• Girts (9/5): Very good place for family/company to stay in Uluwatu - Very nice property providing enough privacy for our family. Isolated rooms and private pool. All utilities working well, clean and spacious bathrooms, comfortable beds. Nice kithcen/dining area and chill out space near pool. Water available any time. Our host Cristina met us for check-in and took special care when entire area had electricity disruption. Definately recommend to visit her restaurant Rolling Fork, one of the best what we saw during our travel in Bali islands. Check-out time 11.00 is a bit challenging, but we could keep our luggage in the property for longer.
• Darren (10/5): Fab stay, a real oasis in busy Uluwatu, perfect location for us as an active family with access to great gyms, beach for - Beautiful, spacious, quiet and well designed villa, in a great location, clearly well loved and cared for. There were 5 of us, the villa could easily accommodate more. Nothing to do with the villa but Bingin beach was closed which was a shame but didn’t impact our stay.

• DAVID (10/5): TODO PERFECTO!! - La casa es genial, con una buena ubicación cerca de Dreamland Beach y de Pantai Bingin (aunque en esta están demoliendo los edificios de la playa)a 5-10 min andando de zona con restaurantes. Las habitaciones muy amplias y cómodas, igual que los baños, todo muy limpio, las zonas comunes muy bonitas y cuidadas con sofás muy cómodos y la piscina increible, está todo muy bien cuidado. Cristina fue muy amable y nos facilitó la salida de la casa, porque el vuelo salía por la tarde y nos dejaron una zona de la casa para las maletas y un baño, para que nos pudiéramos duchar antes. Para nosotros fue una estancia maravillosa.

Відпочинок на віллі -задоволення .Дякую. Нам відмовили трохи пізніше,на 2-3 години залишити віллу,хоч вона не була заброньована в цей день. Виліт з острова в нас був вечорів. Залишитися можна було,але тільки за доплату . Ми вирішили ці гроші викорастити на массаж та сувеніри) Але дякую,речі дозволили залишити на території вілли на цей час безкоштовно.

• Raffaella (10/5): Un angolo di paradiso - Ho soggiornato tre giorni con la mia famiglia in questa villa, c’è una sola parola per descriverla MERAVIGLIOSA! Ampi spazi, arredamento sofisticato e perfettamente adeguato al luogo, piscina stupenda, giardino rigoglioso, davvero pulitissima (cosa non scontata a Bali) e super attrezzata. E’ talmente bella che un giorno ho deciso di restare a casa per godermela ed è stata una delle più belle giornate della vacanza. L’host è stata sempre disponibile e di grande aiuto! Consiglio anche il delivery dal ristorante italiano consigliato dalla villa, cibo buonissimo con consegna precisa e puntuale. Che dire, viaggio da 30 anni ed è una delle prime volte che mi è veramente dispiaciuto andarmene. Nulla, pur pensandoci non riesco a trovare un difetto.

The management and staff were warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Their hospitality made us feel not just welcome, but genuinely cared for. If you're looking for a peaceful, private escape in Uluwatu, this is it. We’ll absolutely be returning—and recommending Villa Ida Art Vicolo to anyone seeking a slice of heaven in Bali.

• Nancy (10/5): - We stayed at this villa for almost a week with six friends, and it was absolutely perfect. The rooms are beautiful and fully equipped with everything you need. Most of the living areas are outdoors but covered, which is ideal if you want to relax without being confined to your room. The pool is larger than it appears in the photos and is very well maintained. We were pleasantly surprised that housekeeping came by every day to clean the entire villa — everything was always spotless. The owner was incredibly helpful and even brought us a speaker we could use during our stay. The villa is in a great location: a peaceful little street, yet just a short walk to a local shop and the Cashew Tree restaurant, where the food is excellent. You can also order food from the owner's own restaurant, which was delicious as well. We honestly have nothing negative to say about this villa and would absolutely recommend it. It was perfect in every way

Very nice location in Bingin with no noise still right by the beach stairs and close to Cashew Tree for food/drinks. All the rooms were big with nice bathrooms. There was an immediate response when something didn't work or we had an issue. Internet is super fast. Nothing. But it's a little hard to find the road. Most taxi drivers found it and it is on Google maps.

