• Daniela (10/5): Modern, pretty and comfortable stay - Beautifuly modern appartment. Comfortable beds and funny light systems. Super market very near by, easy parking and lots of taxi cars in the area. Transpirtation is needed to reach points of interest
• Manuela (10/5): Extraordinar de frumos. - Totul foarte curat si amenajat cu mult bun gust. Spatiu generos, apartament cu 3 camere potrivit pentru o familie cu copii. Exista locuri de parcare gratuite chiar in imediata vecinatate a ansamblului de blocuri. Pentru cine are nevoie, la circa 250 m exista si un LIDL. Din cauza aglomeratiei din oras si a dificultatilor legate de gasirea unui loc de parcare, am lasat masina la proprietate si ne-am deplasat spre centrul orasului cu autobuzul 12, care face legatura directa cu piata Aristotelus. Distantele sunt mari, orasul este mare si e dificil de vizitat cu mijloacele de transport mai ales daca sejurul este scurt si esti si obisnuit cu masina proprie. Noi am vizitat Piata Aristotelus, Turnul Alb, Arcul lui Galerius si Rotonda, Biserica Sf. Dimitrie si am facut si o plimbare cu o corabie veche, de lemn, corabia lui Jack Sparrow. Totul foarte frumos, a meritat pe deplin. Recomand macar un sejur de 4 zile ca sa poti vedea toate locurile frumoase din Salonic.

• Nikos (10/5): Την επόμενη φορά που θα ξανά έρθουμε στην λατρεμένη μας πόλη απλά θα είναι η πρώτη μας επιλογή αυτό το κατάλυμα. Με κλει - Ενα ευχαριστώ περιβάλλον. Η διακόσμηση τα έπιπλα ήταν απλά φανταστικά. Είναι αυτό ακριβώς που απεικονίζει η κάθε φωτογραφία το κάθε τι μέσα στο διαμέρισμα. Ο οικοδεσπότης απλά ευγενέστατος και πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει στο κάθε τι. Δεν θα το χαρακτήριζα ότι δεν μου άρεσε, απλά θα έλεγα έλειψε.. τα σαμπουάν στο μπάνιο και το απορρυπαντικό για το πλυντήριο.

• Ζακοπούλου (10/5): Εξαιρετικό Διαμέρισμα 👌 - Υπέροχο διαμέρισμα!! Ο οικοδεσπότης παρά πολύ εξυπηρετικός σε ότι χρειαστηκαμε!! Ήρεμη γειτονιά και ακριβώς δίπλα είχε σούπερ μάρκετ και καφέ. Πολύ καλή σχέση ποιότητας τιμής!! Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!! Εννοείται ότι θα το ξαναπροτιμησω όταν ξαναέρθω!!

• Patrick (8/5): Prima en volgens verwachting. - De ligging bij openbaar vervoer, bedden prima. Contact met verhuurder was ook prettig en vlot. We konden eerder onze koffers kwijt, dit was wel handig, Zo konden we de stad al verkennen terwijl de schoonmaakster nog haar gang kon gaan. Douche kan iets beter, haakje om de douchekop op te hangen en met vrije handen te douchen zou fijn zijn. Afzuigkap boven fornuis ontbreekt, dat is niet zo'n fraai gezicht.

• Anke (10/5): Wenn Thessaloniki, dann zu Lazerus ;-) - Alles war so herrlich geräumig, super schöne Küche zum Kochen und Kuschelcouch mit großem Flatscreen zum Entspannen. Die Einrichtung ist für eine Ferienwohnung echt hochwertig und herrlich minimalistisch und funktional zugleich. Auch Sauberkeit wird ganz groß geschrieben!!! Gut zu wissen für alle Selbstversorger… der Lidl ist nur 150 m entfernt, mit großer Obst-Gemüseabteilung und Backstation. Etliche Mitarbeiter des Marktes sprechen englisch. Aber das Beste ist der Vermieter, er gibt einem von Anfang an das Gefühl, herzlich willkommen zu sein und möchte, dass seine Gäste einen richtig schönen Urlaub haben. Er ist deutschsprachig (weil in Deutschland studiert) und kann tolle Tipps geben, zu Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants, Stränden, Museen, regionaltypischen Gewohnheiten. Das hat so vieles in dieser großen Stadt vereinfacht. Danke nochmal, Lazerus!!! Die Schlafmöglichkeit im Büro ist für große Menschen mit Ü 90 kg nicht so bequem, ganz schön hart. Das könnte man wahrscheinlich mit einer Toppermatratze beheben. Einen Esstisch gibt es nur auf dem Balkon, im Oktober an manchen Tagen ganz schön frisch. Die Wohnung liegt mitten in einem Wohngebiet für Familien, da ist es abends etwas suchintensiv, wenn mal einen relativ sicheren Parkplatz fürs Mietauto braucht. Haben aber dann immer noch einen gefunden und sind ein Stück gelaufen.

