• Alexandros (9/5): A comfortable, well-equipped getaway with great amenities and a friendly host - Comfortable and spacious Many facilities (pool, hot tub, pool table, BBQ, Cypriot BBQ) and even more coming apparently Location is both good and bad - There's nothing around you but you don't really need anything else The host is nice and easy to talk to Location - There isn't much around, so supply runs might be a hussle if you're not prepared :)

• Vadim (10/5): An amazing stay, the villa exceeded all expectations, and we didn’t want to leave for a second. - Honestly, the pictures don’t fully capture how nice the villa is. It’s x10 better in person. The property is huge, we stayed 2 families with 4 kids, we were planning to travel and see the surroundings during our stay but the villa was so nice and big we didn't even leave it once! Multiple places to hangout, the BBQ terrace is awesome and very comfortable to prepare meat and eat (life goals...) Communication with Kyriakos was also great, he met us when we arrived and explained everything about the property, and there was a lot to explain because as I mentioned, it's HUGE! XD Will totally come visit again in the future Bonus: The drive to the villa (from Paphos, and then to Limassol) was very beautiful, eventhough I hate driving, I actually enjoyed it.

From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by peace, beauty, and an incredible sense of calm. The setting is breathtaking — nestled in nature with beautiful views, lush greenery, and complete tranquility. The infinity pool is simply spectacular, reflecting the sky and landscape, and was one of our favorite places to relax and unwind. The villa itself is immaculate, spacious, and tastefully designed. Every area is thoughtfully arranged, combining comfort with elegance. The attention to detail throughout the property is wonderful — from the furnishings to the layout, everything has clearly been carefully considered to enhance the guest experience. The indoor spaces are just as impressive as the outdoor ones, and having a billiards table was an added bonus that made our evenings even more enjoyable. Everything was spotlessly clean and very well maintained, showing how much care and pride goes into this beautiful villa. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the hosting. The hospitality was exceptional — warm, welcoming, and genuinely thoughtful. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, always available while fully respecting our privacy. This villa is perfectly suitable for all groups — couples, families, or friends — offering the ideal balance of privacy, comfort, and shared spaces. It is a perfect blend of luxury, nature, and heartfelt hospitality. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway. We would absolutely love to return.

• Travel Tinus (10/5): Heavenly Mountain Retreat! - Everything was just perfect, the location, the villa, the pool, the jacuzzi, the 3 kittens :-) who stayed outside of course but were very funny. the pooltable, the sheets, I mean who thought that you would notice the sheets :-). Outside it's just perfect with the view on the garden with the olive trees. And Kyriakos was the perfect host. And also good restaurants close by. Wished I could have stayed longer. Very much price worthy! Thanks again for a great stay, maybe add Heaven to the name of this place because it really is. Absolutely nothing.

The wonderful climate, the lovely and diverse recreation areas (where even the weather feels different!), the excellent pool, and the amazing views. It was incredibly sad to leave this wonderful place. A huge thank you to the owner for our unforgettable vacation!

Thank you very - This property is stunning inside and out, it can tell how much love has been put in to make you feel home straightaway. ❤️ It’s very spacious, with comfy beds and beautiful sofa. A pool gaming table was a success for entertainment. A very generous Coffee, tea and cold water station. A function Launderette. Powerful shower heads and plenty towels too. We loved roasting marshmallows on the fire pit. Now the nature surrounding this place is amazing so tranquil and relaxing with gorgeous plants and olives trees, plenty of spaces to chill complete with a couple of hammocks. ❤️🌳🌵 We enjoyed using the bbq, lovely area. Loved the fruit and veg garden, I used some spring onions for our omelet and made salad with tasty cherry tomatoes. The olive oil complemented everything including our pancakes we made as well 🥰 This villa has a stunning infinity pool, with jacuzzi ☀️🥰 Also a very private hot tub !!! After a very hot day you can chill looking at the stars ⭐️❤️ Kyriakos was an incredible host, welcoming us with a very generous traditional Cypriot food and Troodos wine. Thank you so much. 😊🙏🏻 We loved everything about this property!!!

• Charlotte (10/5): Luxurious villa for relaxing - We were a group of four adults and three teenagers. The house was the perfect size for us, which isn't easy to find. Our stay was very nice and extremely relaxing! The host has thought of everything: the kitchen was stocked with fruit and vegetables (some from the garden!), there are plenty of places to sit comfortably outside, so that we could follow the shade on hot days. The pool, hot tub and billiards were in use several times a day - great for a family or a group of friends! The house is located in the mountains, but very easy to drive to by car.

Όμορφοι και λειτουργικοί χωροι εντός και εκτος σπιτιού για καθε γούστο, ανεση και χαλάρωση.Υπήρχαν και επιπλέον παροχές ( λαχανόκηπος στη διάθεσή μας). Άριστη επικοινωνία, άμεση ανταπόκριση, και επαγγελματική προσέγγιση. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ Κυριάκο, ήταν πέρα από τις προσδοκίες μας.

Есть место барбекю, отдельное место посидеть у огня, бассейн с джакузи с прохладной водой, отдельное джакузи с горячей водой, травяная полянка, гамаки, огород и так далее. В доме бильярд, бар, приветственные вкусняшки. В общем лучше места я еще не видел. И все это в прекрасной природе. О дельное спасибо Кириякосу, за внимательное отношение к гостям. Всем очень рекомендую. -

The facilities were excellent, the host was exceptional and went the extra mile to ensure we enjoyed our stay, they were easily contactable and on hand to answer questions and provide recommendations. There was a lovely taverna within a short walk from the villa.

The host was very responsive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed. Location was quiet and peaceful, ideal for a family or friends getaway. Highly recommended — we would definitely return!

• Robert (9/5): Lovely house in the middle of beautiful nature! - Lovely, big house with an amazing pool, jacuzzi, big garden and BBQ area, pool table is fun too! Location is exactly what you need to have relaxing escape, far away from noise, people and cars! Very helpful host and easy to reach him at any time. If you are with bigger group of friends/family, two bathrooms might be small disadvantage. The house needs small renovations/repairs.

It had everything you could possibly need and more than expected! The bbq area was fabulous looking over the mountains and the pool area was exquisite, such a relaxing happy and peaceful palace! N/A

The landlord was super nice, responsive, and helpful. We had all what was needed for a lovely stay. We were welcomed with fruit, wine, cheese, and more. The house is fully equipped with all what's needed, including spices, coffe, milk, toiletries, towels and more The beds were very comfortable. The outdoor has a few elements, such as an amazing infinity pool, fire pit, and sheltered barbecue area with all necessary equipment. The location is secluded and private. The pool table and the games added to the family experience. We had an amazing family time. It is a little bit remote from the main attraction in the area. There's a supermarket 7 min drive from the villa. . Slightly remote from main attractions. Better if the villa had central air-conditioning

• Adam (10/5): The perfect group fun getaway - Excellent villa for groups with thoughtful communal areas with plenty of fun, an amazing pool table, bbq area, fire pit and large kitchen with dining table. The American gas grill was extremely convenient and the kitchen had plenty of space for our group of 8 people. I particularly liked that the house was equipped with high quality toiletries and local food gifts for us to enjoy
