• Terry (9/5): Overall my family and I made some wonderful memories and felt all the comforts of home. - We were at a family reunion and were pleased with how close the property was and how it was perfect to accommodate our little one with a baby gate installed. The door lock was sometimes difficult to manage.
• Ken (9/5): Great stay, greats hosts, would love to come back. - The place was very cozy and decorated nicely. Kitchen supplies were great - I confirmed with owners before coming what was available and I brought some less common items I wanted to have. Beds were comfortable. Water pressure was good. View was spectacular - we saw otters playing in the water and lots of other wild life. Great place - will likely be back again. There were a few out of the way places that weren't very clean. We had mouse one night. The kitchen windows don't have any curtains and being right near the road, it felt much less private.
• Miranda (4/5): I really wanted wanted to love this cottage!! - I think it's easier to point form it: 1. Location was what we wanted. Quiet, open and with nature. 2. Loved that it was a whole house 3. Loved how quick the hosts respond to concerns and questions 4. Outdoor fireplace was perfect 5. Beds were very comfy 6. TV was large and option to log into tv apps 7. Strong and constant wifi 8. Cards/games were a fun additive for the kids, but may need change the couple options as only 1 board game could be used for the age range of 4-8. Well, I want to start that I realllyyyyyy wanted to love this cottage! 1. It was quite dirty. Old dirt too, like months of not being cleaned in many spots. Dust everywhere (sucked for my allergies), ceiling fans and under beds the worst. I ended up having to spend the first night cleaning. Time for a better cleaning team, especially if you're charging guests a cleaning fee. 2. Bbq was extremely dirty, and no tools to clean. We had to drive 30 minutes into town to buy things as we planned meals around it. 3. Couldn't use outside faucet to set up sprinker we bought, no water came out, host didn't know why. 4. Lack of proper kitchen items, needs updating. Only 1 Frying pan is usable. The others are worn and everything sticks. No mixing bowls, no whisk. 5. Water pressure is very low, showering was not very enjoyable, especially since the shower head has only one setting, and it's not a good one. 6. No cloths for washing in shower (had to purchase) 7. Shampoo bottle was empty. 8. Hammocks ropes are breaking, so be careful with usage. 9. Ice machine wasn't working the first night. After talking with host, we were told to change the freezer filter. So we did and reset the fridge to fix. 10. TV sound is quite low. At 100, can barely hear TV. No matter how much we tinkerer with sound controls. 11. 1 portable AC in livingroom only. Two fans in others (realized heat was on the whole time as daily it was getting hotter in there. Contacted host, directed to turn off the heat breaker) 12. Dishwasher needs to be deep cleaned/serviced. We tried many times to use it but dishes were very spotty and dishes not clean. Started hand washing. 13. Washer machine needs to be deep cleaned/serviced. Black mould in it, including the area to put soap. Pasted on using it sadly. Used dryer for beach items to dry. 14. Some ripped pillows, and weird yellow staining. Passed on those pillows.

The cozy atmosphere and attention to detail made our stay memorable. From the well-equipped kitchen to the comfortable living spaces, this cottage exceeded our expectations. We have planned to visit this again and I genuinely recommend people to choose this place.

• Sanuja (10/5): Wonderful - We had a wonderful and relaxing time in the Marshmallow Villa. I did the best choice in booking in this cottage! Our hosts were extremely welcoming , gracious and lovely, there are not enough words to describe them. My travel loving family , has been to many places, still I would say it is one of the best cottages we've ever stayed in, mainly because of the welcoming feel when we enter there. It just FEELS LIKE OUR HOME!FELT THE WARMTH AND LOVE IN OUR HOME. They make sure that you are always at ease and you are not missing anything.They do everything to make sure you have a wonderful vacation.The home has all the spices , dishes everything we need in the kitchen and the best quality toiletries from Costco .Thank you Santhi and Sandeep for the local maple syrup and fresh eggs.Will Come back again!Last But Not Least, We got the chance to see some wildlife. kids would have enjoyed more if we could do fishing near the cottage area. But the hosts mentioned there are more fishing places nearby .
