Esther (7/5): Appartement hoog in de bergen - Het uitzicht was prachtig. Het zwembad was prima met fijne ligbedden (wel maar 6 stuks). Het appartement was ruim met goede bedden. De eigenaren zijn vriendelijk. De weg naar het appartement duurt lang en is vooral aan het eind smal. Op sommige stukken kun je elkaar niet passeren. Je zit hoog op de berg en overal ver vanaf. De ramen in ons appartement waren vies. Ondanks het mooie uitzicht vonden we de prijs-kwaliteit uit verhouding. Zeker omdat je er lang voor moet reizen de bergen in en je echt afgelegen zit.
Guest (8/5): Prachtige locatie en goed appartement voor langer verblijf - Groot appartement, mooi uitzicht op dorp en zee, prachtig zwembad met ligbedden en schoon. Fijne plek voor een rustig verblijf en goede locatie voor bezoek Chinque Terre en andere dorpen of wandelingen in de bergen of langs de kust. Vanuit het dorp kun je gemakkelijk met de trein naar Chinque Terre en andere plaatsen. De bovenste appartementen hebben geen balkon of terras dus als je die huurt moet je altijd naar beneden om buiten te zitten, de aircoinstelling werkte niet maar dat is snel verholpen na email, Wij wilden vroeg vertrekken en poort ging niet open; het duurde even voordat wij per email/WhatsApp contact hadden met verhuurder, Alleen per e-mail/WhatsApp contact met verhuurder. De weg naar het appartement en dorp is erg smal, steil en heeft veel bochten. Vereist wel goede rijervaring in bergen. Zorg dat je voldoende levensmiddelen etc. meeneemt wanneer je 's avonds aankomt. In de nabije omgeving zijn geen winkels en restaurants.

Lisa (10/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura di recente ristrutturazione. L’appartamento molto accogliente ,dotato di tutti i comfort e con splendida vista mare. L’esterno molto curato, pulito e piscina bellissima. La rete Wi-Fi super veloce, ottima in tutta la struttura e anche all’esterno. L’ho dovuta utilizzare per lavoro e mi é stata di molto aiuto. Sicuramente da ritornare per la tranquillità e la gentilezza/ disponibilità della proprietaria.

Markus (7/5): - Tolle Aussicht und schöner Pool. Dürftige Ausstattung der Küche, keinerlei Aufhängemöglichkeiten im Bad für die Handtücher, Geschirrspüler bei Ankunft nicht ausgeräumt und Geschirr nicht sauber, Dusche nicht geputzt bei Ankunft, keine Spültabs, Spülmittel, Seife vorhanden und nur eine Rolle Klopapier, unangenehmer Geruch durch Hühnerstall, keinerlei Sonnenschutz auf Terrasse, viele Wespen an der Terrasse, so dass Abendessen auf der Terrasse kaum möglich war.
Damiano (10/5): Einfach top , sehr schön und ruhig! - Die ruhige Lage und die Aussicht. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und unterstützen zu jeder Zeit! Wir insgesamt einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und kommen bestimmt wieder.
PedroFTudo (5/5): Pas trop contente - Piscine et vu. À notre arrivée, nous avons découvert que la maison était dans un état de saleté inacceptable : traces de selles dans les toilettes, cheveux en grande quantité, sable au sol, etc. Nous avons immédiatement contacté la propriétaire, qui s’est excusée et a promis d’envoyer quelqu’un pour faire le ménage dès le lendemain. Malheureusement, malgré plusieurs relances, personne n’est jamais venu. Face à la situation, la propriétaire nous a proposé de partir dès le lendemain et de nous rembourser le reste du séjour, mais avec une attitude totalement désinvolte, limite méprisante, comme si notre inconfort ne la concernait pas. Très peu commerçante et clairement pas préoccupée par le bien-être de ses hôtes. Nous avons choisi de rester, car tout était déjà organisé depuis longtemps, mais le ménage n’a jamais été fait pendant tout notre séjour. De plus, le logement manque d’ustensiles de cuisine de base, et ceux qui sont présents sont de très mauvaise qualité. Bref, une expérience décevante, autant par l’état du logement que par le comportement de la propriétaire.
Guest (9/5): Heerlijk verblijf! - Wat een fantastisch uitzicht over Moneglia en de zee. Appartement was schoon en compleet. Mooi groot zwembad met ingebouwde jets. Bedden zijn goed, ook de grote slaapbank in de huiskamer. Goede uitvalsbasis voor Cinque Terre, vooral met de trein. De privacy op het balkon. Er zit een klimop tussen,wat op zich prima is, maar een muurtje was vanwege het geluid beter geweest.
Aneta (9/5): - Pięknie położony, czysty spory basen, leżaki, spory taras, do miasta 30 minut piechotą, lub 10 minut samochodem. Widoki, mogłabym siedzieć i oglądać widoki. Spokój cisza. Naprawdę fajny pobyt. Mało leżaków. Zabrakło tak np. drobiazgów worków na śmieci, wieszaków w łazience. Gąbka do mycia naczyń.
Joanna Siedlak-Frydecka (10/5): Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu - Ładny apartament bez balkonu ale z widokiem na morze i basen. Możliwość korzystania z basenu wieczorową porą. Miła właścicielka. Zejście na nogach do centrum Moneglia.
Claire (9/5): Modern, spacious apartment with lovely pool and view. - Amazing view and lovely pool. The apartment was spacious and fully equipped for our stay. Nadia is made sure it was ready earlier than usual for check in. Very narrow roads on the steep hill side to get to the apartment. We have a VW van and managed it fine, but worth knowing about beforehand as you need to be a confident driver to navigate the single track roads carefully.
Charline (8/5): Séjour agréable mais vu le prix de la location , manqué de service et d équipements dans l appartement. - Emplacement de la location , la vue sur la mer et la piscine . Aucun produit de 1ere nécessité ( produit vaisselle, éponge, un rouleau de papier toilettes uniquement !) . Pas de volet sur les fenêtres et les rideaux ne sont pas occultants . Aucun contact avec les propriétaires et peu d informations sur les lieux sur les visites à effectuer.

