- Corrine (10/5): The property was gorgeous and nested within luscious green fields. The host was welcoming and informative on the area. - The property was located 20minutes away from Mallow, where we were attending a wedding, the location was perfect. The property was bright, airy and all amenities were in good working order. The location was great, there’s nothing to not like about this place, it’s amazing!
- Hayley (10/5): Would highly recommend - Great place, everything you need
- emma (10/5): We stayed here with 2 small kids (2) & (4). It was just perfect for what we needed. - So spacious & had all of the equipment required for a weekend away! No faults
- Wendy (9/5): Perfect gateway home. - The house was adorable. The owner communicated quickly when we needed help finding the trash bags.
We stayed here with our daughter, son-in'-law and two kids ages 6 and 1. There was plenty of room to stretch out and we didn't feel like we were on top of each other.
Ardpatrick is the village this lovely home sits in.
The location was about 1 to 2 hours in any direction to see major sites, i.e. Kilarney NP, the Dingle peninsula, Bunratty Castle. It was perfect for our needs.
- Robert (10/5): Quiet and relaxing with just the right touch of feeling 'at home'. Loved it!! - Everything about our stay was more than expected. I enjoyed my conversation with Kevin and learning about the history of the property and the area. Kevin was more than just a host! He was completely 'tuned in' to what we needed, was always quick to reply to any changes and had a solid plan, for anything that we may/may not be needed for our stay. The cottage is very comfortable, with more amenities than we expected and fit the entire family (7 adults and two children) without any issues. The cottage is also within walking distance of a pub/restaurant, with about a five-minute drive to a larger town for additional shops and local businesses. We needed nothing and were able to 'stretch out' and live for the moment. The cottage is also situated just outside the local village and has rolling hills with grazing pastures/farmland. As I mentioned to Kevin, our host, I would love to return in the winter, as well. Nothing was needed and we will definitely be returning, upon our next trip back to Ireland. I can't thank Kevin enough for his hospitality and professionalism in granting us the best stay possible, during our visit. In all honesty, there was nothing that we needed for enhancing our stay. Kevin had an answer for anything that we needed or could possibly want. Access to the property, communication between our host and our family, local access to anything that we might have needed were perfect!! I couldn't say that I would change anything. We enjoyed our stay, immensely!

- Matthew (10/5): Exceptional -
- Srinivasa (10/5): Family friendly, great location! - The location of the property is the most significant. It’s surrounded with beautiful landscape. There are nice walking trails around to explore. Well maintained, spacious and especially Kevin instant responses was of great help. Overall, it’s a great stay! Noting as such on property, suggest to plan nearby visit effectively to avoid transit tiredness. E.g. visit to Kerry or Cliffs of Moher might show only 90min drive but the driving might be tedious.
