• Sinan (8/5): - The hotel is located far from the city centre, around 15-20 minutes by taxi. If you stay here, you should use taxis every day for going out and returning. However, there is no heavy traffic, and Yandex Go is very easy and convenient. We preferred this hotel because we did not want to stay in old guesthouse-style hotels in the centre at a similar price level. It is also very close to Ulugh Beg Observatory, Shah-i-Zinda, and Afrasiab Museum of Samarkand, around 5-8minutes away by taxi. The reception staff is kind and helpful. Everything was perfectly fine. We had a deluxe room, it was large enough, with a modern toilet and a small balcony. The internet connection was good. The breakfast was also good, with more than enough variety and decent coffee. If you need a toaster, just ask for it and they will bring it. For some reason, they do not always keep it available. The overall cleanliness of the room, including the bed, was okay. The only negative point is that they should improve the daily cleaning and towel inspection. My towel was properly washed and clean, but it had a few small rice particles (also washed) on it. They should check towels more carefully before folding them. The housekeeping staff should also use hairnets and pay more attention to cleaning the floor daily, especially the toilet.

Минус отеля его локация(для нас)для кого то это большой плюс.В шаговой доступности два огромных рынка(вещевой и птичий),мы отдыхали в вх день.Народу было очень много,Машин то же много,вообщем базарный день...Колоритно Но немного не совпало с ожиданиями.Много цыган. Достопримечательности в 20 минутах ходьбы.Все рядом,но если пройти все в один день ,то получается приличное расстояние.Это уже на ваше усмотрения и возможности,нам все очень понравилось по локации,но к вечеру была приятная усталость. Еще из минусов,сильный арома запах,в коридоре стоят аромадиффузоры. Сильный,навязчивый запах аромадиффузора.
• Abdüllatif Konuralp (4/5): Eigentlich ein schönes, relativ neues Hotel mit Potential, aber grundlegende Sachen waren einfach nicht gut.. - Spa und Fitnessbereich sind gut ausgestattet; das Bett ist wirklich sehr bequem; das Frühstück war gut; die Lage war etwas außerhalb der Innenstadt und deshalb ruhig; das Personal war hilfsbereit Loch oben in der Decke des Bads. Duschkopf war leider kaputt. Handtücher, Bademantel und Laken waren zwar frisch gewaschen, aber hatten leider Flecken. Obwohl wir das „Do not disturb“ Schild an die Tür gehängt haben, ist jemand in unser Zimmer??

Идеальная чистота, комфорт и атмосфера — хочется проводить там всё время.Персонал заслуживает отдельной благодарности 🙏 На ресепшене работают очень внимательные и отзывчивые люди, которые искренне стараются помочь. Видно, что здесь ценят гостей: любые пожелания учитываются моментально, всегда идут навстречу и находят решения.У нас был ранний выезд — и это было просто удивительно: уже в 7 утра нас ждал полноценный горячий завтрак! Всё свежее, вкусное, горячие блюда — чувствуется забота до мелочей. Более того, нам без проблем организовали ранний заезд совершенно бесплатно — такой уровень сервиса встречается очень редко.Цены при этом более чем приятные, особенно учитывая качество сервиса.Этот отель — пример того, как должно выглядеть настоящее гостеприимство. Сюда хочется возвращаться и обязательно рекомендовать всем 💫

• Jacqueline (10/5): Excellent stay and great home base for exploring Samarkand - The property felt like a new build and the room was very clean and well appointed. The staff spoke English and were very kind and helpful. The location was a bit far from major tourist sites. However, the local taxi service app is extremely affordable and it made getting around town very easy.

However, the highlight of the hotel was the very friendly and helpful staff. The area around the hotel wasn't very walkable and was quite dark at night without nearby shops for daily needs, even though it is not far from city attractions by taxi.

The breakfast is wonderfully varied and satisfying. and great comfort The only minor drawback is the location, as the hotel is next to an open dirt area with less convenient walking access to shops for daily needs. As a suggestion, it would be even better if the bright hallway lighting at night could be slightly dimmed, and if guests were kindly encouraged to avoid gathering and chatting in the hallways after 10 p.m.

Mitarbeiter samt Manager sind supernett und der Service ist wunderbar. Schwimmbad samt Sauna und Dampfbad vorhanden. Viele Parkplätze sowie Ladestation. Frühstück könnte optimiert werden, mehr Klasse statt Masse. Umgebung wird momentan noch umgestaltet.

• Raj (10/5): As a person with OCD this Hotel was really ✨✨. It made us extend for another night. They have a party on Saturday night - Location 10/10 Staff 10/10 Spotless Facility 10/10 Bathroom superb 10/10 Pillows are a bit uncomfy, too bulky, but it doesn’t affect our whole stay.

They also have a really amazing sauna and pool. I enjoyed the breakfast as well. I will revisit the hotel when I return to Samarkand in the future.

• Mohammed (9/5): Would recommend - The manager and all the staff were very warm in their welcoming and made us feel at home throughout our stay, they provided us with an early check-in option at no additional cost when we reached the hotel at 6 am in the morning. They were helpful with all our requests and even provided us with a complementary dinner and free airport transfer at the end of our stay. There were power shortages once and sometimes twice a day during our stay. But this is something that happens all over Samarkand and is not an issue on the hotel's side. The hotel location is not the best and requires you to call a Yandex taxi whenever you want to visit any places nearby.
• Evgenii (9/5): Very nice, we like it! - It is a new hotel. There is a private bath and balcony in the room which is quite difficult to find in Samarqand for reasonable money. There is a small but good gym which sauna and swimming pool. Staff was very nice and friendly. Due to the novelty of the hotel it could a bit smell of paint in the room.
• Tim (9/5): Superb - Very helpful and pleasant staff. Paid attention to what was desired and tried to make our stay as perfect as possible. Highlight was the personal Buffet breakfast on the rooftop Balcony. Swimmingpool, Fitness Center and Sauna were all in the basement of the Hotel and made a good look. Works on the Sauna and pool are not finished yet. The Matrass on the bed was hard. The bathroom smelled sometimes like drain. Overall a very beautiful hotel with new Equipment, but when you pay attention to the details, you see that the finishing has not been done perfectly.
