• Anna (1/5): Táto ponuka uz dávno nemala byt ponúkaná zákazníkom,keďže sa jedna o podvodne jednanie!!!! - Je to podvod,neposielať žiadne peniaze!!!!!!!!!!!!Na ubytovanie sme sa nedostali, zo strany ubytovateľa bez komunikacie ,nechal nás na pospas na ulici s 10 ročným dietatom. Mali sme zaplatené 3noci. A nakoniec sme strávili prvú noc na ulici v Budapesti, bez hostely a hotela,pretože veškere dostupné ubytovanie bolo vypredané,plne hostely . Volali sme na servisnú linku Bookingu a nemali pre nás operátora v našom jazyku. Niekoľkokrát sme sa pokúšali spojiť so zahraničným bookingom ale tam to brala AI dispečerka, pre slabo anglicky hovoriaceho človeka je to úplná bezmoc . Na email odpovedajú do 24 hodín?!?? Nikto nám zo strany Bookingu nepomohol, museli sme si nájsť sami ubytovnanie, ale až na druhu noc,kedy check - in bol o 15 hodine poobede. Počítate s tým,že budete mať iste ubytovanie na 3noci a bohužiaľ zostanete na ulici ako bezdomovci!!! Až na jedinom hotely nám pomohli prečkať noc a aspoň informovať booking o tom,že sme boli podvedení. Napísali nam email,že bohužiaľ pre nás nemajú nájdenú náhradu ubytovania ako je v našom predchodcom požiadavku. Ubytovanie nám nebolo vôbec poskytnuté!!!!
• Alina (1/5): - Месторасположение и свежий ремонт. 1) На телефон который указан в Booking (+36707206669), отвечала девушка (Csányi Stella) не имеющая никакой информации по моему бронированию. 2) не предоставили информацию как попасть в апартаменты ( код, номер квартиры), в связи с чем я с маленьким ребенком 1 час простояла под дверью, пытаясь связаться с хозяином аппартаментов. 3) заселились в 16:00, аппартаменты окозались не убранными, буквально валялся муссор 4) не было пароля от Wi-Fi, телевизор со сбитыми настройками не могли подключить не один канал 5) не было постельного, полотенец, мыла и туалетной бумаги. 6) не было отопления. После жалобы и фото отчета, арендодатель прислал уборщика, который приехал в 20:20 и закончил уборку к 23. Привез только постельное и полотенца. Хозяин аппартаментов перестал отвечать на сообщения после того, как написал, что пришлет уборщика. Приезжала в город на выходные погулять с ребенком по ярмаркам, полностью испортили настроение и желание приезжать еще. Самое ужасное бронирование которое у меня было.

• Ljube0208 (5/5): It could be very good, but.... - Unique desing of apartment and size. Apartment was not cleaned when we have arrived. They told us that we can enter from 15:00 but apartment was not ready and they did not left key for us. Actually they did not know password for keybox. After several calls, they have sent cleaning service, who cleaned apartment. Apartment was in the ready for us around 18:00. Since we were with baby, that praticly ruined our first day. They have left one and half roll of toiled paper for us for 4 days. The was no kitchen paper and the was no shower gel. Wifi did not work at all, TV also did not work (it worked,but there was no channels). Location is ok, about 2 km walk from Vaci street, and 800 meters from Andrassy street. For that much money, if you are not Star wars fan, i do not reccomend.

• Dmitry (6/5): No one hear your scream in the space - The interior impressive. A lot of space and Star Wars theme was cool. It's cold in there. It is spacious place with high ceilings and with only one working heater. Manager was responsive but couldn't do anything to fix second convector. WiFi password was changed and for a week they wasn't able to provide me with it. So be prepared for a cold and internet detox.
• Aszmondja (7/5): Awesome value for ~35 euros, the star wars theme is fantastic, but it could use more cleaning. - We had our daughte with us and she was thrilled with the star wars theme, I was too :). Pretty spacious place as well. Not the cleanest place. I had to reach out to the host a day before (booking chat and whatsapp) for info about getting in(hosts usually reach out with this info a day before). She barely responded, after arriving on spot, and phoning the host we've spent like 10 mins with no result, then she sent an image with info about retrieving the keys (host should have done that a day before arrival). Also no wifi info...
