• marta (8/5): - Casa accogliente dotata di tutti i servizi in zona silenziosa Spazio esterno molto rilassante Un solo asciugamano a persona e abbastanza sfilato. In generale il servizio di coperte lenzuola e asciugamani non è all'altezza dei servizi del resto della casa
• Manuela (10/5): Ottimo! - L'appartamento è fornito di tutti i comfort, zona cucina interna ed esterna con patio su cui godere un pranzo o una cena all'estreno. La Buganvillee era in fiore, bellissima da ammirare, oltre al paesaggio vista mare/castello. Gli Host sempre disponibili per ogni domanda/evenienza. I climatizzatori non possono funzionare insieme! un gran peccato quando fa caldo!
• Falsitta (4/5): Bella solo da vedere ma nn offriva nulla - La villetta era carina ,aveva tante cose all'interno , Tutto sotto lucchetto ,una casa che potevi solo vedere ,tutta sotto chiave , l'uso dei condizionatori pessima,si poteva accendere solo un condizionatore,pur essendocene due perché nn c'era la seconda chiave infatti si moriva dal caldo ,abbiamo passato due notti pessime .essendo a piano terra nn c'era modo di poter chiudere i cancelletti tutto restava aperto sempre. Per poter accedere alla strada che conduceva sul lungomare c'erano 2 kilometri in discesa ripida che solo con l'auto poteva essere fatta . Ovviamente nell'annuncio diceva fronte mare a due passi , informazione ingannevole. Per nn parlare che al nostro arrivo nn si apriva la cassettina dove c'erano le chiavi e siamo rimasti fuori casa anzi al cancello senza risposta alle nostre chiamate . Sinceramente nn la riprenderei e nn la consiglierei . Mi dispiace, ma nn era veritiero l'annuncio.
• Anna (10/5): - To miejsce jest wyjątkowe, ciche i spokojne wręcz magiczne. Przyjemnie można było jeść posiłki na zacienionymtarasie. Pokoje były bardzo czyste i przyjemne.Bardzo podobało nam się gotowanie na tarasie. Łazienka faktycznie w wysokim standardzie. W ogrodzie bardzo przydatny prysznic. W tygodniu nie było problemu z miejscem na plaży. Obsługa i kontakt z właścicielem bardzo dobry, był bardzo pomocny, szybko reagował i odpowiadał na potrzeby. Szkoda, że piec do pieczenia pizzy nie był jeszcze gotowy do użytku 😉 Brak zmywarki też dało się odczuć.
• Damiano Andrea (5/5): Tanto potenziale ma con diversi aspetti da rivedere e migliorare. - La villetta è graziosa e si presenta in ordine e ben fornita di utensili ed elettrodomestici; Presenza di WiFi; Presenza di aria condizionata; Presenza di parcheggio all’interno del complesso residenziale; I proprietari sono cortesi ed educati: nonostante una mia errata interpretazione di quanto riportato sulla prenotazione, pagando un sovrapprezzo ho potuto ospitare due amici per una parte della durata del soggiorno. Posizione: senza un mezzo motorizzato è difficile raggiungere la spiaggia in quanto la villetta è abbastanza distante dal mare e vi è una ripida salita. Privacy: desta perplessità non tanto la presenza all’ingresso di una telecamera, collocata per motivi di sicurezza e opportunamente segnalata con apposito cartello, quanto l’utilizzo che ne viene fatto: i proprietari monitorano costantemente l’accesso alla casa, con conseguente invasione della sfera privata degli ospiti. Legittimo o no, a me personalmente ha dato molto fastidio il fatto di ricevere una chiamata in cui mi è stato detto “abbiamo visto dalle telecamere che avete ospiti”. Rumore: si avverte il rumore delle auto che transitano sul ponte dell’autostrada. Insetti: Zanzariere assenti. Vista la presenza del giardino esterno, e, conseguentemente, di molti insetti, questo potrebbe creare qualche problema. Gestione dei rifiuti: il giorno prima della fine del soggiorno vengono inviate le istruzioni per il check out, in cui viene riportato quanto segue: “Per favore, ricordatevi di PORTARE VIA LA SPAZZATURA, potrete lasciarla in uno dei tanti contenitori in giro per la città”. Richiesta che è stata reiterata, sebbene a titolo di cortesia, più volte anche dagli stessi proprietari. Al fine di evitare problemi ai futuri ospiti, faccio presente che è vietato conferire presso i cestini pubblici in città i rifiuti prodotti nelle abitazioni.
• Maria (10/5): Exceptional - We stayed in this house during our holiday in Sicily. The house is located in the hills, so without a car you need to walk up and down to reach the beach. It’s manageable for adults, but the daily climb back up can be tiring, especially if you're traveling with small children. Also, the nearest supermarket is quite far, so having a car would be very helpful for shopping. The house was clean and well maintained. The outdoor area is lovely and relaxing. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It would be great to provide two towels per person, as this is a basic standard. We booked the house in advance, and later added one more guest — the price increased by almost 40%, which seemed a bit too much. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The house is fine, the surroundings are peaceful, and we enjoyed our time there. Thank you for hosting us!
• Kenneth (7/5): with the exception of the garbage issue and no cooking supplements all was great - good location, but found some difficulty finding my way into the property. light kept tripping. sometimes in the middle of the late evening, thus having to go out to the mains area (around 80m away). No cooking supplements like oil. and mostly you have to take away your own garbage. This was very frustrating - I had never had such a situation before. Contrary to what was stated, there is no close garbage location nearby and I had to carry the garbage with me in the car.
• Perya2002 (9/5): Superb - Nice location, close to Taormina, Savoca and Ethna! Also a nice, long beach nearby. Consider walking uphill on the way from the beach.
• Edmundas (8/5): Quiet place for good weather - Really great outdoor sitting area, well equipped for outdoor cooking. Quiet area. Beautiful garden with a fence so toddler can roam around free safely. Spacious parking. Self check in. Modern bathroom with shower. Great communication with the landlord. No internet. Very big TV but no reception. Dated and smelly kitchen. Towels and bed linen worn. Strange house rules: removing bed sheets after your stay, removing all the trash from the property before you leave.
