• Suncearae (4/5): Blindsided by Representation - It was a reasonable area. The posting was untrue. Posting of the Property on the website did not match what was actual. . I went with it because of how they represented the pool being the attraction. The lawn was not taken care of. They posted the pool being amazingly cleaned and operating. I was embarrassed for my family. I trusted the posting and was embarrassed. I have pictures of the low quality that you let be listed at such a high rate.They are in an HOA and not held accountable for the residence not being up to presentable standards. I have never been more embarrassed for my Granddaughters Birthday.. Contacted the property numerous times about the issues. Always waiting for hours for a reply. Never will use your site again. I will make sure to tell anyone who wants to do a booking that your not a reliable service. I have more photos to show but unable to collage.

• Katrania (10/5): We had a great time snd the houseis lovely. - It is in a great location and it is clean. The pool was not cleaned. We were unable to use it because a storm had left debris in it a couple of days prior to our arrival.
