Проведя весь день в центре, очень приятно возвращаться в это спокойное место и получать удовольствие от купания в бассейне или утреннего кофе в отличном кафе внизу.

• sabrina kpczk (10/5): THE best you can get in KL - over the years we stayed at so many different condos in KL until we found this gem now. the apartments just look like on the photos, it's so clean and well maintained which i've never seen in KL before. you feel really welcome and comfortable! the staff including ali are just super friendly, helpful and always around. the location is great, there are many restaurants and cafés around and less crowded compared to other areas. the breakfast (which was included) was amazing at CMCR! highly recommend staying at societe with ali and his crew :) literally nothing comes to my mind!

• lamya (10/5): Magnifique séjour - La très grande propreté, l'équipement, le confort, le calme et la gentillesse extrêmeme de tout le personnel. Mention spéciale pour Ali, extrêment présent, réactif et gentil. Mais tout le staff est super sympa. (Ps: aucun problème sur les ascenseurs et c'est assez rare pour le signaler). Je pense le grand point fort de la résidence est qu'il y a des gens qui y vivent vraiment, donc on n'est pas dans "une usine à gaz" avec plein de passages comme plein d'autres établissements. J'ai changé l'hôtel parce qu'il était un peu excentré du centre. Mais j'ai regretté...donc finalement la distance du centre est un avantage. J'ai testé 4 hôtels pendant mon séjour et celui-ci était de loin le meilleur. Il manque peut-être juste quelques ustensiles, mais je pense que si j'avais demandé ça aurait été réglé

• Maxim (10/5): Идеальное место для знакомства с Куала-Лумпур - Менеджер отеля Али был с момента бронирования в контакте с нами, и не смотря на поздний заезд в 22-30 пришел к нам поздороваться и подсказать, как и что лучше организовать. Апартаменты расположены в спокойном районе, с красивыми видами на город из зоны бассейна на 8 этаже и из зоны фитнес зала на 32. Новый современный дом, апартаменты чистые и аккуратные. На первом этаже дома есть круглосуточный магазин, в котором есть всё необходимое и отличное кафе, в котором подаются завтраки. Завтраки небольшие, но очень вкусные и есть выбор из четырёх вариантов. В кафе отлично готовят и в нём можно смело покушать, единственный минус закрывается оно в 19-00. Апартаменты в 15 минутах езды от Площади Мердека и в 30 минутах от Башен Петронас. Для долгого проживания не хватает зоны, где можно просушить вещи, т.к. стиральная машинка есть в наличие. Пешком отсюда до достопримечательностей не дойдëшь, но зато это с лихвой компенсируется отдыхом в спокойной обстановке.

L’ensemble est d’une grande propreté et parfaitement climatisé. Le petit déjeuner, bien que relativement simple, était très bon et largement suffisant pour bien commencer la journée. Le restaurant est d’ailleurs apprécié des locaux, ce qui se ressent dans la qualité des plats — nous avons aussi pris plaisir à y dîner. Le quartier, même un peu excentré, reste très agréable et reposant. La literie pourrait être améliorée pour atteindre le niveau d’un hôtel, même si elle reste globalement confortable.

• Katriin (7/5): Overall a good stay - The price per value is very good. The TV is huge, and it is possible to watch Netflix or HBO. The breakfast is small and basic, but tasty. The room would be much more cozy if it had a carpet and any design elements, but oh well. There were a lot of light and electricity switches everywhere and it was hard to memorize which switch did what. Some simple labels on the switches would help tremendously. We left some greasy stains on the coffee table from the first dinner that we had there. The housekeeping did not wipe the table once over the course of 10 days. The AC started leaking toward the end of our stay.

Thank you Societe Hartamas - leaders in your field. Duvet was only just big enough for size of the bed. Maybe some extra cutlery, crockery and towels to accommodate our toddler. The addition of a coffee pod machine and a few complimentary pods would be a great touch. Ironing board could be better (cover kept coming off!)

• Ravin (9/5): A short, relaxing break - It was very clean and tidy. The 2 rooms were large and well-appointed. All facilities were in working order. The water pressure in the shower was also very good. Check-in and out was hassle-free. The property was surrounded by very good restaurants, cafes and pubs. Ride-hailing was also a breeze. Nothing. But one tiny issue was that the sofa was too low. So rickety knees will object :))

The location is really great, surrounded by lots of restaurants and was particularly convenient for me. The room itself was spacious, bright, quiet and well-equipped, water pressure and temperature were fine and the bed was comfortable. The gym and pool facilities were excellent (there's even a place to practice golf if you've brought clubs). Would also recommend for longer stays.

