• SAyhanK (10/5): Fiyat/Performans ile Rahat ve Konforlu Daire (otopark, balkon) - Daire yatak odası ve oturma odası ile oldukça büyük. Tertemiz bir şekilde bulduk. İçinde ihtiyacımız olan her şey vardı; kutu oyunundan şemsiyenine ve sinek ilacına kadar her şey düşünülmüş. Ev sahipleri aynı binada, telefonla her zaman hızlıca dönüş yapıyorlar. Araçla seyahat ettiğimiz için, bizim için en önemlisi özel otopark idi. Dairenin harika bir balkonu vardı, gece keyif kahvesi için gayet güzeldi. (Olumsuzluk olarak yazmıyorum, ama konum mahalle arasında, ama elbette ondan dolayı fiyat performans olarak müthiş. Araba ile 10 dakikadan kısa sürede şehir merkezine ulaşılabilir, belki hızlı ve uzun yürüyüş de olabilir)

• Svetoslav (10/5): - Everything was super clean. Location is not great, but the apartment is a couple of minutes away from a subway station and it has a parking spot.
• Milan (9/5): Very nice appartment close to the city center - Very clean and roomy apartment that has everything you need for comfortable stay in Thessaloniki. VERY nice terrace. Location is good, walking distance from city center, but if you want, you can go by metro, which is very close. (Metro: New railway station - 200m away) Parking spot in front of the building, which is very good! Many markets and stores around. The neighborhood is so-so... but this is something that the host can't do anything.

• Fronie (10/5): Υπέροχο! - Το σπίτι ηταν άψογο, πεντακάθαρο κ πολυ ανετο! Τα δωμάτια πολυ ευρύχωρα και είχε τα παντα, απο σεντόνια ειδη κουζίνας ειδη μπάνιου κλπ. Η τοποθεσία ειναι ιδανική, βρίσκεις άνετα να παρκαρεις, πράγμα που στο κέντρο απαγορεύεται παντου, κ ειναι 10 λεπτα με τα ποδια απ το κεντρο.

• Katarina (10/5): Lovely place! Will recommend it! - Absolutely everything. Great location, 15 minute walk from the main square. Very clean! Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The best thing ever is the free parking in front of the building entrance. Great host! Lovely balcony to enjoy the morning coffee. Elevator. Nothing. Everything was perfect.

There is nothing I didn't like, place is amazing to stay in.

• Diana (10/5): A nice short stay in Thessaloniki to break the way - We liked the hospitality of our hosts who came to meet us upon our arrival even though it was so late at night, we also very much liked the cleanliness, tidiness, and the modern design of the apartment. It was quite bigger than what we expected. We liked it that there were so many free public parking spaces in the neighborhood, considering that generally parking in Thessaloniki could be challenging

• Jasna (10/5): Exceptional! - The location of the apartment is excellent. We found it very easily, it is close to the port. The parking space is excellent, secured and from the entrance to the building you are taken to the apartment by an elevator which is a real lifesaver if you are shopping in Thessaloniki. The apartment is spacious, extremely clean, warm (considering that we were there in the winter) and equipped with everything you need for your stay. There is a bus stop and a metro station near the apartment that take you quickly to the center. If you go on foot, everything is also close. Near of the apartment there are markets, a gas station and a bakery. Communication with the owner of the apartment is excellent. We received great traditional New Year's cookies as a gift, a bottle of wine and lots of water, and we were greeted by a beautifully decorated Christmas tree. In a word, a great choice!

• Akhsam (10/5): Θα θέλαμε να μείνουμε έναν ολόκληρο χρόνο εκεί - Ολα ήταν εξαιρετικά! Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα απαραίτητα! Για καλωσόρισμα, μας είχαν μελομακάρονα και κρασί που ήταν πεντανόστιμα! Ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε, δεν διστάσαμε να επικοινωνήσουμε με τους ιδιοκτήτες.

• ILIAS (9/5): - Ωραίο άνετο όροφοδιαμέρισμα, πολύ καθαρό, μεγάλο μπαλκόνι, άνετο κρεβάτι, είχε σχεδόν τα πάντα μέσα, ένα κρασάκι μας περίμενε, είχε ακόμα και στολισμένο δέντρο 🌲 λόγω Χριστουγέννων! Και να μην ξεχάσω φυσικά το πολύ βολικό πάρκινγκ μπροστά στην πολυκατοικία. Λίγο μακριά από το κέντρο αλλά το μέτρο είναι 5' με τα πόδια, οπότε όλα καλά. Επίσης είχε αρκετή φασαρία στον κάτω όροφο, ελπίζω να μην είναι πάντα έτσι και απλά να έτυχε σε εμάς.
• Eleni (10/5): - Το σπίτι υπέροχο πιο μεγάλο απ ότι φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες ζεστό πεντακάθαρο σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία. Η κυρία που διαχειρίζεται το κατάλυμα ευγενέστατη και πολύ εξυπηρετική. Ευχαριστούμε και πάλι
• Maria (9/5): Όμορφο σπίτι κοντά στο κέντρο της Θεσσαλονίκης - Μου άρεσε ιδιαίτερα που μας είχε στολισμένο χριστουγεννιάτικα το σπίτι! Η παραλαβή των κλειδιών ήταν πολύ εύκολη και το σπίτι ήταν σε πολύ καλή κατάσταση Η τοπόθεσία του δεν είναι η καλύτερη από άποψη ασφάλειας αλλά αν ταξιδεύεται παρέα είναι πολύ καλή επιλογή καθώς είναι κοντά σε συγκοινωνία και μαγαζιά.

Domaćini su divni ,dočekali su nas lično, bili su veoma ljubazni i čak su nam sačuvali parking mesto. Sve preporuke, rado bismo ponovo došli.

• Cristian Marinescu (9/5): la final totul foarte bine - Băiatul cu care am discutat este o bomboană: civilizat, respectuos, prompt! Vorbește engleză foarte bine! Apartamentul este impecabil. Strict zona este puțin sinistră cu strada murdară, cu zoaie, cu firme chinezești, dar gazdele s au străduiț să mi găsească un loc de parcare, mașina a fost în deplină siguranță, noaptea a fost liniște, nu aș avea ce să reproșez. În plus dacă vreți să faceți o plimbare către centru nu ezitați, celebrul turn este la 20 de minute pe jos mers tip plimbare... Aveam o grămadă de haine de plajă puțin ude și aici am avut ocazia să le spălăm la mașina și să le și uscăm până dimineață. Balconul este imens poți usca o culme de rufe și să stai și la o țigară. Dacă sunteți obosit după un drum lung puteți să gătiți în casă, au ustensile de bucătărie au aragaz cuptor. Noi am făcut niște paste cu pesto, iar restul o bere un suc dulciuri le am luat de la supermarketuri care sunt foarte aproape! O senzație puțin ciudată când ajungi în cartier.

• Bogdan (10/5): - We stayed at VATA Apartment for the second year in a row and really enjoyed it. The apartment is very clean, comfortable, and only about 7–8 minutes’ walk from the center. The neighborhood itself is not the nicest, but once inside everything is great. The best part is the private parking right in front of the entrance, very safe and with camera surveillance. A very good choice for Thessaloniki, and we would come back again.
