- Fern (5/5): Passable - Location was a 15 minute walk to the beach where you could see sea lion colony on rocky islands. I don't think this accommodation is connected to booking.com properly. it could be because he doesn't have Internet all the time. But I showed him my booking and he indicated that he didn't know about it and it's 40,000 for 2 people to stay 1 night. This is more than booking.com quoted. He knocked 2000 off but it was still more. Apartment had strong musty smell, stained carpet, kitchen cupboard doors in bad condition. No towel or bath mats provided, given clean sheets to make your own bed. September is cold and there is no heating of any kind in the apartment