• Despina (10/5): Το διαμέρισμα ανταποκρίθηκε πλήρως σε αυτό που ψάχναμε. Η τοποθεσία χρήζει περισσότερης ενημέρωσης. - Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ άνετο και φωτεινό! Νομίζω το αδικούν οι φωτογραφίες. Όλα ήταν εξαιρετικά. Η τοποθεσία του δυστυχως το καθιστά δυσεύρετο. Καλό είναι να αλλαξετε την τοποθεσία γιατι μπερδεύει.! Κάναμε πολλή ωρα να το βρούμε

• Maiopoulos (10/5): - Το σπίτι ήταν ευρύχωρο, άνετο και πεντακάθαρο, με μοντέρνες αποχρώσεις στην αισθητική και τη διακόσμηση. Δεν αντιμετωπίσαμε κανένα πρόβλημα με το παρκάρισμα. Ο κύριος Λάζος υπήρξε ιδιαίτερα ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός, πάντα πρόθυμος να λύσει οποιονδήποτε προβληματισμό ή απορία μας. Σίγουρα θα το πρότεινα σε όποιον αναζητά μια ευχάριστη και άνετη διαμονή.
• Sisy (10/5): Υπέροχη διαμονή, καθαρό διαμέρισμα, άνετο, ήσυχο, με εξαιρετικό οικοδεσπότη. - Το διαμέρισμα ήταν άψογο, καθαρό και προσεγμένο σε κάθε λεπτομέρεια. Η τοποθεσία του ιδανική, κοντά σε όλα αλλά και ήσυχη για ξεκούραση. Ο χώρος ήταν άνετος, με όμορφη διακόσμηση και όλες τις παροχές που χρειαζόμασταν. Ο οικοδεσπότης ευγενικός, εξυπηρετικός και πάντα διαθέσιμος για ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε. Σίγουρα θα το επιλέξουμε ξανά και το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

• Marta (10/5): - The apartment is truly luxurious. We had three rooms at our disposal, and each one had its own balcony. The main room is spacious, featuring a large sofa that can comfortably fit two people over 1.8 m tall lying down at the same time 😉. The bed in the bedroom is extra wide and very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a microwave, oven, and dishwasher with everything we needed. We stayed for a week, and it genuinely felt like home. Although the apartment is located in a residential area, we had no issues finding parking. Just 100 meters away, there’s a Lidl and several bus stops, which was very convenient. The host was super friendly and responsive to all our questions, no matter the time. If we ever visit Thessaloniki again, we’ll definitely book this apartment without hesitation.

• Aydin (10/5): Excellent apartment in Thessoloniki - The owner of the house Lazaros is a perfect house owner. He answered all of my questions and makes extra alternatives, suggestions about the city. There is a Lidl market in a walking distance and you could find everything in an easy way. In addition, the apartment is fully equipped with high technological instruments. Also the big balcony of the house is lovely to have a rest. I will choose again the same apartment for my next travel. It is a little far away from the city centre. You have to use bus or taxi to reach the Thessoloniki centre.

• Milena (10/5): A wonderful apartment - Very clean and luxurious apartment. It is in an apartment block, but it was very quiet, which is not typical for an apartment complex. The internet connection is super good. The host is a very nice and responsive young man! The terrace is very large and it is a pleasure to eat there. Lots of candles are placed throughout the apartment, which adds romance to everything! The bathroom is not wheelchair accessible, but perfect for everyone else!

The bus stop is just 3 min walk. Lidl is 2 min away. Would happily book again. We arrived late in the evening. I was not able to find the place following google map.. There were a lot of people socialising outside, and a lady came to show me where the entrance to the building is.

The apartment is brand new and very modern, spacious, comfortable and very clean... we enjoyed the evenings on our big and comfortable balcony with the peaceful surroundings. Also very near the city center and main roads. The bed is great quality and it shows when you wake up well rested. The sheets are pure white and clean. Regarding the host? Let's say he's an example how the true host should be, very nice, easy too reach, very respectful and humble person and whatever you need he's at you're service. Overall we highly recommend everyone for staying in this place either for business or personal stay, this apartment suits both goals.
