Kelly (8/5): Overall a fantastic whare especially at short notice, perfect for what we needed it for. Ngā mihi - The space inside this whare was perfect for a large group of 10 persons. Enough room to be together and feel like you are not on top of each other. Aircon on the ground floor was a blessing saved us from lots of whining teenagers. Morning sunrises on the lakeside were priceless moments. The wastepipe from the upstairs bathroom coming through the kitchen is not a good thing. The shower tray being visible through the flooring also not good. Would be best to find a way to enclose both of these so the sound of the wastepipe is not a factor when you are cooking in the kitchen. Air con needs to be installed upstairs, heat rises and fans are only pushing around hot air especially when dusk hits and you need to close the doors and windows to keep the midges away.
