Les commerces à proximité permettent de trouver facilement ce dont on a besoin pour se restaurer L'espace repas est bien pour 4 mais pas plus Le réglage de la température de la douche n'est pas idéal, les lits superposés n'étaient pas très confortables mais ça reste suffisant et reposant pour un court séjour.

Appartement propre et bien équipé, lave vaisselle, machine à laver, tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner, literie confortable, le plus était la terrasse privée. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Il est bien placé, station de métro à côté e, plusieurs restaurants et supérette. Je recommande ce logement.. Le personnel est aussi réactif car nous avions commandé un lit parapluie qui n'y était pas lors de notre arrivée ils l'ont aussitôt ramené Mal isolé, nous entendons tout ce qu'il se passe au dessus de notre tête... Remontée d'égouts dans la salle de bain avec une odeur désagréable Revoir le lit parapluie qui est cassée pour les prochaines personnes, nous avons réussi à le rafistoler mais il faut le changer

• Irene (9/5): - Apartamento muy confortable con todo lo necesario. Distancia al centro, al ir con niños a veces se nos hacia un poco largo, todo y tener una parada de autobús muy cerca
• Carlos (9/5): - Tem todas as comodidades e equipamentos necessários. Boa localização. Mesmo tendo outro apartamento por cima o barulho não foi excessivo. Se algum dia tiver que voltar, muito provavelmente vinha novamente. A única coisa menos boa foi, se o número de hóspedes for grande o suficiente para alguém ter que dormir no sofá cama na sala, o frigorífico faz muito barulho, mas ajustando o valor do frio (no caso passei de 3 para 1) o barulho desaparece, portanto acaba por ser um não problema.

• Eva (8/5): Un alojamiento muy cómodo y perfecto para pasar unos días de vacaciones - La ubicación era muy buena dado que el transporte público es excelente y pudimos llegar al centro sin problemas. Me hubiese gustado que el alojamiento contara con una zona de estar común con algún sofá (solo estaba la mesa de comedor) y también eché en falta un balcón y un cazo de servir sopa. La ducha me resultó muy pequeña

• Frédérique (9/5): Nous sommes très satisfait de notre séjour. Si nous devons revenir à Londres, nous réserverons à nouveau. - Les images correspondent à 100% à la réalité. L’appartement est propre, confortable et calme. Il y’a un restaurant juste en dessous, le métro a 2 minutes ainsi qu’une supérette pour acheter ce dont on a besoin. Sinon cherche la petite bête, la douche est petite mais tout à fait fonctionnelle.

• CHIARA AMBRA (9/5): - Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto soggiornare nell'appartamento scelto a causa di un guasto. La proprietà ci ha segnalato tempestivamente il problema, ci ha offerto una soluzione sostitutiva e un rimborso parziale. Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento nel seminterrato che è appena stato completamente ristrutturato con grande gusto. Di giuste dimensioni per 5 persone, ha un bagno piccolino ma non minuscolo come altri visto a Londra. La cucina è completa e funzionale (l'abbiamo usata per cucinare tutte le sere). Il riscaldamento funziona benissimo ed è regolabile. Per l'estate è da notare che questa soluzione non ha l'aria condizionata. Ci siamo trovati bene anche con la zona. Il supermercato è proprio attraversata la strada e ci sono tanti localini carini dove mangiare. Una stazione della metro a 10 min a piedi e quella della overground a 50 m. Si arriva in centro in 20 min. Per gli Harry Potter studios ne servono 40 circa. La casa è un po buia ma tornando solo di sera non è stato un grande problema. Per ovviare al problema della muffa hanno instsllato delle ventole in ogni stanza e sono parecchio rumorose (vanno lasciate accese per evitare l'umidità eccessiva).

• CHRISTOPHE (8/5): bon rapport qualité / prix - Idéalement situé en face d’une station de métro permettant d’accéder à tout Londres et d’un supermarché, l’appartement dans son ensemble a répondu à nos attentes. Le quartier est calme. Le point négatif étant simplement un inventaire qui mériterait d’être actualisé (manque de couvert …). et l'isolation de la grande fenêtre ( nous y sommes allé début décembre) mais le chauffage compensait très bien.

• Sebastian (8/5): Top! - Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Zudem ist die Wohnung für Londoner Verhältnisse ausreichend groß. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern war der Straßenlärm sehr unauffällig. An heißen Tagen wurden die Schlafzimmer sehr heiß und bei offenem Fenster war der Straßenlärm zu laut zum Schlafen.

