• Niklas190620 (8/5): - Eine gute Lage. Quasi neben einem Supermarkt und einem Drogeriemarkt. Bushaltestelle um die Ecke. Weitere diverse Station fußläufig erreichbar. Stellenweise wirkte das zur Verfügung gestellte Kuchenuntensil etwas dürftig. Steckdosenabdeckungen und Gardinen nicht richtig drin oder leicht raus zubekommen.

• mieze (8/5): - Wir sind nicht mehr die Jüngsten und so war der Umgang mit der Fernbedienung des Fernsehers für uns fremd. Es waren keine öffentlich rechtliche Sender aufrufbar.
• Marcel (8/5): Prettig en mooi appartement dichtbij centrum Wenen - Compleet, comfortabel, schoon en volgens mij vrij nieuw appartement. Iets grotere aantallen mbt serviesgoed, kopjes, borden, glazen. Aanwezige vaatwasser niet gebruikt o.dat je deze niet aanzet voor 3 bekers, 2 borden, etc.. Dus met de hand afgewassen. Op zich geen probleem, maar dan is vaatwasser ook niet nodig.

• Luise (5/5): - Die Lage Wir sind nach unserem Aufenthalt ehrlich gesagt richtig sauer. Uns war schon vor der Buchung aufgefallen, dass das Bett schlecht bewertet wurde, dann gab es aber auf einmal 10er Bewertungen, in denen das Bett gelobt wurde. Inzwischen glaube ich, dass das gekaufte Bewertungen sind. Wir haben nur halb so lange wie geplant in der Unterkunft geschlafen, weil das Bett einfach nur eine einzige Kuhle ist und wir beide dolle Rückenschmerzen bekommen haben. Der Vermieter hatte uns eigentlich eine Rückerstattung angekündigt, ghostet mich jetzt aber seit über einem Monat hier bei Booking. Normalerweise schreibe ich keine ewig langen negativen Bewertungen, aber in diesem Fall schon, weil ich es richtig dolle daneben finde. Die Wohnung ist generell nicht mehr in so einem guten Zustand wie auf den Bildern, das Sofa ist zum Beispiel ziemlich fleckig und wir hatten Haare im Bett. Also alles in allem keine so schöne Erfahrung, deshalb kann ich es auch nicht wirklich empfehlen hier zu buchen.

• Britta (10/5): Einfach nur schön! - Es war nicht nur wunderschön und einladend… es war total ruhig, obwohl in der Stadt, und mega sauber. Wir haben mit Freunden direkt nebeneinander gewohnt und haben uns alle vier sofort nur noch wohl gefühlt. Wir konnten ausgeschlafen und relaxed in die Wientage starten und das ist u.a. diese fantastischen Unterkunft zu verdanken. Die Kommunikation war freundlich und absolut entgegenkommend. Prostor je osmišljen tako da postoji jedna odvojena spavaća soba i dnevni boravak, u apartmanu se nalazi velika nova kuhinja i kupatilo. Lokacija je dobra, miran deo Beča prevozom se lako stigne do grada. Prodavnica je odmah pored zgrade i teretana. Tv nema klasične kanale i to baš nedostaje. Specifičan sistem grejanja, na momente nije radilo ali generalno je radilo i nije bilo problema. Fale neke slike i boje na zidovima, cvece, da se prostor malo sredi mnogo je taman prostor i monoton. Sofa u dnevnoj sobi bi mogla da se sredi, opere. Sve ostalo je novo i bez ikakvih zamerki sve preporuke generalno za ovaj smestaj.

• Carin (10/5): Super accomodatie en medewerkers! - De faciliteiten van het appartement! Koelkast,vriezer, magnetron, wasmachine en droger inclusief wascapsules, vaatwasser inclusief vaatwastabletten en een eigen tuin en de medewerker Jules die op alle vragen een antwoord had en gelijk een antwoord gaf bij een online vraag, het was geweldig! En heel nieuw allemaal en schoon Niets!!
• Nina (10/5): Kleine aber feine Appartment in der Nähe der Altstadt - Sehr gute Lage zwischen dem Hbf und dem Altstadt. Sehr ruhig nachts. Sehr gute Matratzen, haben gut geschlafen. Die Ausstattung des Appartements ist praktisch neu. Preis/Leistung ist gut. Die Reisende dürfen nicht vergessen paar Tage zuvor sich elektronisch anzumelden, sonst bekommt man kein Code für den Schlüssel

• Jenny (9/5): - It was really nice to place to stay and relax after a busy day exploring Vienna. It was nice and cool inside the apartment, whilst outside the temperature reached the 36 degree mark! Public transport was literally around the corner, as was the supermarket.

• Steven (10/5): Exceptional - Clean, modern, and very roomy. More than adequate closet space, and the kitchen was user friendly. Overall it was a marvelous short term rental near to public transportation and even a reasonable walk to the museum quarter, naschmarkt, and downtown. Self check in and out was simple. Also had access to a well equipped gym. We had no complaints.

• Pasqualino (8/5): this apartment is everything you need if you want to visit Vienna - the room was beautiful and we really liked the fact that we were near a metro station. the bathroom was clean and i really liked its design. the smart tv was useful and the kitchen had everything we needed i requested some help because one of the shutters (controlled by a remote) didn’t work. the manager told me that he would have sent some electrician, but none came and he didn’t call me back (however, not a big problem). but, still, the manager is an awesome person that will tell you everything and help you anyway if you call him, a really nice and accommodating guy
• Vanessa (8/5): Great place, just like photos - It is a lovely decorated and stylish apartment, with enough size for two people staying. The bed is comfortable too. We had lovely garden access, and it wasn't too sunny/hot in the day. The apartment block is easy to find and access, and the gym is 100% state of the art - all new equipment! Nice bathroom toiletries included also. I think I was unlucky with this booking because despite the high ratings, I had a lot of trouble getting a new link to confirm my identity (they don't give you the access instructions without that, and had already taken the whole payment, which was stressful. I had to get my colleague to call them on a different number because he initially hung up on me). The number listed here ending in 006 isn't correct, please use: +43 676 9238123. Then, when we arrived late in the evening the apartment hadn't been cleaned from the previous occupier, which meant we had to stay somewhere else. That completely threw my workday the next day but happy for the guy's support late at night, via my colleague again. In terms of improving the stay, I would hook up the TV so it isn't stream only, and I would provide cooking oil, salt & pepper as standard, otherwise you have to buy this even for a short stay.

The materials used in the interior design, the quality appliances, and the excellent lighting made daily routines very enjoyable. Additionally, the access to a small garden was a significant plus, especially for city living. The gym was well-equipped, clean, and not crowded. Also, there is a tram 1 nearby heading to all central locations. I loved the bathroom/kitchen equipment of a high quality, interior design is also very nice, as well is the inner yard is so cozy for outdoor dining. Bed is wide and comfy. Owners were very nice and responsive in our communication. I really loved the place and it exceeded all my expectations. Highly recommend it and will definitely return again when in Vienna. There is a central cooling system which made the apartment nice and cool when it was super hot outside. I also loved having plants in the living room.
