• sofia (5/5): Not clean and cahotic - Close to the center stanza non pulitissima, l’acqua del bagno ha un odore terribile e cosi tutta la stanza. Molto vicina al centro quindi si sente casino fino a tarda notte
• Jardin (6/5): It’s uncomfortably hot - It’s at the center of GL. It’s very noisy as they described at night, good for night owls. No proper parking in case you have a car, motorcycles park in a small alley. Expectations versus reality. The pictures seem out of date, a lot needs repair like the toilet seat, loose sockets that flickers. More cleanliness like the cleaning/declogging the floor drain and sticky floors. It’s affordable and I guess the quality drops too.

• Chausse (6/5): - Établissement bien situé, mise à disposition d’une cuisine. Personnel gentil L’eau de la douche et du lavabo puait le fer/sang, l’eau de la douche était jaune. La climatisation n’a plus fonctionné au bout du 2e jours.

• Carla (6/5): Las fotos no corresponden a la realidad - La ubicación era perfecta. Las fotos del anuncio no corresponden con la realidad, hay muchísima humedad. Las paredes están llenas de moho, muchas cosas oxidadas. Y había un bidón de agua, sin agua para los huéspedes. Lo único que salva el alojamiento es la ubicación, que es extremadamente buena. Además con mucha anterioridad reservamos el traslado del aeropuerto al home stay, y el driver nunca llegó.

They have a kitchen that was so convenient to cook something light meal. there were a lot of ants maybe they can put ants traps or something. Shower water was weak but it was nice with hot water.

• Maria (8/5): Muy buena ubicación y alojamiento cómodo en pleno centro - La ubicación es excelente, muy céntrica pero en una calle pequeña y tranquila, por lo que no se escuchaba ruido exterior en absoluto. La habitación doble con baño privado estaba muy limpia y el alojamiento en general bien organizado. Aunque el piso contaba con otras habitaciones, no resultó incómodo. El agua caliente funcionaba perfectamente y, en general, la estancia fue cómoda y agradable. El aire acondicionado de la habitación era bastante ruidoso y no enfriaba demasiado, aunque también coincidió con días de mucha humedad. El baño no es especialmente moderno y la presión de la ducha era un poco floja, aunque cumplía su función.

In tegenstelling tot de andere reviews die ik heb gelezen, deed de airco het goed bij ons en hebben ze een nieuwe regendouche geplaatst met een goede waterdruk zonder stinkwater. Je hoort inderdaad de nachtclubs, hier waarschuwen ze zelf ook netjes voor. Oordoppen zijn aan te raden, maar het stopt ook om 12u. Wij vonden het matig dat er één badkamers was waar ook de wc in zat voor 3 gastkamers. Hierdoor was die niet altijd schoon.

• Jean (7/5): - Location is great of this property .Accessible for all your needs. I’m really disappointed with my experience in this property. There seems to be a serious lack of communication among the staff. I’ve been staying here for two days, and the main issue was that they made a double booking for my room. Because of this, they had to transfer me to a different room on my second day, but the process was handled very poorly. Instead of informing me properly or helping me with the move, they just placed my belongings outside the room . I was told that check-in for the new room was at 3 PM, but I insisted on moving in earlier since it was their mistake, not mine. As a paying guest, I expected more respect and better service. Overall, the lack of coordination and professionalism from the staff made my stay stressful and uncomfortable. I hope management will take action to improve communication and ensure this doesn’t happen to other guests.

• Benitah (7/5): - מיטה זוגית קומותיים נוחה, מיזוג אוויר מעולה. מחיר נוח מאוד לכיס עם חנייה. שירותי כביסה בתשלום המים היו מלוחים, חדר רחצה משותף שזה לא נורא אבל היה מסריח קבוע ומים לא תמיד ירדן.

• Isle (Dominador II) (10/5): - Accessibility Not much. Just the water but it’s usually common with hotels situated in an island. Maybe just a tiny improvement with the check in process. Overall it was great.
• Sacha (7/5): It’s was nice because it’s literally 1-2 mins walk away from everything. - There are 3 rooms. But what I loved about the property was its location. It’s the perfect location for those who want to visit Siargao. Water lacks pressure and AC is not that cool and there was no back-up power generator. It would be THE PERFECT homestay if the water is flowing and AC would be cooler. We sometimes wake up with lots of sweat 😅 the AC’s power can’t fill up the room because the AC is small. I hope they can change it to split type ACs. Next is the water, it’s embarrassing to admit that I sometimes wash my body using the bidet because the pressure of the shower is very weak.

• All (3/5): Not up to standard - NA The water supply from the faucet smelled like sewer, the beds were tiny and not meant for multiple occupant. The music from nearby establishment were going on all night and we did not get much sleep.
• Ayla (7/5): Amazing place but very noisy in the evening - Amazing apartment, it’s new, interior and decoration is lovely, clean, well equipped kitchen en a nice balcony. Feels very ‘homey’. Shower had hot water and is not directly next to the toilet like in many bathrooms in the Philippines. A cute dog hangs out there too which is a bonus. It is located within walking distance of a lot of restaurants on the main street. You get everything you need, towels, face towels and even handsoap (haven’t seen that yet here). Room is really nice with a few plants. Mel (the owner i think) is also very helpful and kind. Would give it a 10/10 for during the day, see below From around 9 or 10 pm you can hear the insanely loud music from a club or a bar near by. The music and bass is so loud, even with earplugs it’s impossible to sleep, feels like you’re in the club itself 😅 don’t know if this is every day but it was the case for me 2 nights in a row. If you are a light sleeper and want to go to bed before midnight (it stops around midnight) than I would not recommend. If you don’t mind or never sleep before midnight than it’s a good option because other than the music I really loved the place
• Gediminas (10/5): If i come back to Siargao i will stay here - I liked location, everything was reachable by foot, 1m to road and easy to catch a transport if i wanted to travel farther There was no close big shops around, need either to walk 5min or drive to store

• Lachica (10/5): Amazing! - The place is in the center of General Luna. Walking distance to El Lobo, Siargao Beach Club and many more establishments! The place was very cozy, clean, and spacious! Their staff were also very accommodating. Would definitely book this place again when I come back to IAO! 10/10 None
