House keeping and cleanliness was a major issue as they never arrived to clean on time.cleanliness in the common dining area was pathetic. There were events organised within the premises that went on till 12 in the night and was very noisy and disturbing.

Teddin Thomas (9/5): surprise stay in an unexpected location - I selected to stay in the highrange villas resort as a unexpected choice but it was totally worth the experience. it's a developing property away but close enough to major attractions like Vagamon, Idukki dam, Ramakkalmedu etc. The property owner is constructing the place for attracting guests for meeting, conferences and events. The villas are beautiful and well built with quality space allocated for group stay purposes, each villa hold 4/6 bedrooms and all got attached Washrooms, Dining room, Car parking, drawing room making it an excellent location for group guests. The views are nice from the resort and ambience is serene and calm. this is an excellent place for a family reunion, gathering, short staycation etc. The property is under construction and its aiming for highest of the standards. Wishing all the best to the management and owner(Very nice Gentleman) Finer details to be finished. Lot of development ( construction)under progress in the property..
