• PHILIPPE (10/5): Superbe appartement dans le centre historique de Florence - Très bel appartement dans un ancien immeuble, très bien décoré, idéalement situé dans le centre ville à deux pas de la Piazza della Signoria juste derrière le Palazzo Vecchio. L'appartement est très agréable d'une belle superficie, très bien équipé. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Cesare qui nous a donné toutes les explications sur l'appartement. Le seul inconvénient reste le bruit de la rue la nuit qui pourrait déranger les personnes sensibles à cela. Il faut noter aussi que l'appartement se trouve au 3ème étage sans ascenseur.

Bir renevasyon gerekebilir, özellikle banyolar güncellenebilir. Daha derin bir temizlik benim tercihim olurdu. Çok önemli değil. Merkezi olmasından dolayı geç saatlerde de olsa biraz gürültü var.

We asked for a late check in and the host kindly arranged for us to pick up our keys from another location, which was super easy for us. Highly recommended! Everything was perfect!

• Bruce (9/5): An incredible location in a large, homey and comfortable apartment in central Florence. - Absolutely superb location, around the corner from so many key spots, the Ufizzi around the corner, the stunning Piazza della Signoria and Piazza Vecchio right there. So many great cafes and restaurants everywhere nearby. The Duomo was about a 10 minutes walk. The apartment was large and roomy and comfortable to just hang out, and it had everything one would need to make it a home in Florence, and we felt part of the city and its history by staying here, including a fully stocked kitchen to prepare meals. The host was responsive if needed. Although this apartment is in a 1000+ year old building, it was updated with modern and antique furniture, with plenty of light with the windows open to the scenes below. We would absolutely stay here again, it felt like our temporary home, with a few disclosures as below. So, yes the location and the apartment comforts and large interior but with fair warning. There are about 75 steps from the building entry to the apartment door and this can be a challenge. We are in our early 70s and managed it ok, took our time, and did simply accept the climb and descent every day. Also, because of the magnificent location, yes, it’s also busy with the crowds and tourists everywhere (end of May to early June it was more than typically crowded in the city) and it can get noisy at night, more so on the weekends. If these things might bother you, consider this fair warning. For us, ultimately the positives simply outweigh these negatives and we would stay here again.
• Stephanie (8/5): Very good - The location was perfect and there was plenty of room. We loved having a kitchen. Because of the location, it was always noisy. Whether it was the crowds out at night or early morning cleanup. It made it difficult to sleep.
• Suzannerosa (9/5): Great location - Great location, right in the center of Florence. Lovely decor with wooden ceilings, spacious apartment for two people. Hosts were responsive and accommodated our check in and check out times. You can hear the hustle and bustle from the streets (to be expected from such a central location), bring earplugs if you are a sensitive sleeper.

We had a small apartment tour with the caretaker so very nice introduction to the place. Stairs are steep and long to get to the apartment but that’s the charm of renting in a medieval tower! Great contact before check in and check out. If you are noise sensitive at night, take earplugs, cos it is a busy area at any time of day

It had a stunning view, good features and a lovely host who was helpful and insightful of what to do and where to go. • Tristan (8/5): Excellently located apartment - Location and location - just unbeatable. It’s so centrally situated and is easily accessible to so many places. The place was decorated with so many beautiful antiques as well. There is only 1 aircon in the room and we were affected by the mosquitoes when we slept in the living room (sofa bed). Also, it can be quite noisy at night if you are a light sleeper. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and building is without lift. It makes climbing up a real problem.

