worn and when I asked her why, she replied that it's because we have a small kid with us and it's her job. Luckily we got the deposit back. All in all we should have read the previous reviews and not choose this place as it really was dark, dirty and disappointing!
• Danail (9/5): Superb - Perfect location. Near to the town center, St Julian bay. Plenty of good restaurants and places to have sunbath and swiming. Public transport is meters away and you can easiliy go whenever you want. NA

• Olena (7/5): Good experience overall - The location is the biggest highlight, very close to the beach, shops, cafes, public transport, etc. The place is spacious and can fit a bigger family. The air conditioning helps a lot! There's a lift in the building so no need to climb stairs. The place was very clean overall. The bedsheets were not changed / were dirty at least in one of the rooms and that was the main negative thing that affected our stay. I would give it more stars if not for the bedsheets. The towels were very old and looked dirty although they seemed to have been washed, so we had to buy new ones. No soap or shower gel. I realise it may not be included but it would have been highly appreciated as we arrived late in the evening and it was too late to go shopping for bathroom supplies. The host might consider adding a little soap. Some things were broken not working like the light in one of the rooms, but it did not affect our stay overall.

• Antea (5/5): Passable - Location was great. Apartmant looked good at first. But at check in cleaner was still cleaning the apartmen. Towels were ditry, just few paper rolls (it was 8 of us 2 night), toilet in a room was broken (flush did not work). We tried to contact landlord to bring us clean towels and paper roles but all his answears were "sure".
