• Adriana (9/5): Genial! - El departamento muy lindo y amplio, las camas super cómodas, con calefacción y aire acondicionado en las habitaciones, sillones en la cocina comedor. La anfitriona super amable, nos dio muchas recomendaciones sobre qué hacer en la isla y cómo movernos con el transporte. Es necesario tener auto para recorrer la isla. Un día nos dejó un desayuno con cosas dulces, especialidad de su lugar de origen. Sin duda volvería! Pocos utensillos en la cocina, pero de todos modos, los necesarios para arreglarnos. El resto todo muy bien.
• Laura (7/5): Bien, pero no repetiría - La ubicación no está mal, se agradece no estar en el meollo del turismo y andando son 15min a Fira. Los pastelitos de bienvenida están riquísimos. Las camas cómodas. Las instalaciones son muy básicas. Dado el precio deberían mejorar en detalles como poner unas sábanas a los “sofás” de la sala de estar. Las fotos no representan las realidad. El agua del jacuzzi estaba sucia. Tampoco había había las colchonetas para tomar el sol de la foto.

Thank you Sofia and staff! - Sofia and her staff were great; the breakfast they prepared one of the mornings was delicious; Sofia also was very helpful with local information on tours and activities to do around the area and was very responsive when I had to contact her about anything during our stay. The apartments were close to everything and since we had a car rental it was easy access to everything; There was a little grocery store a few blocks away that was nice to have close. I wish the jacuzzi were hotter temperature but we understood that it was off season so not really a problem.

• Sachin Pratap Singh (9/5): Nice location, aminities and host - With car to explore Santorini this is very nice location, close to Fira, and restaurants. Place has all the amenities. Host is helpful always available to help on text.
• Contador (8/5): Muy bonito y cómodo - Lugar muy bonito y cómodo, la persona muy dispuesta a colaborar y orientarte, pero como ella no estaba en Santorini, no pudo apoyarnos más. Cuenta con cocina con horno No había lavalozas, quedaron de llevar pero nunca llegó, el espacio común era muy frío. Muy pocos utensilios de cocina, lo que dificulta preparar los propios alimentos.

Le foto online sono chiaramente datate o ritoccate, perché ciò che ci siamo trovati davanti era tutt’altro: una struttura vecchia, trascurata e sporca. L’arredamento è vecchio e rovinato, niente a che vedere con lo stile “accogliente” delle foto pubblicate. Abbiamo scelto questa struttura proprio per le immagini viste online, ma la realtà è stata completamente diversa. Una volta arrivati, ci siamo sentiti truffati. È evidente che la proprietà non investe né nella manutenzione né nell’onestà verso i futuri ospiti. Non consiglio assolutamente questa casa. Meglio spendere qualcosa in più e dormire in un posto pulito e decoroso.

• Moi (10/5): Impeccable, l'hôtel est très bien situé, à 05 minutes à pied de la station de Bus et très propre. - J'ai particulièrement apprécié la disponibilité de Sofia inconditionnellement. J'ai d'ailleurs été surclassé à mon arrivée. Et pour tous mes besoins elle m'a satisfaite. Je reviendrai.

• Dechen (10/5): Excellent Stay! - I had an amazing stay. The room was spotless, spacious, and tastefully designed, providing a perfect mix of comfort and style. Sofia was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always making sure everything was just right. The highlight of my stay was the private swimming pool or jacuzzi right outside the room — such a relaxing and luxurious touch after a tiring day! Overall, the experience was peaceful, comfortable, and truly memorable. I’d definitely recommend the BlackRock Suite to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.
• George (10/5): - Πολυ ομορφο και άνετο δωματιο, πολυ κοντα στα Φηρά. Η οικοδέσποινα ηταν πολυ φιλική και εξυπηρετική απο την πρωτη στιγμή με άμεση επικοινωνία. Άμεση προσβαση σε όλα τα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος του νησιού. Η καλύτερη επιλογή για επίσκεψη στο ομορφο νησι της Σαντορίνης.
• Cristian (10/5): Lugar excelente y cómodo a 15 min a pie del centro de Fira - El hidromasaje, la comodidad de las camas, la ducha, la limpieza y el desayuno de cortesía que nos trajeron unos de los días. Había azúcar, capsulas de café y té lo cual era genial! Quizás hubiera estado bueno que haya un poco de sal, aceite y vinagre para no tener que comprar cada cosa para luego tener que dejarla o tirarla antes del vuelo.

