• Mark (3/5): Wouldn’t stay there again. - Owner was friendly and it was located close to where I needed to be. The house is undergoing renovations, it’s very run down. Dirty carpets, broken window, TV not working, shower that could either be red hot and burn, or cold. Spider webs everywhere, dirty walls, beds from the 1970s the list of problems with this place could go on and on.
• Tammy (5/5): Steve was a great host and very welcoming and friendly. But there is quite a lot that needs to be done cosmetically to m - Location was quiet. It was quite run down with lots of personal property left around. Needs new carpets and a good clean.

• Cathel (2/5): Property not ready to accept guests - The man did his best once he realised we were booked in. Dirty. Looked like the whole place had been wrecked by a massive party. Bed was broken. Other furniture and doors old and broken too. Carpets and walls were stained and grimy.

• Graham (6/5): Friendly staff but not beatific. - I liked the landlord who was very friendly. I liked the room size - it was big enough for a young family. I liked the location which was relatively close to the MOD site I was going to as well as Lincoln and other places to visit. Overall, I have ticked value for money because it was relatively cheap for a large room only. I didn't like the stain left on the bedside table. I didn't like not being able to get hot water for a shower; I did wonder whether I would because I was told the night before it would have to be heated early; there were no clear directions on use of the shower, Similarly, I was told I could use the TV; I just needed to download a LG remote app; the first one I tried wanted money to be able to use the remote effectively and the second didn't connect to the TV; the third connected but only Netflix and BBC iPlayer were loaded that I use and I couldn't get connected to my Netflix account and the others weren't shows/films I watch; I tried iPlayer but it didn't stay connected for long. The room was freezing when I entered as a window was left open and it was snowing outside; I tried the radiator which did not work; I found an electric heater which worked if I left it on permanently to heat the large room.
