Guest Reviews
- Annette (8/5): Silvia from Dolomites dream was very helpful when we needed extra blankets. She went outif her way to get it organized - Very original , old charm but yet very modern in the inside. At night it was really cold in the kitchen, it was not very comfortable, unfortunately. The bedroom were nice and warm so were the bedrooms.
- Mavec (7/5): Good - The house was very nice, cozy and clean. The lack of wifi was a little annoying and for the price, should have been included.
The communication with the owners was horrific. We were told do come by their office on the first day (said office is 15 minutes away by car), we had agreed on the time. When we got there (on time) they weren't there and they weren't picking up. We called and messaged them multiple times. No answer. After an hour, they got back to us and told us to just go to the house.
The house was incredibly difficult to find. The instructions they provided were long, in video form (in an area where there is poor internet reception), complicated and completely useless. Again, we were calling them for help, no answer. A map insted of the videos would have been much more useful. Also a disclaimer that there are dolls all around the village would have been nice. Nothing wrong with them, just sligtly scary/creepy if you're searching for the house at night, after a whole day of skiing and driving.
The parking spot is not suited for bigger cars/vans, which wasn't stated anywhere.
For 4 people, for 5 nights we got 3 (now new) rolls of toilet paper. We got one 30l trash bag for plasitc, one for paper etc. We were not informed on how to dispose of the trash.
In the house, there's a beautiful fire place. Nowhere did it say we weren't allowed to use it. There was wood and lighting blocks next to it. Again, nowhere was it written that we couldn't use the fire place. On day two we got an angry message that we are forbidden to use it. When why provide the wood???
All in all, a beautiful house. Hard to find. Shitty communication from the owner.
