Santiago (5/5): Lugar bueno, relacionamiento y comunicación engañosa! - El alojamiento está ok, pero el parking si bien indica que es difícil de maniobrar y acotado, no indica dimensiones máximas, ni acapara que es solo para autos pequeños. Deberia ser claros en la publicación! No me gustó que no hayan armado la habitación cambiado las toallas para la noche siguiente. También me sentí engañado por 2 aspectos: 1- La desinformación sobre el parking, y no ser explícitos indicando que es solo para autos pequeños. 2- No me enviaron nunca la factura con los datos de la empresa solicitados al ejecutar la reserva, cuando lo reclame, me indican que me deberán cargar el IVA, lo cual no tengo problema, pero además que a del 22% y no del 10% como el de cualquier servicio de hotelería. Este último punto me parece grave y me gustaría que la plataforma de booking me respondiera si esto es correcto y legal.

Oscar (5/5): Precio de hotel, servicio de AirBNB - La ubicación es muy buena. La cama es muy cómoda. Tiene servicio de lavandería con tarjeta prepago. Cocina bien equipada. El edificio no cuenta con aislamiento acústico. A partir de las 8:30/9:00 empieza la actividad del personal de limpieza y es difícil seguir durmiendo si quieres levantarte más tarde. También se escuchan las pisadas de las plantas superiores y los pitidos de las cerraduras de código cada vez que los vecinos entran o salen. La luz del pasillo está 24 horas encendida, la puerta del apartamento filtra la luz por sus cuatro lados y no podrás tener oscuridad total para dormir. Los blackouts tampoco cierran del todo. El servicio de limpieza supone un costo de 40 USD por cada día que se solicite. El cambio de toallas, un costo de 10 USD. Me parece que limpieza y cambio de toallas debería incluirse en el precio del alojamiento, al menos, una vez por semana.

Nos alojamos en una suite junior, y los espacios son muy chicos, por ejemplo en el dormitorio apenas hay espacio para pasar alrededor de la cama.

Podem confiar, os administradores são profissionais sérios e honestos. já me hospedei por 6 noites em 2 apartamentos diferentes. Aumentar um pouquinho a pressão do chuveiro.

christophe (9/5): - Immeuble moderne et très bien situé dans ce qui est probablement le meilleur quartier de Montevideo. Contact uniquement par WhatsApp, mais fluide, réactif et sympa. Appartement très propre et pratique. Cafétéria au rez-de-chaussée. Un très bon rapport qualité/prix. Quelques broutilles, comme les tables de nuits près du lit qui sont insuffisantes. Mais rien n'altère la qualité d'ensemble.

La ubicación es excelente, tanto por la zona como también por el hecho que tiene restaurantes cercanos, además del shopping. Pensé que era un hotel y no un apart hotel. Se complica solicitar la abertura del garaje. Además me incomodó tener que salir para desayunar. Jamás me crucé con nadie del apart y por el valor del alojamiento, esperaba recibir más servicios, por ejemplo cambio de sábanas y toallas.

DANI BELLOTTI (10/5): Hermoso Depto en Punta Carretas con Cochera - El Depto es muy lindo, moderno y de muy buen gusto, justo el que nos tocó, era un poco chico el espacio, cocina, living, comedor, pero al ser solo dos personas, nos acomodamos muy bien y la estadia resultó muy placentera. Buena Cama, buenas almohadas, buen agua caliente, buena ilumacion, que tenga cochera es un plus excepcional para la zona en la que está, que es bastante dificil conseguir lugar afuera. Eso si, como bien nos habian explicado antes de pagar, el espacio de maniobra para estacionar es muy justo y amerita algunas maniobras precisas, sorteado ésto, muy moderno y agil el sistema automatico de ingreso y egreso, tanto en auto, como a pie. Todo un diez y a media cuadra del Carretas Shopping y a media de la Av Costanera.

Destaco el confort en todas las instalaciones como la terrazas. Muy recomendable. Lo unico a destacar es que si no prestas atencion el nombre del alojamiento esta en la puerta de entrada que muchas veces con la cafetería no se nota.. sdemas que justo en el momento que estuvimos estaba muy congestionado de autos en la calle. Solo eso, como algo constructivo.

Duża łazienka. Nowy obiekt Recepcja nie istniała . Kontakt przez whatsup tylko po hiszpańsku. Chcieli scan paszportu watsupem przed zameldowaniem . Pranie na dziwną kartę którą trzeba było doładować podając również numer paszportu. System działał też tylko po hiszpańsku. Głośni sąsiedzi o 24 rozmowy i alkohol w najlepsze . Mieliśmy problem się dostać do obiektu ponieważ jedyna wiadomość jaka dostałam bym automat po hiszpańsku gdzie chcieli scan paszportu. Przez to nie wiedziałam jaki mam numer pokoju i był problem żeby wirtualny asystent wpuścił nas do obiektu. Nikt później później po nas nie przyszedł i nie dało się wyjść z obiektu . Napisałam na booking com i przyszedł po jakimś czasie pan zrobić zdjęcie mojego paszportu i podać numer pokoju . Ogólnie to była masakra nigdy nie widziałam hotelu bez recepcji i wysyłania jakiś scanow paszportów przez whatsupa , czy to jest w ogóle legalne? Myślałam że nie powinniśmy wychodzić z komunikacją z obiektem poza booking com.

gilda (8/5): Boa experiência! Voltaria. - As acomodações são confortáveis, bem dimensionadas e equipadas para uma estadia curta como foi nosso caso. O fato de haver um café no térreo aumenta o conforto. A região é rica em restaurantes e bares. A garagem é muito apertada para carros médios e grandes. Seis conveniente contar com limpeza pelo menos a cada 3 dias. Nunca conseguimos vaga para estacionar na rua.

Rafael (9/5): Boa localização e bom custo benefício - Trata-se de um hotel sem atendimento presencial, leve isso em consideração. O quarto é amplo e com todos os equipamentos necessários. Estava confortável e limpo. Achei muito bem localizado, ao lado da Rambla, de bons restaurantes e também do shopping de Punta carretas. Para ir ao centro histórico, basta um Uber de cerca de 30 reais. A entrada do estacionamento é realmente complicada. Você precisa entrar em contato pelo WhatsApp e o atendimento não é tão eficiente. Afora isso, as vagas são realmente apertadas. Se você tiver um carro maior que um Suv médio, não recomendo. Por fim, o pedido de pagamento é efetuado mediante encaminhamento de link por WhatsApp. Não gostei disso em virtude da quantidade de golpes que existem hoje no booking. Destaco que, ao pedir para realizar o pagamento pessoalmente, um representante foi até nosso quarto e passou o cartão sem problemas

Camila (5/5): Prolijo pero no vale lo que uno abona. El garaje inutilizable - Prolijo, limpio y buena ubicación Me parece demasiado caro para lo que es, en si es un monoambiente acondicionado. Pero los espacios son súper reducidos. A su vez reserváramos por que tenía estacionamiento y no pudimos ingresar el auto por qué no había lugar arriba y abajo no pasábamos por una rampa. Me parece que NO deberían ofrecer el servicio con estacionamiento ya que eso es un gran punto a favor respecto de otros alojamientos y realmente no puedes hacer uso del mismo. Cabe destacar que nuestro vehículo no es muy grande.
