LISA HERPICH (10/5): - Eine Oase am Ufer der Donau. Auch wenn man in dieser unscheinbaren Gegend so ein traumhaften Ort nicht erwartet, so wurden wir positiv überrascht. Als die einzigen Gäste durften wir uns eine der Hütten für die Nacht aussuchen. Der direkt davor gelegene Pool war kostenfrei nutzbar und sauber. Die Anlage war sehr gepflegt und das Abendessen sowie Frühstück war vollkommen okay. Einzig die Anfahrt ist eine totale Herausforderung, da es keine Straße gibt und man mehr oder weniger über Felder und Schotter - Buckelpisten in Schrittgeschwindigkeit fahren muss. Die Anfahrt ist eine richtige Herausforderung. Wenn man sich davon aber nicht abhalten lässt, wird man mit spektakulären Sonnenuntergängen und hervorragender Küche belohnt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Colocioiu (10/5): Excellent place to relax, a Danube gem - The location is the perfect place to relax, and even if they had an event (a wedding), it didn't bother us, since there's enough space to stay out of the loud music and far from the people attending the event. We will come back, to enjoy the pool and the other summer activities. No need to go out, since they have everything there (restaurant, places to relax, etc). The place is amazing, the staff is wonderful, the cats and the little farm they have are lovely. Right before arriving, there's a country road of ~ 7km, but it is practicable by car (no need for a 4x4 or anything special), it's a little bit harder by motorcycle. But when we returned, we found a better route (maybe it would help to have instructions on how to arrive using the better route). If you want a really remote place to relax far away from city life, it's an acceptable compromise. And bring mosquito spray (it's located on the Danube shore).

Marian (9/5): We will definitely come back - A superb location on the Danube, a real oasis of relaxation with a huge well-kept area. The cottage we stayed in was spacious and clean, with a beautiful view. The prices are decent and the food is very good and fresh, most of the dishes being cooked with products from their own farm. On Saturday, a private party was organized that should have been located inside the restaurant, but the guests moved outside with a portable speaker and made quite an unpleasant noise for the rest of the people staying in the location or dining on the terrace.

A special white wine and not only, etc.. I recommend the Danube Horseshoe with confidence. I want to come back soon with my group of friends. Yes, definitely !
Andra (10/5): Welcoming and a natural oasis. - The apartment was right on the danube river with amazing views, the food was great and the staff super accommodating and nice. We loved it, no complaints whatsoever
