• Venugopal (4/5): Not value for money - No breakfast provided Booked tripple bed room. The walls of First room has seepage on walls, so on request changed to another room. That was somewhat okay but at 2.AM the AC started making loud noise . So sleep completely disturbed.

• Ashir (3/5): Please Increase your hospitality, seems like you are taking only advantage of your location , some basic hospitality sho - That it was on the main street of Fort Cochi. Staff is pathetic, No service whatsoever , they don’t even provide water in your room and they just want payment without even showing room or anything (that too before checkout as they have no staff member at checkout time). And they have NO PARKING, even when they say in description they have , they will ask you to stand your car in street in empty space and no luggage support from staff ( From parking at some other street and till second floor you need to carry it on your own). Furniture is not good and bed is uncomfortable with very little room space.

• Aishwarya (8/5): A great last minute find! - We found this place end minute through a recommendation and it turned out to be very good. We got a nice big quiet room that was comfortable. The staff was very polite and helpful and we found a good deal on booking.com There was very little hot water and it would get over very quickly