The owner helped us with every request, she’s so kind, also she gave us a breakfast ( delicious 🤤). We highly recommend to choose this accommodation! The accommodation is 30 min by walking from Fira ( isn’t that far) . We had a private parking area. This property deserve 1000 stars! ⭐️ For us this property is in top 3 of our favorite! They cleaned our room every 2 days! Everything was superlative! Thank you! .

Also provided us one day complementary breakfast Beds was comfortable. Ac was nice. Location bit difficult for ones without car. But still Managable with public transportation. Karterados bus stop is not that far away. I think other options like superior or deluxe villa has better jacuzzi, junior villa has a jacuzzi which is just on road

Qualche piccolo segno di usura nel mobilio che però non inficia l ottima qualità del soggiorno. Personale estremamente gentile e premuroso. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo l omaggio di frutta fresca come benvenuto e anche l ottima e abbondante colazione offerta. la Jacuzzi consente di rinfrescarsi e riposarsi dopo una giornata in giro. The rooms were extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean and beautifully kept. The local breakfast was absolutely delicious and really made our mornings special. We truly appreciated all the warm hospitality and thoughtful details. We only wish we could have stayed even longer to enjoy such a lovely place. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Santorini!

The bed were comfortable for us and it was nice to have a private jacuzzi We didn’t like that the bathroom ceiling has mold all over, which we brought up to the host. There was missing soap and shampoo, iron and the laundry machine was not working. Soap and iron were provided when we asked for them. Very limited utensils if you were looking to cook. Message received that we were to have a breakfast but nothing was offered

The hot tub was a lot less private than expected. It was on the front porch and although the property is at the end of a quiet road, it still felt a bit too open. It also would have been nice if it had been hot for us arriving.
• Latham (9/5): Great stay at BlackRock Suites - After being stuck on arrival in Santorini without a hotel, Sofia came to our rescue as we were able to book the suite and arrive around midnight. She even provided a video to help us get into the flat. We spent lots of time enjoying the cooling jacuzzi and watching the sunset. The suite itself had everything we needed and there was daily room service and towels. Very comfy large beds too and a lovely breakfast in our first morning- perfect! We recommend hiring a car as although Kartadaros has a bus stop, it's a lot more reliable driving around the island.

Our host Leila was also very kind to keep our luggage while we visited Thira before our flight. The bed was also very nice and soft which was a contrast from other places we stayed during this trip. Unfortunately the hot tub outside is not covered and in the winter months the water being is a little too cold to take advantage of it.

It is really pretty, great location, Sofia was really attentive and nice and the cleaning lady was always there to help us with whatever we needed. I also think it has a great price.

• Penny (6/5): Overpriced - Friendly staff Clean room The photos on the booking do not represent reality. For example, the jacuzzi was on the side where the parking was and next to the room where the staff worked, so there was no privacy and as a result I could not use this facility. The check in was done by the cleaners. It doesn't have good soundproofing at all and unfortunately I woke up with the slightest noise.

From there, you could get anywhere you wanted to. The location has beautiful restaurants nearby and Sofia was super helpful with loads of recommendations! Sofia was an exceptional host and was easily reachable.

• Amy (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice accommodation. Sofia was very nice and so helpful, she organized our transfer to the accommodation for us and met us outside. We also got a free complement breakfast with our stay which was a very nice surprise. The hot tub was also very nice. The rooms were very clean and modern. Location is nice as-well as there are restaurants and mini markets within walking distance. Overall it was a lovely experience with really nice staff. Would definitely recommend it.
• Sarita (10/5): Very well maintained place. - Loved the property. Brand new. Absolutely clean. Great staff. Sofia (the concierge) is a great asset. From the day one of our booking, she has been in touch with us for everything (island tours info, airport pick up and anything else we needed). Shd got us very delicious cream pies for breakfast the next morning. The two housekeeping staff gave us a very warm welcome and briefed us about afew things around the place. The property is sparkling clean. One can cook meal as there is everything in kitchen just as mentioned in the description. Place (inside) looks exactly as in the photos. The photos of the exterior are not made available in the description. Although it looks as beautiful as inside, the pathway to get to house no. 3 is a narrow walkway. It's not that big an issue anyways. Bus stop is 10 min away by walk (little uphill) . You get busses (KTEL) to go to Fira (5 min frequency) on one direction and on the other to go to Kamari, Perissa, Airport, Monolithos. Many tavernas along the way till the bus stop. Couple of supermarkets nearby. Can go for it without any doubt Nothing
