• Lutgart (9/5): Fantastisch verblijf op toplocatie! - De communicatie met de beheerder was super. Steeds zeer duidelijke en prompte antwoorden. Zeer makkelijk om de locatie en de toegang te vinden hoewel dat niet zo evident was om uit te leggen. Alle voorzieningen werkten naar behoren. De slaapbank was zeer comfortabel. De locatie is TOP! Absoluut fantastisch. Wij hebben bijna alles te voet kunnen doen. Ik kan dit verblijf 100 pct aanbevelen en zou zeker teruggaan mocht ik opnieuw naar Madrid gaan. Madrid heeft mij ook enorm positief verrast. Wij vonden de artificiële kamergeur in de centrale hal en in ons appartement echt vreselijk, zeer overheersend. We hebben de geurverspreiders in onze kamer naar de hal verplaatst waarna de geur in ons appartement (Goya) in orde was. Maar telkens wanneer we in de hal kwamen, overviel ons die sterke, overheersende roomspray. In het appartement misten we een grote spiegel, maar dat is een detail. Persoonlijk zijn wij geen fan van de plastic planten in de hal en het appartement omdat dat stofnesten zijn maar we konden ermee leven 😉

The taxi that dropped us from the airport used the central location and that you cannot drive to the apartment, and our lack of knowledge to drop us too early meaning we had to drag our luggage further than we needed to.

Attention to detail is exceptional such as having condiments in the kitchen, having water ready for us and having a washer and dryer was a big plus! The apartment door is loud because of the magnet, we had to be extra cautious not to make too much noise every time we opened it or closed it. Also, the shower drain clogged easily. • Amy (8/5): Great stay in central Madrid - Great location in the centre of Madrid, but away from the busy roads so still fairly quiet at night. Layout of apartment worked well for our family, good to have 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and access to laundry. Sofa bed in lounge was really comfortable. We did have some issues with cleanliness but the property sorted it quickly and went out of their way to help us. Not a lot of natural light comes in to the apartment we were in.

• Andrea (8/5): Great location for Madrid stay - Location was excellent. Close to all of the major attractions. Took 25 minutes to walk from main train station. Spacious. Supermarket and very good breakfast cafe nearby. Good communication from owner. If I had to be picky, the sofa and dining chairs were very uncomfortable and the apartment listed a dishwasher but there wasn’t one.

Bathroom clean and beds just so comfortable. Noise at night non existent which shocked us due to location. Just loved this apartment. Nothing i cannot fault it in any way it was perfect.

• Dona (9/5): Ottima scelta per soggiornare Madrid - Posizione davvero comoda per visitare Madrid. Appartamento nuovo e pulito, letti comodi . Nonostante affacci direttamente su una strada, dall'interno non si sentono rumori. Check-in e check-out da fare autonomamente; viene inviato un link e dopo aver caricato i documenti e completato il check-in ti viene inviato il codice per aprire il portone esterno e per aprire la cassettina contenente le chiavi. Avrei gradito trovare delle bottigliette d'acqua al nostro arrivo. Nel frigorifero c'era una bottiglia di vetro piena a metà, segno che era stata utilizzata e lasciata lì.

• Jose Manuel (10/5): Perfecto - La organización, instalaciones, todo estaba muy limpio y tiene una declaración especial. Nos dejaron café y todo tipo de utensilios de cocina. Dispone de ropa de cama y baño de sobra.
