• Ilia (10/5): Well - managed place in the heart of Tbilisi. - The location is minutes of walking from the city centre and near many of Tbilisi's points of interest. The place itself is clean and stylish. All the kitchen tools and devices we used worked perfectly. Best showering experience I had in my life. The host is quick to respond and help. The entrance to the place is inside an old dilapidated courtyard. When we first came there. We were observed by outlaw-looking young men, sitting in a far corner of it. We never encountered them again though. I don't know if it is something to even be expected when you rent an apartment and not a hotel room, but the place lacks a safe.

The apartment itself was very clean and well presented with everything you need to stay and the bed was without doubt the comfiest we’ve had on our travels. Very easy to find (the roads and numbers are very clear in Tbilisi). The host Amiko was incredibly helpful throughout and friendly. I would highly recommend this property and you won’t be disappointed if you pick this for your stay in Tbilisi.
• Shoham (10/5): Wonderful! - Very sweet, cozy, stylish apartment with everything you could need and more, right in the heart of old Tbilisi. Amiko was a wonderful host, he always responded quickly on Whatsapp and was very helpful. The apartment is true to the pictures and the streets around it are beautiful and full of restaurants, bars, shops and such. My personal favorite part of the apartment was the Xbox :) There really wasn’t anything we didn’t like, just be careful on the stairs bc they are a little narrow.

This guy has everything you would possibly want in the place, comfotable bed, nicely decorated, a real pleasure to go back to, easy to do laundry, cook. No trouble, no noise, rapid response to any questions. It may look a little funny from the outside (everything in Tbilisi looks funny from the outside) but it's like a really comfortable home. Location near everything. Perfect for a single male traveller.

The apartment has a lot of amenities, including a dryer, Xbox, and a little grill - everything to make your stay perfect. The host was incredibly nice and responsive, answering any questions within minutes. Highly recommend!