We had a fantastic stay and thank the host for this opportunity The stairecase is really steep and high, but we have seen this notice before the booking, so were ready for it.
• Oksana (10/5): Wonderful stay in Uffizi heart - The location is really great! Probably one of the best I had in this city. Host is great and even did an early check in for us without ask. Many negative comments about this property are related to many stairs. But I would say that it is advantage as you are staying in old historic building and have a great view to enjoy and feel yourself as a local. We didn’t use the kitchen, but there was a different staff if you prefer home cooking. Nothing critical as we stayed here 2 nights.
• Maryellen (9/5): Conveniently located apartment with all the necessaries for making our stay comfortable and enjoyabl - The apartment was conveniently located to the sites of Florence (Firenze), restaurants. and shopping. It was nice to have a washer for laundry. I was a little concerned about not having a dryer, but it was not a problem hanging the clothes on the portable indoor clothes line rack; clothes dried quickly. Not difficult to get a taxi very early in the morning to get to the airport. The CONAD grocery store was also located conveniently and has enough choices to cook meals and get other supplies. The kitchen had adequate cooking pots and pans, utensils and housewares. The overall indoor space was comfortable with furniture and touches that made it feel like a home not a hotel room. There were 1 1/2 baths. We like upper units, but that means stairs, and lots of them. Carrying luggage up stairs isn't always easy.
• Frank (9/5): Very happy with the location and great views and a nicely laid out floor plan. - Vey nice apartment. Great views. It really isn't a 3rd floor apartment as the ceiling heights on each level are near 14'. It's more like a 5th floor apartment with 75 steps to the apartment.

No AC in unit - Location near Uffizi palace We had to climb almost 100 steps with luggage to get to the apartment. The ad said there were some steps no elevator. The apartment was listed as 2 bedrooms but it only had one with an AC. The second was a living room with a pull out sofa bed. The pillows were horrible as there was hardly any filling. There was no AC in the rest of the unit so the windows needed to be left open to get some ventilation. Being on the 4th/5th floor everything echoed through the windows when someone was passing by on the street below., making it very difficult to sleep. Going up and down these steps for a 70 year old was treacherous. I complained to the real estate agent about the facility but she informed me that there wasn't anything else available. For the agony that we went through the two days we were there, we should get half of our money back.
• Geoff (10/5): Stunning and spacious apartment in the heart of Florence - This beautifully presented apartment in the historic heart of Florence is full of old world charm. It's on the third floor, so there are a lot of steps to reach the apartment, but the reward that awaits is stunning. The apartment is spacious and accommodated our family of four very comfortably. It had all the facilities we needed for a pleasant stay including a shower, cooker, fridge, air-conditioning and washing machine. It is so close to many of Florence's attractions, it's tall windows give views towards the Uffizi Gallery and Palazzo Vecchio. Communication from the host in advance of our arrival and during our stay was excellent.
• Lilla (9/5): Superb - Beautiful interior, nice old building, has a great atmosphere. It's very central, everything is nearby, and our host was very helpful. We had a little problem with driving into the forbidden zone and she helped us solve it. There are many stairs leading up to the apartment, not easy and can be dangerous with little kids or too much luggage.

Everything is around, famous sandwich shops, galleries, museums and etc. ___ The only thing travelers should prepare themselves for stairs. Apartments are on the 3 floor, no elevator, only stairs. It’s not an owner fault, since the building is old. Just a useful tip for future travelers, make sure that your luggage is not heavy, or at least someone could help you. Everything was great!
• Anonymous (1/5): Fake info and Worst experience!! - In this place I had my worst experience. In the description it says there’s air conditioning. So I booked for 3 people and paid for 3 people’s service fee and taxes. In fact, there’s only one bedroom has a very old air conditioner and the power is very weak. The living room has a sofa bed, but it’s impossible to open the window as the bar and restaurants downstairs make the noise at least till 3am. So we had to make turns to stay cool the whole night. The apartment shouldn’t claim itself has air conditioning if it cannot provide to all the guests who has paid. I expected there’s no lift but the apartment’s steps is EXTREMELY HIGH. To arrive only the first level it already has 37 steps(very high!) and the apartment is at third floor! For the people with luggage it’s impossible. In the summer time when you arrive the apartment after all the steps, there’s no air conditioning in the living room. It’s a total cheat
