• Fouady (3/5): I was really upset and disappointed as the initial problem of the broken back door didn’t get dealt with as they don’t a - Location was good Took 30mins for 6 people to check in as they do the passports check in on site. Other air b&bs requested them before we came. The room had stains on the bed and marks on the wall and dust on the vents blowing onto the bed. The back door was broken therefore wouldn’t lock or close we called fbe number provided all day and all night and all the next morning, no answer. There was cold air blowing in all night from the back door. We called booking.com as mentioned because they were be answering but they said they can’t get involved with third party listings. The next day I was able to grab a hold of them via email by googling them and they said they don’t answer their phone ???? But yet tell you to call it in an emergency…? My husband spent the whole next morning trying the fix the door so it can close as we were quite low to street level and didn’t feel safe having an open door and he was able to get it closed by using a knife to fix the fire exit lock thing. This really annoyed us as when we told them they didn’t even acknowledge it was like yep we don’t answer emails and yep okay we’ll fix the stain situation and dust. I didn’t find them over apologetic. The washing machine said no capsules but they only provided capsules when I emailed them about that they said just throw it in and I did and it ruined clothing, I think the plastic got caught on the clothes and the clothes has blue spots that wouldn’t wash out.! I don’t recommend this accommodation for the above experience we felt very let down.

• Quinn (9/5): - Extremely nice and welcoming host who was very responsive to our inquiries and messages. The apartment was very close to Akihabara which made exploring it easy. The included washing machine was a nice addition and while it doesn't have a drying function, the shower area has a drying fan which fulfills the same purpose. The balcony had good views of the outside. The 5G WiFi was quite inconsistent and dropped out often, rendering it unusable. The 2.4G WiFi was better and usable, but it dropped out occasionally.

• Chomel (9/5): Clean & Comfy Apartment for a short stay in a good location - We were a family of 5 pax. It was a tad squeezy for 5 of us but would be quite comfortable for 3-4 pax. Location-wise it was excellent. There is JR Okachimachi station nearby and another 2 Metro lines nearby. All within a 6-8 min walk. Lots of eateries nearby too. It’s a quiet and safe neighbourhood to go back to. Good that we could also store luggage for a fee after checkout. Too squeezy for 5 pax but that is normal for tokyo hotels. Had an issue connecting to TV to Netflix at well, but the person in charge came to fix it rather quickly.