Danny Skov (8/5): Landlig lejlighed med fantastisk udsigt. - Flot udsigt, ny-istandsat lejlighed, dejlig pool, gode faciliteter i lejligheden. Skræmmende lille bjergvej til og fra huset og lidt langt til indkøb og restaurantbesøg. Lejligheden er sat i stand for meget kort tid siden, så der mangler lige de sidste 5%. Lidt lister og en løs vandhane mv…
Anja (9/5): Meerblick und schöner Ferienort Moneglia - Die Aussicht auf Moneglia und das Meer ist traumhaft. Der Pool ist erfrischend und lang genug zum schwimmen. Es war alles sauber und im Garten gibt es Oliven-, Feigen- und Zitronenbäume. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und glücklich dort. Wir waren 4 Personen, die Gläser und das Besteck waren zu wenig. Das Schlafzimmer ist Durchgangszimmer. Der enge Weg nach Moneglia erfordert Nerven und wir haben Schrammen im Auto beim Ausweichen und Kontakt mit der Leitplanke.
Guest (9/5): Aanrader - Ligging. Prachtig uitzicht. Daarnaast waren de eigenaren super behulpzaam en aardig. Echt heel fijn. Het kunnen vinden van de locatie was echt een uitdaging. Maar de eigenaren waren erg behulpzaam en hielpen goed om het te vinden.
Véronique (8/5): Enjoyable and perfect location to visit Cinq Terres - Great location and view ! The apartment is very convenient and clean. Beds are really comfortable, even the sofa bed in living room. Kids really enjoyed the pool. We would recommend ! No (or very limited) basic supply. Bring all the basics (soaps, trash bags, coffee cups, toilet paper, etc).

Nina (5/5): Passable - Location & swimming pool Upon arrival at 3 PM (as check-in time) our apartment was not ready for us. We had to call the owner. She then organised for a cleaner to come. It was quickly cleaned, but not thoroughly. Also there are some bugs or something that was bitting us all the nights during our sleep while all the windows were shut. (It wasn't mosquitos). We were very disappointed.
Yoann (10/5): Amazing stay and amazing hosts. - Amazing stay at Podere Beledere. Nadia is the greatest host, always available to help and give local tips. The apartment in itself is brand new and perfect for a small family. Very good Wifi. The pool is amazing with different depth (very useful with small children), massage jets and view over the ocean. Nothing. The drive can be hilly but it's normal in the area.

Wojciech (9/5): Great holiday house on the hill - Great view. Modern design of interior, good equipment. Fantastic, new, clean swimming pool. The street leading to apartments is narrow and with a lot of U-turns but we have no problems, it is really low traffic area and in 10 min you reach sea.
Jenny (8/5): Lovely place high up above Moniglia. - Lovely place high up above Moniglia. Walking down to the beach/town was nice, very steep, and a rather tough walk back up, not for the faint of heart! Note that ferries to Cinque Terre are only available a couple of days a week, trains work well however. For the coffee machine in the flats you need special aluminum caps. No restaurants or shops in the vicinity, so make sure you have what you need when you go up. Lovely hosts!
