• Patricia (10/5): Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti nelle quali io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo goduto di tutto ciò che ci poteva servire. Per il pr - La centralità in cui si trova l’appartamento e se vogliamo parlane anche il prezzo che raffigura ciò in cui alloggerai. A mio parere per ciò che paghi hai una struttura che ha tutte ciò di cui hai bisogno! Che si sia trovato al 5^ piano ma non si può chiedere tutto! Sicuramente ciò che lo rende AFFASCINANTE è l’utilizzo dell’ascensore.

• Ayşegül (10/5): Staying in an apartment with a great location, cleanliness and most importantly security made our vacation even more enj - Most of the things in the apartment were in good condition, we did not have any problems. There was no surprise situation that we did not expect. The location was quite good, walking distance to most of the places to be seen. It also pleased us in terms of cleanliness. They were even cleaning when we arrived and helped us with the luggage. There was no noise problem. If I go again, I would prefer the same place again abd recommend it everyone. Everything was good in terms of price-performance. Just as a suggestion, mosquito nets can be attached to the window of the room, the pillows are very weak, they can be changed as hotel pillows, the bathroom shower holder should be mounted on the wall because it stays in your hand during the shower and a curtain or shower cabin should be made in the shower part because everywhere stays in water.

• Ани (6/5): Pleasant - Great location. The flat is not well-maintained and pretty dirty. Many soundet nets and stains on the carpet, dust on the furniture. It was extremely hot in the flat. There was a fan which was not working, the host promised to check it and haven't heard from them. Pretty disappointing.
• Ramin (1/5): Don't recommend - location The house was dirty, covered in cobwebs. We were in July 17th, it was 32 degrees outside, and in the house was probably over 40 degrees when we went in. No air conditioning and hostess told that can not do anything. The house is very old. There was a gas meter in the house, which is very dangerous. The floors were squeaking, the bed was squeaking, there were no insect nets on the windows, I had to sleep only with the windows open, there was a fan but did not hold and do not turn, blew only one way. From 5 o'clock in the morning all over the house woke up and don't let you give to sleep. Finally don't recommend it, it's better to add some money and take a better place to stay.

• Jan (8/5): Great apartment and great location I would recommend definitely. - It was in a great location and really close walking distance to loads of places and the areas with all the bars etc is about 20 minutes walk. Supermarket literally 5 minutes away. Apartment is small but modern and is great for a couple of people staying. It’s on the 5th floor but there is an elevator which is quite small but it’s good. Kitchen is functional although we never cooked anything just used it for storing drinks. Very safe area and apartment is safe with double locks on the doors and front entrance. I would recommend when staying in Budapest. It’s in an old building which on first arrival doesn’t look great. It’s very old soviet era but the first appearance is deceptive as it’s a lovely apartment. It had quite a sheer drop outside the apartment but it’s on the 5th floor it can’t be helped.

• Musanovic (10/5): Live like a local in Budapešt - The central location is unbelievable. Then, the apartment is very comfy and offers a lot of space. It is basically a whole flat, including a fully equipped kitchen. Next time, I will book the apartment again. After 4 nights it even felt a little bit like a home.
• Shu-ling (10/5): A nice gem in the city - Excellent location, easy access to all major landmarks and attractions. The beautiful Parisi Passage restaurant is literally at the doorstep. Plenty of nice restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment is well presented and maintained. Easy self check-in and out process. And the response from the team is fast and courteous. It's a very pleasant experience staying in this property and visiting beautiful Budapest. None

• Oliver (9/5): Superb - Location is fantastic, walking distance to most popular attractions, restaurants and shops. Nice and clean, comfy mattress. To bad it's top floor and doesn't have a balcony, one pillow was OK the other realy uncomfortable, it needs some touch-ups like a shower curtain, toilet paper holder, towel holder in the bathroom, couple of welcoming coffee pods for the machine would be good, that way customers can at least make coffee the first morning before shopping for more.
• Traveller753 (8/5): Good, but there is some room for improvement :) - - Easy checkin and checkout process - The host is very helpful - Great location - The flat has everything one needs - There is even a good iron and an ironing board! - Comfy bed - There is a fan - There is no shower curtain! Please, add one, so your guests don't flood everything with splashes and don't risk to potentially flood people downstairs. - It is hot in the flat on hot days (but open window and the fan help a lot) - The flat isn't actually as new, white and shiny as it looks on the photos. You can see that it's been in use for quite a while. Nothing bad though, just normal signs of usage. - Even though the flat is clean in general, it's rather "I quickly cleaned the middle" kind of clean. Nothing sticks to your feet and the stuff you interact with is clean, but you can see dirty floors under the kitchen window, by the back of the toilet and etc. Also night tables were dusty and one of them had a sticky spot. And the bed sheet had a couple of spots.

Easy access to the apartment and Location is really amazing! If it’s hot outside, it feels like you are inside sauna, as it’s no AC in the apartment.

• Gabor (10/5): Perfect location for a reasonable price! - The location is outstanding, one step away from the Vaci street, and two steps from the Danube! Small apartment with a cosy, comfortable room, a nice bathroom and a functional kitchen. The building itself is an old traditional Hungarian downtown building with modernized elevator. No air conditioning, but even in one of the warmest days it’s bearable with the opened windows.
