Fabian (10/5): Exceptional - Owner and their family was super kind and more than helpful! Even when i had some problem with my car they glady helped out, on the next morning to communicate with the locals, so i got my car back working really quick :) They responded quickly every time and also made some nice recommendations for the area. Instructions about the house were also on paper and really good and clear. They also opened the garden shed where the washing machine is located and even said the grill with coal is for free usage! Just a minor inconvenience: Shortly after check-in i found some insects which had found their way in one corner of the 1st floor where the bed is located on the other side of the room. The Father of the owner quickly came back and took care of it! He even got back on the next day to check if the problem was really gone and also took some more measures to prevent further incidents like this.
