• Bea*Bea (8/5): notte in una casa di ringhiera - Mi è piaciuto il fatto che l'appartamento sia in effetti una "casa di ringhiera", ossia un alloggio tipico di questa zona di Milano, un appartamento che si trova all'interno di un condominio di una volta a cui si accede dal cortile interno di un palazzo abbastanza anonimo, ma che dentro ha un microcosmo con rampe di scale esterne e una unica balconata sempre esterna che collega tutti gli appartamenti e che consente a ciascuno di accedere al proprio. Ho soggiornato con alcune colleghe in questo appartamento a settembre 2025, in occasione di un evento della nostra azienda. Avevamo bisogno di trovare un posto dove pernottare in 6 per una sola notte e questo ci ha convinto anche per il fatto che avremmo avuto 2 bagni a disposizione. La struttura si trova in una zona tranquilla anche alla notte ed è piuttosto vicina alla stazione garibaldi fs. Noi siamo arrivate dopo le 23.30 e la persona che gestisce l'appartamento ci aveva inviato istruzioni molto dettagliate quindi non abbiamo avuto problemi a recuperare le chiavi da un locker nelle vicinanze e ad accedere all'appartamento. Abbiamo trovate lenzuola e asciugamani e abbiamo dormito bene nei letti (due singoli, un matrimoniale e un divano letto matrimoniale). I bagni sono piccoli ma funzionali e sono stati perfetti per noi 6. Mi è molto piaciuto lo stile dei bagni e delle camere. A pochi passi dall'appartamento c'è un bar molto buono dove fare la colazione al mattino il Toldo Milano. niente di che
• GEORGIOS (10/5): - Very spacious apartment. Plenty of storage room for clothes and luggage. Full kitchen, large refrigerator, large dishwasher and washing machine, heating, air conditioning, two bathrooms in excellent condition. Everything you could ask from a vacation apartment and more. Don't forget to visit the restaurant on the ground floor.

• Mélanie (8/5): Recommandé pour un passage a Milan - Le logement est très bien Lits confortables Propre Securisé Équipement récent Hote très réactive et le quartier est calme mais avec des commerces des restos et proche metro et 15 min a pieds de Milan centrale Pour 4 personnes, ça aurait été parfait Pour 6, c’était plus compliqué. La pièce a vivre n’est pas adapté et il manque un peu de vaisselle Nous y étions de passage et nous y avons juste pris le petit dej mais plus/plus longtemps, c’est pas conseillé
• Jill (8/5): Heerlijk verblijf geweest - Goede locatie. Dichtbij de metro die naar het centrum ging. Mooi appartement met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. Airconditioning was heerlijk tijdens het hete weer. Het slot van het hek naar het appartementencomplex ging moeilijk open.

• 榎戸 (8/5): アパートメントタイプのホテルで、中はリノベーションされていて綺麗だったが、道路入り口を一歩入ったら、ミラノだけれど東南アジアな感じな宿泊体験だった！ - バス・トイレが2つあり、6人で滞在したので、シャワーがつまらず良かった！ 外観がイタリアのミラノっぽくなくて、東南アジア？な感じだった所。

• Garret (8/5): Centrally located,spacious 2 bedroom apartment with 2 ensuite bathrooms.Great for group or family of 6.Well supported co - Spacious dining/reception.2rooms with ensuite full bathrooms.Plenty of storage cabinets in bedrooms.Elevators available though small & can only fit 3 small people. Wish there is a microwave and storage for suitcases prior to check in.Water heater failure at night,though it was sorted easily over video call to reset pressure.

• Anca (10/5): Lovely stay - The location is excellent, 4 minutes walk to the Garibaldi train station, many restaurants, pasticeria and gelatos. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet. The furniture looked new and modern, the sofa bed in the living is very comfortable. We were two families with kids, there wasn't much room to have a meal together at the table.

The apartment is really well equipped, two bathrooms, two hair dryers, comfortable beds and well furnitured. The center of Milan is cca 2 km far away which is totally fine, lots of nice restaurants and caffees nearby. None

Great location with loads of restaurants, cafés, shops nearby, close walk from Central Station. Owner Anna is so kind and helpful always there to answer if any questions. We stayed as a family, had the best time in Italy and were so happy with our stay at apartment, highly recommend! 😊