• Belinda (10/5): We loved our stay at Vicolo ArtVillas & would highly recommend. - Absolutely gorgeous villas in the heart of Bingin Beach! … set back off the main road down a laneway made for quiet location close to everything in Bingin. The property is clean, the rooms large, beautifully style with comfortable beds. The gardens are immaculately manicured.
• Emma (10/5): Our week at the villa was beautiful - perfect. I would go back in a heartbeat! - Christina was a great host - very communicative and made it easy for us to update her on our arrival time. She was most gracious and helpful. The Villa was one of the most beautiful we have ever stayed in. The layout was very innovative, with four bedrooms off the garden, with each bedroom having their own key to the house/garden, which helped with everyone being able to do their own thing and come/go as they pleased. The central communal kitchen, dining and seating area was perfect. I would happily have spent the rest of my life sitting in the sun in that lush garden on the sofas, with the gentle sound of the water in the pool and the breeze! We walked everywhere, but as in the rest of Bali, most people travel by moped/motorbike, so there are not any pavements. This is fine, as everyone drives carefully. Dreamland Beach was our favourite. Once we had found a shortcut, it only takes about 15 minutes to walk to. Stunning beach, white sand, big waves. We fell in love with the nearby venue of The Cashew Tree which was a 2 minute walk for meals, and also has a gym. The area itself is clearly in a place of flux. There are several lovely villas and some great restaurants/gyms/yoga venues etc within walking distance, with lots of developments planned/underway. I imagine in the next 5 years it will become much busier and built up, which will both lift the area but runs the risk of taking away some of its charm, as it is not yet very built up. It will be interesting to watch. There is a great local taxi service a minute from the Villa. We just booked taxis when we needed them a couple of hours before hand. There are not yet any shops nearby with food to prepare your own meals, within easy walking distance, so whilst the kitchen was great, without a motorbike/car we didn't use it much. There are two mini shops nearby but they basically sold drinks and crisps and suncreams etc. It takes about 25 minutes to walk to the area where there are slightly bigger supermarkets and a bakery etc. but even there it was hard to find many fruit/vegetables. I imagine this will evolve over time as the area develops further. It is not a criticism of the villa, just to make you aware before you come, as I had planned to cook lunch at the villa, before we came but we ended up eating out for most meals (which was a lovely rest in itself!).

The BEST location with an amazing array of eater - This property is gorgeous, clean, quiet, in a perfect location in Uluwatu with a lovely Owner and staff. It has everything you need- water, fresh watermelon on arrival, towels, a beautiful stone pool, grass, air conditioned rooms and total privacy. Nothing at all!
• Tina (1/5): Would not recommend. Villa as advertised but host was very rude and invasive. - Villa was lovely and as advertised. Great location The host was very rude and would enter the property without being invited in. Took photos of our personal belongings to complain about messy clothes. Also stopped one guest leaving after demanding for payment of one broken glass and stain on a table. Locked this guest inside the villa and would not release his bag or passport (also threatened to call police). Unacceptable treatment regardless of guests behaviour.

• Julie (10/5): Fantastic stay in a secluded villa near to all the amenities - Communication was very good with the host and she organised a driver to collect us from the airport. The keys were there on our arrival in a hidden spot. The villa was lovely, very private. All bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and fully air conditioned. We loved the open plan lounge overlooking the garden. It was very secluded and quiet. The villa is located in walking distance to Cashew Tree for excellent Breakfasts/lunch and a within walking distance to beautiful Bingin Beach. Loved our stay and will hopefully return again. Thank you There was nothing not to like. A Washing machine would of been the only thing I would add if one could be installed.

The villa is located in a quiet area but within walking distance of the beach and a lot of restaurants. The owner was very accommodating and helpful with our questions and responded quickly to inquiries. Would definitely recommend!

• Mart (9/5): Really nice villa at a very good location, definitely would choose this villa again. - Really beatiful villa, very good location. Good restaurants and cafes in the area. You can walk to different beaches, the walk to dreamland beach is very nice and the beach as well. It is noted that there is some construction noice. But this is a very small inconvenience, only jn the morning and evening. But there is construction work everywhere in Bali so definitely not a reason to book this villa. Contact with staff was not really good; check-in felt rushy. Cleaners sometimes where a bit inconstistent with their cleaning, left doors open and left their keys in the outside door.

We loved the pool and overall design. A couple more deck chairs would be good. A sound system would be great as well. There was construction noise near by but we left the villa once it started.
