• Dale (10/5): Gem - The room was absolutely perfect for what we needed, which was a calm and relaxing stay. Big TV and a comfortable couch. Large floorspace, good shower, an absolutely unbelievable city view and easily the most comfortable bed we've slept in since we began travelling South East Asia 6 months ago. There's a 7-eleven a 3 minute walk from the property and there's a coffee shop directly beside it (decent, not spectacular). There are plenty of restaurants nearby for grab food which we made the most of during our stay. The host was a gentleman, as were the staff and my wife and I cannot recommend this place highly enough for a nice relaxing stay. Thank you so much! It was perfect!

• Lang (6/5): - Stayed for two weeks here. The room was clean. I loved the antique store across the street. There were a few other places in walking distance like jolibee, mercury drug and chow king. I was on the 6th floor, however, I slept horribly because the noise from the steet was so loud, which i did see in another review. I didn't think it could be that bad but it sounded as if there were no windows at all. The wifi wasn't good. The tv was terribly difficult to use. Could have used a few more amenities in the room for 2 weeks, an extra roll of toilet paper and maybe a broom. The water pressure and temperature were very inconsistent. The bathroom isn't sloped properly and half the bathroom gets wet from not draining properly. There's a ceiling fan as a light in the living room, but the blades were removed and left in the kitchen cabinet.

• Nick (9/5): - Most things were good, location, staff, cleanliness, safety etc Only one lift was working during my stay. You had to wait long time. The shampoo conditioner in the shower was fully empty.
• Calpall (8/5): - The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and was very secure. It smelled very nice and was complete with silverware and had a nice modern big flat screen TV and nice view outside and it was near to some good restaurants and other necessary everyday amenities. Good value for the price and exceeded our expectations. Sometimes it was a bit noisy at night time because it was near a main road but that's not their fault, and the bathroom floor got wet everytime we showered because it's a walk in shower, there's not really much theu can do about that. Nothing bad to say about here other than that. I guess one thing that would make it even better is if there was a chopping board and cutlery capable of cutting vegetables.

• Remi (9/5): Great experience and place to stay in Manila - Very safe, fantastic staff members at reception. All that you need for a a couple of nights in Manila. It was close to a cool local neighbourhood with nice cafes and bars. Blinds that actually don’t let the light through would be a nice touch!

I liked the cool, modern ambiance of the room I chose. It is so much better than cheap hotels. The cafe and convenience store were also near.

Pareti troppo sottili, la notte dormire è stato praticamente impossibile data la zona trafficata. Questo è stato l'unico lato negativo, ma che pesa molto sul giudizio complessivo.

The staff was very helpful and friendly especially the young man that worked in the evenings. He went above and beyond to answer my questions . The curtains let in a lot of light so sleeping past 7 o’clock was difficult.

Wifi is decent for streaming purposes. Complementary water provided. Several options for grab delivery nearby, so place is good for staycation purposes. The shower should have a floor separator so the water will not flood to the toilet area. It drains fast, but could be messy. There are no seats while waiting in the lobby.

Highly advise to open the aircon a few hours before the guests arrived, it took a while for the room to get cold when we arrived. And it was hot outside so a cold room would’ve been nice. Other than that everything was good and we really liked our stay.

But no cookware. Two plates, cups, and coffee mugs but only one set of eating utensils. Smoker next door kept leaking smoke in our bathroom. Shower floor drains very slow.

It only take one second to turn the water on right? Ridiculous and unbelievable people running this place. Then instead of being apologetic they tried to block me from finishing my month long stay while my condo is remodeling. No pitty for the owner or the guests. You have been WARNED Disrespectful theifs stole my sunglasses and then the room flooded damaging all my electronics worth nearly 580,000 php the maintenance man said he forget to test the newly install hair catcher in the drain. It only take one second to turn the water on to test it right???? Ridiculous and unbelievable people cutting corner and causing damages to guests.. • Reymund (9/5): The place is a good value for money! - I liked that the place was easy to get to. The unit was very clean and comfortable. A division to hide the bedspace would make the unit better. When the door opens the bed may be exposed.
• Meg (9/5): It’s a really great place for chill and relaxing staycations. Will definitely book again! - The unit was great, comfortable, and beautiful. It was spacious enough for two guests and we were able to enjoy the TV and Netflix in the room. There was a cafe in the building which was convenient for us to get coffee and snacks. Staff were also very accommodating and hospitable. There weren’t a lot of restaurants/food options and convenience stores in the surrounding area. Kitchen items in the unit were also limited. There were only two pillows, wish there were at least 2 for each guest.

The guards and staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, with Lea and Adrian standing out in particular. During our stay, we had an emergency where my partner needed to be rushed to the hospital in the early morning hours. Adrian went above and beyond, assisting us and even accompanying us to the hospital to ensure our safety. His support was invaluable during such a stressful time. Our pets were also well taken care of. They loved the room, and Voss provided toys for them, which made their stay enjoyable. Overall, the combination of excellent service, caring staff, and pet-friendly amenities made our time at the condominium memorable and stress-free.

• Lily (7/5): Good - This is the first time I have stayed in the condominium. The accommodation is comfortable and peaceful. So clean and the view of the city was impressive. You can also see the traffic jam every day with no noise. It's near the park and Quezon Monument. Normally, I don't like malls, but Araneta Mall is a beautiful mall that you can visit and eat something before you leave for the next trip. The internet didn't work. Then, one of the people on the front desk (she could check in the register book) and some clients too asked me during two days (I stayed three days), when do I leave ? I think it's not appropriate to ask.