Consiglio vivamente Nota negativa non ci sono servizi di nessun tipo, non è possibile far lasciare i bagagli, gli adattatore messi a disposizione non funzionano, il bagno è molto piccolo senza finestra e presenta molta umidità al soffitto (muffa), non è possibile accedere alla chiostra direttamente dall'appartamento.

Unser erwachsene Sohn konnte kaum darin schlafen. Eine Zumutung. Extrem hellhörig. Von oben wurde getrampelt und getreten, was das Zeug hielt. Es wurde geräumt und umgeräumt bis weit nach Mitternacht.

• Gérard (9/5): Très bien - Situation dans la ville très proche des transports (bus et overground), le quartier vivant avec des commerces, Le logement agréable propre, bien tenu et bien équipé, qui a répondu à mes attentes. Les gérants sont réactifs à nos questions et demandes. C'est dommage qu'il n'y ait pas un mode d'emploi des équipements. Pour ma part je n'ai pas été capable de mettre en service l'eau chaude sur le lavabo de la salle de bain et sur l'évier de la cuisine cuisine ni de mettre en route le microwaves. La douche fonctionnant très bien et mon séjour étant très court, cela ne m'a pas trop gêné et je n'ai pas jugé utile de demander de l'aide.

Chyba jedyne co to termostat wody pod prysznicem bo woda ustawiona raz tak samo za każdym razem leci inna temperatura wody.

The area was well connected, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. Overall, it felt like a welcoming and convenient place to stay. Unfortunately, the washing machine was not working, which was a bit inconvenient, especially for a longer stay. There was also no vacuum cleaner available, and basic cleaning supplies such as a dishwashing sponge were missing.
• Lidia (8/5): Estancia agradable, buena comunicación con el transporte público. - Calefacción perfecta, el agua sale caliente y eso se agradece en estos sitios. Está rodeado de tiendas y un supermercado justo en frente que cierra a las 23:00 cosa que viene genial, el transporte público está justo al lado. La ubicación aunque no es céntrica no hay ningún problema debido a la buena comunicación con el transporte. Dejan café soluble, azúcar, papel wc, bolsas basura, gel y champú, cosa que viene genial. Sin duda no me importaría volver. La limpieza no era muy eficiente, el baño tiene bastante moho y hay telarañas.

There were only 2 beds and I had requested 3 beds and when I first booked it said it did. It was hard to locate and not close to any of the attractions we were looking for. • Teeaa (3/5): Would not recommend. - The location is close to public transport. The TV has all the channels. The property photos are taken with a wide angle lens which makes the place on photos look significantly bigger than actual size. Very uncomfortable old mattress and very old duvet, very uncomfortable pillows. The shower is so small you cannot turn in it.
• frederic (8/5): Londres - Bien situé, facile et sécurisé d'accès. Tout près des lignes de bus et métro. Studio bien organisé, idéal pour dormir. Bien insonorisé, lits très confortables. Peut être rajouter des volets pour couper complètement mes lumières extérieures.
• Aurélie (7/5): Appartement basique à prix démocratique - Appartement à prix très raisonnable pour Londres. Kensal Rise n'est pas très proche du centre de Londres mais bus et trains : bien desservi. La rue est animée mais le bruit n'est pas exagéré dans l'appartement (2ème étage pour nous, tout en haut). Il a des restos tout autour donc facile le soir. Salle de douche trop petite et aération mécanique très limitée. Lit bébé demandé : il y en avait un dans le couloir mais cassé. J'ai demandé par email s'il était possible d'en avoir un autre et il m'a été répondu qu'il y en avait une deuxième. J'ai bien dit que non mais n'ai plus eu de réponse. Je n'ai pas insisté car nous avons mis un matelas au sol pour la petite (2 ans donc pas un nourrisson heureusement). A leur décharge, je pense que si j'avais insisté, j'aurais eu une réponse et peut-être une solution. La pièce de vie est très limitée pour 7 personnes (5 adultes, une enfant de 11 ans et une de 2 ans) mais pour le prix payé, ça reste acceptable.

