Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card prior check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. If the property indicates linen is not included, linen packs are available for hire at $45 per King, Queen, or Double pack, and $35 per Single pack. Beds can be made up for an additional $10 per bed. Roslyn (7/5): - Good layout of kitchen and dining room. Well fenced. In good location, quiet but not too far from town and close to Club Forster. There were little steps in various places inside house. Lawns not mowed. Farmer friend weeds in garden not good for animals. No coffee or milk supplied, only tea bags. Some lights didn't work. Garage is a games room, not for parking car out of sun.

Kylie (7/5): Comfortable Stay, Great Location! - Spacious and comfortable, great location, close to the beach, Club Forster and the golf course. Allowed pets and excellent parking for cars and boats. Staff were responsive when contacted. Bunk beds were very unstable, they would not be safe for children sleeping up on the top.
