• Ma del Socorro (10/5): Tranquilidad, confortable, accesibilidad y económico - El desayuno riquísimo.. La ubicación me gustó mucho, puedes llegar fácilmente El letrero en su entrada un poquito más grande , para que se vea con más facilidad
• Celia Joanna (8/5): - La comida muy rica, sobre todo el pulpo zarandeado. Tienen muy buena vista de la laguna. Es un sitio muy tranquilo lo cual te ayuda a relajarte. La alberca esta un poco fría.

• Laura Lucia (8/5): Cómodo, cuenta con todo lo esencial, al pie de la laguna. - Al pie de la laguna, vista increíble. Nos encantó que es pet friendly y que incluye el desayuno. No tenían cobija ni almohadas extras. La entrada a la laguna es desde un malecón, no hay escaleras o manera de entrar caminando.
• Luz María (6/5): - Excelente ubicación, las áreas verdes muy bonitas Falta de limpieza, entiendo que voy a un pueblito en donde los recursos como el agua para lavar sabanas es limitado y escaso, pero mínimo sacudir la cama, para quitar restos de comida, cabellos, pelos y demás.
• Rodriguez rubio (6/5): Bonita ubicación, decepcionante baño y restaurante - La cercanía a la laguna El lavabo no tenía un mueble en donde poner tus cosas, la regadera estaba fallando, tenía que hacer varios trucos para dejar el agua tibia. Pero lo peor fue en el desayuno, nos sirvieron media hora despues que varias mesas que llegaron después que mi familia, a un miembro de mi familia de plano nunca le llevaron su desayuno, creo que la mesera era nueva, pero eso no justifica esa falta de atención que tuvieron. Sinceramente no vuelvo.
• Bertha (9/5): Fam Gutierrez - El servicio todo tienes en el lugar, tranquilidad, buena atención, buenas comidas. Solo les faltó una mejor estufa en el cuarto familiar. Pero todo estuvo muy bien. La estufa ya amerita un cambio

• Maya (9/5): A lovely location, we would definitely return - We loved staying at Ranchito camping due to the lovely location, friendly staff and great value. We enjoyed our first night so muhc that we decided to syat another. Luckily there was availbility. It would have been nice if the restraunt was open a bit later (closed at 6pm the 2 nghts we were there)

• Yvette (1/5): We are 8 people who do not recommend this place. - The hotel had a good location, we were happy that it had their own access to the lake. The town is a small and safe place. They had agreement with a restaurant which had really good food. The room we got was ok clean but the mosquito nets were broken and mosquitoes, ants and spiders got in. There were also lizards on the ceiling. The kitchen did not have any utensils. There were no pans, glasses or cutlery, so we couldn't use it. They gave us towels but they had holes. The pool was freezing, the heater wasn't working so we couldn't enjoy it either. There were no pool beds. On the terrace of the room there was an extremely uncomfortable stone bench. The dining room table was bent and would fall over if you put anything on it. The dining room chairs were made of wooden sticks and extremely uncomfortable, we had to put towels down to sit on them. They asked us not to drink beer from a glass container near the pool and we respected that. But they kept selling glass beers to a couple in the pool which was very inconsistent on the part of the staff. The rule about music until 10pm was not respected by other guests and the staff did nothing about it. There was no hot water in the bathroom, we had to shower with cold water.
• Shaik (2/5): Not worthy for the price and booking.com and property combinedly cheat the customer. - Place is good. Not worthy for the cost. When I booked in booking.com, the final price was $1600, which is already expensive, but property collected $1900. Which is $300 more than the final booking value. They don't have a any answer for collecting extra on booking value.