• Miriam (9/5): Great place for a stopover outside KL city! - Wonderful apartment, good space, tastefully decorated which is very soothing, great blackout curtains; very prompt replies from owners on queries by whats app; neighbourhood filled with restauarant options. Breakfast is at a café downstairs which seemed quite disorganized, waited almost an hour for basic omelette and coffee because of insufficient staff. Little far from the city, but great if your purpose is not tourism!!

То KLCC 20 минут на такси Завтраки сервируют в соседнем кафе. На выбор всего три блюда, но выглядит прилично, правда из напитков предлагают либо сладкий апельсиновый сок, либо черный кофе «вырви глаз». Was not sure if it was just for the 1st day or everyday of my stay there. The cafe providing the breakfast looks decent enough. I had to separately ask about car parking and had to physically obtain the pass from the 24hr convenience store located in the building and then drive to the carpark itself.

Millään julkisella ei päässyt lähimaastoonkaan eikä taksikuskeistakaan kaikki osanneet perille. Isoin osa talosta vissiin normiasuntoina. • EmmiI (10/5): Emmi - Jouduimme pikaisesti vaihtamaan majapaikkaa, ja löysimme tämän arvioiden perusteella. Voin sanoa, että ylistävät arviot eivät todellakaan ole väärässä! Koko alue oli mielestämme ydinkeskustaa mukavampi: aivan samat palvelut mutta laadukkaampina ja monipuolisempina koko alueella. Aamupalapaikat, ravintolat, ostospaikat aivan riittäviä KLCC mayhemin jälkeen. Majoitusyksikkö uskomattoman siisti, viihtyisä ja toimiva. Uima-allasalue siisti, rauhallinen ja vieressä oleva aktiviteettitila mainio. Yläkerroksen kuntosali hyvin ilmastoitu ja laadukkaat laitteet. Sisäänkirjautuminen sujuva What'sAppin kautta. Rakennuksen alakerrassa erittäin hyvin varusteltu 24/7 deli ja upea kahvila josta saa ruokaa aamupalasta illalliseen ja kaikkea siltä väliltä. Ylipäätään koko alueen tunnelma mielestäni lämpimämpi ja siistimpi kuin KLCC alueella. Pidin kaikesta!

• John (10/5): An amazing stay and service ! - We stayed in several temporary residences in Kuala Lumpur area and found that This place is by far the best in every aspects. Spotlessly clean, attention to details (anything you need is provided adequately from laundry detergent, toilet tissues, iron, wine glasses, etc.) , amazing pool which is not too busy allows us to enjoy it thoroughly. The breakfast is amazing. Eventhough there were only 3 same choices everyday, they were so good that we looked forward to it every morning. But most of all, it's the staff ! Mr. Ali, the manager is very professional, kind, polite, and helpful. Nothing is too much to ask for him. He understands the guests' needs and is always willing to assist in anyway he can. The cleaning staff are also amazing. Societe Hartama has become our home away from home. Sincere appreciation to Mr. Ali and his diligent staff ! nothing, really!

• Natalia (10/5): La mejor relación calidad precio - Ali muy servicial y correcto, pendiente en todo momento de nuestras necesidades. Súper limpio, bonito y bien equipado, desayuno muy rico aunque no es tipo buffet, buena calidad. El café espectacular. Cerca de todo y en zona tranquila. La piscina infinita genial, con vistas preciosas. Hemos estado muy cómodos en general! Además hay una tienda de 24h en el mismo hotel que viene súper bien tener a mano. Nada, todo correcto

• CJBoarland (8/5): Nice apartment in residential area - We spent one night here before return flight from KL to London. Nice size apartment which was comfortable and in a residential location with plenty of local food outlets. 24/7 convenience store on site in building lobby. Staff very helpful and easy to communicate with. Very fairly priced including extra charge for very late checkout. We were very happy overall. Minimal kitchen stuff such as knives and forks and saucepans etc. They could make it feel much more homely. Quite a minor issue as we ate out anyway.
• Yulia (9/5): - Location close to many restaurants, convenience store in the lobby. Great coffee shop downstairs - great if you get breakfast coupons. Nice facilities - large pool and gym on the upper floor. Excellent value for money. The only minus is that one can hear people in the corridor, but this is the entire building set up. If you sleep well, this wont bother you. But would recommend putting 'quiet please' signs.
