• Ilya (9/5): Круто! - Всё чудно, в шаговой доступности от всего, если нужно подальше - метро через дорогу. Поесть у дома, выпить у дома, маркет у дома, тусовки у дома. Чисто, прохладно, собственный балкон. Один минус - нет лифта, кому-то подъем может показаться тяжёлым. Но плюсы перебивают минус.

• NAOKO (1/5): - 記載された住所に行ったら、看板はあるもののホテルが存在していなかった。同じビルの人にRimmel Apartmentのことを聞いてみても、そんなホテルはここにはないとのこと。予定していたホテルがなくて、私たちはとても困りました。 これは詐欺です。 宿泊前に支払いは完了しています。返金して下さい。
• Paul Octavian (10/5): Excellent apartment and location - Modern, clean apartment, located in the city center close to all the sights, including the port (to Capri for example). In the immediate vicinity are a metro station (to the Central Station), AliBus station (to the airport), restaurants, shops, supermarket. The pictures correspond to reality. Efficient correspondence with the host (especially since, I don't know why, I didn't receive the email with the instructions via booking - I spoke with the host by phone and he resent the instructions via WhatsApp) The previous negative comments are correct, but for us they were not a problem (I'm looking for solutions, not complaints...): - many stairs (equivalent to a 4-5th floor), but we are mountaineers :) - fluctuating water pressure/temperature. The cause is the fluctuating cold water pressure, which leads to the external gas boiler turning on/off. Solution: while taking a shower, also turn on the hot water from the sink to maximum - the water temperature in the shower will no longer fluctuate - very hard pillows - I used a small decorative pillow in a pillowcase, the rest of the family used the large ones and did not complain - in our case one of the TVs did not work - it was not a problem, fortunately there are 2 TVs in the apartment and we don't really use TV except for 1 hour in the room in the morning and evening, respectively, to watch news
• Judit (10/5): - Nagyon jó elhelyezkedésű szállás, minden könnyen megközelíthető. Szemben a kikötővel . Mi hárman voltunk, azt figyelembe kell venni, hogy egy légterű. A vendéglátó figyelmes, gyakran érdeklődött, hogy szükségünk van-e valamire, hoztak bőven friss törölközőt. A konyha lehetne felszereltebb.
• DONGHYUN (9/5): 안잔하고 편리한 위치의 숙소 - 친절한 호스트. 와이파이연결등 사소한 불편사항들을 문의시 빠르게 응답 해주십니다. 전철역과 페리 탑승장 근처이고 중심가와 가깝습니다. 나폴리 여행을 즐기기에 최적의 위치이며 큰길가에 입구가 위치해 안전합니다. 근처에 마트도 있어 생활하기 편리합니다. 엘리베이터가 없어서 짐이 무거우면 힘들어요. 샤워부스 물이 잘 안빠집니다. 샤워기도 수압조절이 잘 안됩니다. 샤워부스만 아니면 10점 만점을 주고 싶은 숙소이고 제기준엔 다른 장점이 더 절보여 9점 부여 하였습니다.
• Greg (8/5): - The apartment itself was really lovely and with the windows closed it blocked out all the noise. It was also really close to the cruise port which made it really easy for us to meet up with our tours. The bathroom was a little small and the shower had some drainage issues.

• Elisha (8/5): We enjoyed our stay and would stay again! - It was so big and spacious, a great view, and in a great location!! A lot of stairs, but we didn’t mind!! We managed to explore everywhere from here, and felt safe, it’s right opposite a metro station, next door to a restaurant, and a short walk to every where else! The pillows were very hard, and the shower wasn’t very good, either too hot or too cold, difficult to get an in between and both shower heads weren’t very powerful, but the smaller head shot water out at all angles and only had about 3 streams of water! The bathroom tap also didn’t get hot at all
• Dragomir (9/5): Comfortable, modern apartment close to the old town sights and the port - Comfortable, modern apartment close to the old town sights and the port. Well managed by Host Service Napoli - very responsive. Spaceous bedroom. Easy self check-in, instructions sent well in advance. They can't store your bag after check in if there's a new guest coming but there is luggage storage at the tourist point just outside for eur 10/ day apiece. The shower space is too tight - I could barely turn. I'd lose the bidet and move the sink for a wider shower cabin but that's just me.
• Margaret (8/5): Beautiful apartment in a great location. - For us it was an excellent location - close to the port for tours, close to public transport and plenty of places to eat in close proximity. The apartment is very spacious and beautifully decorated, with a nice view out to the castle and the balcony is great for getting a bit of fresh air or just watching the world go by in the street below. It was very easy to gain access to the apartment with straight forward instructions. Lots of stairs with no lift to assist with heavy luggage. The water is very slow to drain in the shower recess, had to turn off the shower a few times to allow water to drain, otherwise it may have overflowed.
