• Crystal (9/5): Quiet, relaxing, comfortable. - House was great! Comfortable, clean, and perfect for what we travel for. Our guys had a good nights rest each night. If planning to stay make sure you bring cookware- there are some at the home but chances are not all that you will need to cook a stress free dinner.

• Shilita (10/5): Exceptional - My family and I enjoyed our stay at RayneBow Royalty. The place was clean and spacious. Wifi was already connected and set. The place was nice and cool when we checked in at 4 pm. It was my first time booking a Airbnb so I wasn't sure when I will receive the lock code for entrance but the lock code was emailed when I sent a chat. I will say the phone number online should be updated. The house had everything you could ask for as far as entertainment. The gameroom/ movie room was terrific to lounge in and watch movies with the family. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. I will definitely book again when I visit South Carolina. The place was a dream spot and my first experience not going the hotel route was much better. The 2 restrooms made my stay great too. The price for this place in Booking.com was a steal for two days.
• Carmichael (1/5): What stay? take my money and no communication! - nothing we didn't stay the fact that there was no communication prior to the trip. because of this I booked another house through another platform. with vrbo, or Airbnb they send text messages reminding you of the upcoming booking and what to expect and the check in procedures well before the trip. with booking .com we didn't get any of this and the check in was sent AFTER the time we would have checked in (because of this I thought the booking didn't go through and therefore booked another house) I am now out of $500+ for a house we didn't use and with no sympathy or apologies or even an offer for something back for my troubles. with this being said we will NEVER use this platform to book again. we travel for work 3-4x a month and rent houses every time, booking. com loss not ours. with having so many bookings, text or email alerts of upcoming stays helps us stay on track with all our trips.

• Salina (7/5): Critique for correction, not to comdem the property - Location, nice house, quiet neighborhood, value Requested early check in, was not told upfront there would be a fee. Emailed for fee amount no response. No answer to confirm the fee amount. Dead water bug in bottom kitchen cabinet, dirty towels left in laundry room, no hot water in hallway bathroom sink. Warm water in shower, Master bedroom toilet did not flush well, light bulb in dinning room was out. My original check in time was 4 to 5pm. After a few email request, I finally received the back door code at 4:16.