• James (7/5): Comfortable stay - Very clean and comfy with everything you would need in an apartment. Great location next to bars, cafes and tube station Top floor, which was difficult for the elderly of our group
• Mélanie (7/5): Overall, a good experience. We spent three nights in this quiet and functional accommodation. - Quiet and pleasant accommodation. Fairly well located, away from the center and main attractions but not far from buses and the subway. Shops and pharmacies nearby. Easy access to the building and accommodation. The private courtyard is pretty and pleasant. It has a few chairs, a table, and a barbecue. The beds are comfortable (slightly firm mattresses) and the heating works well. Each room has a wardrobe. The kitchen is functional, although we didn't really have time to cook. There is a dining table in the living room with several chairs available. It's nice to be able to sit down together. Adapters available in the kitchen. A thoughtful touch. The blankets are warm, and there are extra pillows and bath towels available in one of the rooms. There is soap and shampoo in the bathroom. The television works well. There is a restaurant attached to the building, it looks nice but we didn't get a chance to try it. ***** Hébergement calme et agréable. Assez bien situé, loin du centre et des principales attractions, mais pas loin des bus et du métro. Commerces et pharmacies à proximité. Accès facile au bâtiment et à l'hébergement. La cour privée est jolie et agréable. Elle dispose de quelques chaises, d'une table et d'un barbecue. Les lits sont confortables (matelas légèrement fermes) et le chauffage fonctionne bien. Chaque chambre dispose d'une armoire. La cuisine est fonctionnelle, même si nous n'avons pas vraiment eu le temps de cuisiner. Il y a une table à manger dans le salon avec plusieurs chaises à disposition. C'est agréable de pouvoir s'asseoir tous ensemble. Des adaptateurs sont disponibles dans la cuisine. C'est sympathique. Les couvertures sont chaudes et des oreillers et serviettes de bain supplémentaires sont disponibles dans l'une des chambres. Il y a du savon et du shampoing dans la salle de bain. La télévision fonctionne bien. The accommodation is not the cleanest (floors in the bedrooms and bathroom, kitchen). The apartment could do with a bit of freshening up. The private courtyard is not very well maintained, but this may be due to the autumn weather. The bathroom lock might need to be replaced or improved. ***** Le logement n'est pas des plus propres (sols dans les chambres et la salle de bain, cuisine). L'appartement aurait besoin d'être rafraîchi. La cour privée n'est pas très bien entretenue, mais cela est peut-être dû au temps automnal. La serrure de la salle de bain devrait être remplacée ou améliorée.
• Jitka (8/5): Na krátký pobyt (my 3 noci) úplně dostačující. - Super dostupnost na dopravu. Zastávka autobusu hned u ubytování, metro 15 minut pěšky. Hned naproti tesco. Poměr cena x kvalita splnila očekávání. Je to malinké, bylo nás 7, ale na přespání a hygienu dostačující. Plíseň v koupelně na stropě a nefunkčí dávkovač na sprchový gel, ale to nám nevadilo, šampón byl funkční.

• GIOVANNI (7/5): Alloggio discreto - La zona tranquilla e ben servita. Non era abbastanza pulita. Lavabo del bagno minuscolo. Muffa in bagno.

• Andrea (7/5): - Klein aber fein. Alles vorhanden, was man für einen kurzen Städtetrip braucht. Das Futonbett war leider viel zu klein. Eine Bettdecke. Wir haben kaum Schlaf gefunden.
• Anna (8/5): - Lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra, bardzo blisko do przystanku autobusowego, dużo sklepów i knajpek w pobliżu. Zarówno kuchni jak i w łazience nie ma ciepłej wody. Woda pod prysznicem zmienia temperaturę w najmniej oczekiwanych momentach. Jest to dość uciążliwe.

• Juan Manuel (8/5): Fin de semana en familia - Está en un barrio con muchas tiendas y restaurantes, la parada de tren y de autobuses en la misma avenida, bien comunicado y tranquilo. Un poco justo para 7 personas,solo hay un baño pequeño y las literas no son muy cómodas,las camas si.
• nathalie (4/5): Bel emplacement, mais logement humide, mal insonorisé et mal entretenu. - L’appartement est bien situé proche des bus et tramway. En revanche, plusieurs points m’ont déçue : il est très mal insonorisé, on entend énormément les voisins du dessus, ce qui rend les nuits difficiles. Il y a aussi beaucoup d’humidité — à éviter pour les personnes sensibles ou allergiques. La salle de bain est très vétuste, le rideau de douche est sale, et le ménage n’était pas fait correctement à notre arrivée. Dommage, car avec un peu d’entretien et de rénovation, ce logement pourrait être bien plus agréable. Aucune décoration.
