• Anya (10/5): Awesome villa for spending holidays together with friends - We celebrated the New Year at this villa and were impressed by how spacious and comfy it is! There were nine of us, but there was definitely space for everyone, especially in the large hall and the pleasant outdoor patio. I believe the villa is even better in the summer, when you can also use the pool in the patio, relax in the garden around it, and make some BBQ. :) Although the villa is located on the outskirts of Yerevan, you can reach Republic Square and the city center in just 15-20 minutes by car. Moreover, there are a couple of cafes and grocery stores within walking distance. Totally recommend this place for large groups of friends or families to spend holidays together!
• Kamran (10/5): Overall, our group had a great experience, and we would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a place to sta - We recently stayed at villa Melqonyans, and from the moment we arrived until the day we left, the owner, Alik, was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and responsive. He went above and beyond, assisting us with things beyond accommodation, like transportation and shopping, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The villa itself was clean, and several facilities exceeded our expectations. For improvement, we found that the quality of the beds and mattresses could be better. Also, the large ensuite that housed most of our group wasn’t as comfortable as the other bedrooms. However, when you’re a big group, it’s hard to provide the same level of comfort for everyone.
