• Denis (10/5): Great place to stay in Knysna - It was perfect house for a big family of 8 people. Well equipped, clean, the best household appliances (washing, drying machines; cooking utensils - Le Creuset), nice fireplace. Great view, very quiet neighbourhood (we didn't hear any cars), close to the waterfront. Thanks to Toni who left comprehensive review earlier we booked the bicycles and went to Thesen island. The bicycles are quite old but very affordable (50R for an hour). If you want modern bicycle you can rent at Thesen island but it will cost you 200R for 1h, 300r for 2h. Also I can recommend to try SUP-board walk at the Thesen island canals. Our stay at Knysna Tsukamori was great and full of activities. 2 rooms didn't have any wardrobes for clothes. It was inconvenient but the house is still great. We couldn't heat the pool even though we followed the instructions.
• Evans (5/5): Disappointing - The house is cozy, well equipped and tastefully designed. There was no air conditioning nor fans in the bedrooms so we did not sleep well. On the first night we opened a window in each bedroom to let some cool air in but lots of mosquitoes came in and bit us. We complained to the host who dropped off two fans which we spent one hour of our time assembling. The worst part is our son used the jacuzzi and came out screaming in pain and itching his body. He broke out in hives all over his body and ten days later he still has hives. This absolutely ruined our trip as he was in so much discomfort. The response to the above issues from the host was disappointing.
• Claire (10/5): Best Spot in Kynsna for a relaxing holiday! - We stayed there for a week and it was absolutely fantastic! Everything was perfect and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in! Magru was awesome, she checked in maybe every 2/3 days to make sure everything was fine. If I'm ever back in Kynsna this will definitely be the first place I look at!
• Toni (10/5): Exceptional - It was a comfortable stay with access to everything you could possibly need and more. We were welcomed with detailed instructions (videos) on how to make use of all amenities needed which made everything easy to use. We cannot stop raving about the heated pool, absolutely loved it. The design of the Tsukamori is exquisite with views of the lagoon and Heads right opposite. It was calming to sit in the early morning watching the tide come in with a fresh cup of coffee. A plus to the Tsukamori is its right next to the river club where you can book out bicycles to take a quick ride around the lagoon on the walking trail which can be accessed just off the front lawn. We had a jog on the walking trail and loved the air around the place, so clean and serene in comparison to hussle and bussle of big cities. It's a quick drive to the Heads from the Tsukamori where you can enjoy even more beautiful views and other activities. Would definitely recommend this to family and friends. Great value for money. Everything exceeded expectations, no complaints.
