• Theiny (10/5): - Great property within just a few minutes drive of the NEC where we were attending a gaming exhibition. Plenty of room to relax at the end of each day with comfy sofas and big TV to spend some chill out time. The kitchen facilities were excellent with a large fridge, hob and microwave oven. We will be hoping this is available when we go again next year.

• Deborah (8/5): Convenient and comfortable - Location was convenient for BP Pulse Arena (NEC). It was also quiet as in a residential area - hardly saw anyone. There were no clear instructions on where to park the car behind the property. Wasn't sure which garage to park in front of. Secondly, we thought we were getting a code for a key box to get into the property - it would have been helpful if we had been told the code was for a panel on the front door handle. We arrived when it was dark and didn't notice there was a code panel in the handle fitting until we touched it - a call to the emergency number soon sorted it. Minor issue - the inside of the drawers in the bedroom were a bit dusty so I didn't use them, and would have been useful to have a tea towel in the kitchen.
• Rebecca (7/5): Would have been perfect, if not for the uncomfortable sofa bed! - Great location. Clean with nice decor. Sofa-bed in the lounge was incredibly uncomfortable. Property ideal if just using the bedroom but would not recommend if needing beds for 3+

• Keeley (10/5): Great location for work at the NEC arena. Fab customer service and would book again. - We loved the amount of space in the upstairs bedroom and the fact it had 2 full bathrooms one being en-suite There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

• leanda (4/5): Disappointing stay from a seasoned house renter. - It was local to visiting my family. The property weren’t properly cleaned. If it was, it certainly was rushed. More like a quick wipe around. The photos didn’t match the property in real life. Please see the real photos attached. We have stayed in much better condition houses in this area. Very disappointing to have paid all that money for that.

• Lf (7/5): It's a good house, but had false advertisement in its description - It was a good location near the NEC, however there is nothing walking distance near the house, such as a pub. It was one of the few houses in the are with two bathrooms, so that is definitely a plus. I booked this place specifically because of its credentials that it had an electric car charger. Upon arrival, the charger didn't work. I wrote to the host who took a few days to respond, only to tell me it had been decommissioned and we couldn't use.
