First we check in after 2pm as we expect room was available and vacant already but still nothing was done we wait from the lobby as 1of the staff approached and tell sorry because the room not yet ready some one cleaning it. Second we ask for kettle as they said kettle is not available but we can ask for hot water for free the next day we ask for hot water and they tell it was chargeable. Nothing was explain about this upon check in. Third we plan to go outside and they said just leave the key in the reception like what?i was surprised we have a lot of things inside our room and this was the first time i encounter like this kind of protocol or policy first thing first there was no papered sign regards on it.
